There is a reaction shot of Windu's face after he strikes down Jango, my friend. However, I believe it is Windu staring down Dooku. He looks up at Dooku, then looks back at Jango. This reply totally cracked me up. It is helarious to me how people on this board get SO upset about people's opinions. Then to accuse people of not paying "ATTENTION TO THE FRIGGIN' MOVIE", when seconds before they post an incorrect statement themselves.
Everyone calm down. I don't think it is THAT far fetched that Windu could be a traitor. I totally believed this after TPM. Windu just did not sit well with me in TPM, then there was that huge discussion about Maul's and Windu's saber being the same design (in the visual dictionary). I was convinced that Windu was a bad guy. This feeling fades for me a bit during AOTC. Mainly, because I absolutly LOVE Windu in this film. His fighting style - his "Pulp Fiction-like" statement to Dooku - "This party is over". Just plain classic. I would hate to discover that Windu is the weak link. However, I can't deny that I had this idea after TPM.
We shall see.

homeless_jedi, Stupid people can't go to college? It's called community college, where I am sure you got your 100 college credits. For someone with such an extensive college backround, you certainly don't seem capable of typing anything other than sentence fragments; strange you never took any English classes in those 100 credits, mostly just Gym credits, huh? Why don't you provide some actual evidence, so we can discuss this "theory" of yours, or lock this topic and just go away, maybe to a Star Trek convention or something.
P.S. I type 75 wpm, and I never took any typing classes, aren't I just the coolest?

Why don't people start debating the topic and stop calling each other names.
Does anyone else agree with me that Windu has been rather underused in TPM and AOTC, and may prove to be a major plot point in Eppy III?
Forget whether or not he's a traitor, but what about his role in Eppy III? He really hasn't done much to date.

Mace is mostly a side character like Wedge Antilles, only he has more screen time than Wedge. Mace is not the traitor, Dooku is. He is the only one that's a Sith who was a Jedi in the film.
Mace's saber did not look like Maul's. If you look in TPM and in the Star Wars Insider with the publicity photos, it looks nothing like that. Then it was messed up when it was shown in the Playboy issue and the Visual Directory. The eu said that it was Eeth Koth's and that it was part of a tradition that Jedi trade sabers. For AOTC, the prop department gave Jackson a new saber. The doctored saber in the TPM VD looks nothing like Maul's. The main difference is that the emitter matrix is different. Maul's saber had a different looking emitter than that one. Mace's "saber" looked totally different from Maul's.
Jackson asked for purple and got it. It's his favorite color.
Mace Windu is the senior member of the Jedi Council and thus is with Yoda alot. Originally, it was Eeth Koth, but it was changed to Mace.

Yoh!!! Antilles, that was the funniest thing I've seen in a while.
But let's not stoop to personal insults, people. We all know homeless is not the only person to suggest this theory, even though he apparently does. Even though it has gaping, crater-sized holes in it.
I actually believed that there had to be a Jedi traitor besides Anakin BEFORE seeing TPM, I guess I'm the coolest.
And I agree that after watching TPM, I was definitely thinking Windu. But after AOTC and the whole Dooku plotline, it doesn't make sense.
If Dooku is a major traitor (and why does everything fit so much better when you use Dooku's name instead of Windu's??) and Anakin is the ultimate traitor, why have another traitor?
Why not have Qui-Gon as Anakin's father?
No...that's not true....that's impossible!

AGGIE_WAN_KENOBI, I tried debating the facts when this thread first opened, and I also tried to quell the bashing. I wanted this thread locked awhile ago, but no one seemed to listen. If people want to debate, great, that's what this site is for, but I'm still waiting for any actual proof to be presented.
