	title: a whole in his heart Author: frankieskywalker genre: mush and maybe more timeframe: post DN AU characters: jacen/oc and many more notes: i own nothing, i just like to play with GL toys He turned to look at the raven haired beauty laying next to him. her eyes were closed and her breathing was slow and deep. her raven hair with it's soft curls haloed her face. her hapian rose colored lips were upturned in a small smile. she looked so young when she slept. all the lines and wrinkles caused by a hard life were smoothed out in sleep. the hardness in her eyes that made people back away in terror couldn't be seen. he was the only one who really new the real her. he had felt her pain, her grief, her anger, and her love. During the vong war her parents had been killed leaving her to raise and protect her younger brother and sisters. the twins, lucky and lea were only 12 years old and alliah was only 3 months old and all three of them were force sensitive. Lafinia was 19 when she became a fighter and a killer to protect what was left of her family. she fought for three years and became a well respected pilot, but all the time spent fighting the vong left her jaded and hard, except with him. he was amazed she was with him and he couldn't believe his luck when he had proposed last year, but then again they had a history. the first time he had met her, he'd been on his sabatical for a year. he remembered it quite clearly. he ask Frai ground control permission to land. a few minutes later they sent him cordinates for landing and told him that a guide would be there to greet him soon. he landed in the designated cordinates just as the sun was starting to set. he was so tranfixed by the beauty of the sun set he didn't notice her approach. she quietly walk up next him and watched the sun set with him. "beautiful isn't it?" she asked making him jump. "yes it is" he answered. "why didn't you introduce yourself earlier so we could be on our way?" "sometimes it is nice to just be able to watch the sun set. anyways i'm lafinia. i'll be your guide jedi solo. there are some rules we have to go over: 1 you will not go anywhere outside of the guesthouse without me. 2 no using your jedi tricks on any one. 3 try to behave. any questions?" you're beautiful was all he could think to say so he shook his head and followed as she walked away. while he stayed on Frai lafinia was his constant companion. he enjoyed her company. she was quiet not shy just didn't talk to talk. she held herself confidently her eyes were cold but when she thought no one was looking he could see the sadness in them. he spent 6 months on Frai getting to know how the Frain used the force, and getting to know lafinia. when he had been there for a month him and lafinia started sleeping together. when it was time to go lafinia had asked if she could come with. he was happy she wanted to come and agreed. together they traveled for 3 years never talking about the future or love just relaxing in each others friendship. when it came time for them to part company they were sad but oddly okay with it. 2 years later when she saved him from himself he realized just how much he loved her. And how big of a whole in his heart leaving her had caused. while he looks at her sleeping form his gaze shift to her very swollen abdoment and he smiles. she opens an amnesty colored eye and asks "whats wrong?" "nothing.." 	chapter 2 jaina was shocked in to speechlessness when kyp asked her to marrry him. all she could do was nod dumbly as the tears of joy rolled down her face. they had been dating since jacen disappeared again. while his disappearance had hurt, it brought kyp to her confessing his undying love for her which had taken away the pain and replaced it with love. since then she had felt jacen slowly reopening their twin bond. she felt his love, his regret at hurting her, and his apology for falling down the path his death had cause her to follow. with their bond reopened she could feel the change for the better in him. his emotions were calm and happier than they had been since ani had died. they had no way to get in touch with jacen and he was to far away to send anything more than feelings. she sighed in fustration. "whats wrong goddess" asked kyp "i cant get anything other then emotions. he's to far away and i want him at the wedding. well i at least want him to know we're getting married" responded his firey bride to be. "what if the both of us together tried to send him the message" asked the dark haired, green eyed jedi. "that could work and there's no harm in trying. thanks mortal knight" she said with that famous solo grin. jacen are you there? jaina? kyp? whats wrong? his confusion and worry could be felt through their bond nothing i couldn't get anything but emotions and i wanted to tell you something so kyp's helping boost me. what is it you're not telling me? 	