	What: Independence Eve Celebration following Buffalo Bisons game July 3 Where: Dunn Tire Park Time: Following the game Garrison Excelior has extended an invitiation to us to appear at the BPO performance following the Bisons game July 3. They are scheduled to perform an 8 minute "Star Wars Medley" and costumers will appear during a song that matches their costume. We are not needed until after the game, but are welcome to arrive early and watch the game. We have a secured room to change. Will have to park in a nearby ramp and pay. Please let me know asap if anyone is available to attend FINAL DETAILS If anything changes, I will let you know. if not, here is the plan: Gametime is 6:05. We are free to arrive at any time but need to be ready once the game is over. Parking: Mention you are appearing during the BPO performance with Star Wars and park in the same rear lot as you did Saturday. if they ask you to pay, get a receipt and we will be reimbursed. I asked for 7 passes assumning that the out of towners would carpool. Correction to parking: We will NOT have access to the rear lot and will need to park where we can. Get a receipt and bring it with you inside. We will be reimbursed for parking. Drop your gear off in the same room as Saturday as well. Then head upstairs to the box office. There are tickets reserve for us under "Star Wars". When the 9th inning comes around, we need to go to Guest Relations behind section 111 and will be escorted downstairs to change, then we'll go to the right field area and wait until we are needed. -----signature----- There is no try, just do. 	I'm tentative at this point, should know more soon. Is this the annual evening performance with fireworks afterwards? What time would we need to be there by? Are we just going to be in costume for that 8 minutes then? What costumes are going to be needed / what songs are going to be played? What's your record for consecutive questions? This is for a 6:05 pm start. We can sit and watch the game, then the Bisons staff will come get us when we are needed to get into costume. I'll get the arrival time and post here. Yes, we are only needed for the BPO performance for 8 minutes. Song selection is the opening credits that leads into the start of ANH, then to the end credits. I'm working with the Bisons as far as what we will do during the BPO performance.