Welcome to fanfic frankieskywalker . A most intriguing start here. I wouldn't mind a pm to know when this is updated. I do have one small suggestion. Perhaps you have a spell check you can run your posts through? The lack of using proper puncutation is distracting. 	Chapter 3 One month later “Oh no! What are we going to do now?” Cried Jaina hysterically. “What happened?” asked Leia trying to calm her down. “The ring boy’s sick. What are we gonna do? This will ruin everything” Jaina said on the verge of tears. “It will be okay Jaina.. Mara and I will take care of it.” Leia said just to calm her down. Just then there was a knock at the door. “Who’s ... there?” asked Leia. Jaina had already whipped opened the door and stood hugging her brother. “Jacen you’re here.” said Jaina with delight that quickly faded. “What’s wrong Jaya?” asked Jacen still standing in the doorway. “The ring boy is sick and there is no one to replace him.” she said trying to hold the tears back. “Problem solved.” he said as he turned to look behind him. “Xander you want to help aunt Jaina and be the ring boy.” “Okay daddy. What I do?” asked Xander. “What?????” yelled Leia, Jaina, and Mara at the same time. “I want you all to meet my wife and our children.” said jacen as he stepped aside to let them in. “This is my wife Lafinia” in steps a very pregnant woman with short raven hair holding the hands of a tottering 15 month old girl and a 4 year old boy. “And our children Ani and Xander.” Lafinia smiled shyly “Sorry about surprising you all like this but he wanted to be here for you but wouldn’t come without me. I am so happy to finally meet you all. Jacen talks about you all the time.” Jaina reached over and hugged her tightly. Well as tight as you could hug a pregnant woman. “Welcome to the family. I’m so glad you all came.” the smile so bright on her face. “It’s nice to meet you though we didn’t know Jacen got married.” said Leia as she hugged her daughter-in-law. “When are you due?” “Three months but you never know when they’ll decide they want out.” replied Lafinia. “Twins?” asked Mara as she stepped up to hug Lafinia. Lafinia nodded “You’re in for a rough time if they are anything like Jacen and Jaina.” “As long as they’re healthy.” said Lafinia rubbing her abdomen. Just then Ben and Alliah walked in. “Jacen!” yelled Ben as he ran to hug his cousin. “Fini! What are you doing here?” asked Alliah at the same time. “We came for the wedding of course silly.” answered Fini as she hugged the girl. “Wow you’re huge Fini.” said Alliah wickedly. “And you’re still a midget” responded Fini to the inside joke. The little girl tottered up to Leia and said “up, up, up” so Leia picked her up. “Love gramma” whispered Ani. Leia hugged and kissed her as she said “love Ani” All the while Jaina had changed into her dress and put Xander in the ring boy outfit. It fit him perfectly. “How we look?” asked Xander. “Perfect.”said Leia looking between him and Jaina. Her eyes glistened with tears of joy. Luke and Han walked in asking “Are you ...?” his voice trailed off when he looked at his oldest child. “What’s wrong dad?” asked Jaina. “Nothing. You look so beautiful honey.” answered Han. Then he looked a all the people in the room and asked “Who are they?” Leia answered “Our grandchildren, Ani and Xander, and our daughter-in-law Lafinia you nerf-herd.” a playful smile on her face. “When did Jacen get married?” “2 years ago. Sorry I didn’t tell you guys but ...” he let his word trail off cause he didn’t know how to tell them what had happen to him when Tenel Ka told him she was getting married and he wasn’t allowed to see their daughter again. Fini had saved him from falling to the dark side completely and her love had healed the wounds left by the Vong war. He loved her more than he ever thought he could. He was saved from having to finish by his son who to the opportunity yank on Han’s arm. “Grandpa” he called but when Han didn’t take his eyes off Jacen. He yelled “Grandpa! Pick me up. Now.” “Okay, okay.” said Han as he bent down and picked him up. “What?” “Love you” was all he said and it was enough. Han’s heart melted. He held Xander close and kissed the top of his head. “Love you too.” There was a knock at the door followed by Kyp’s worried voice. “Jaina, everyone, are you ready the guests are waiting.” “I’m ready Kyp just give us a moment.” she sent her love for him through their bond as everyone scrambled around getting ready.
