Yeah, I really enjoyed them.
I call myself a puristm however in that definition I mean that Lucas' has the vision and he knows best, its his dream and we're simply spectators.
He has the right to do whatever he likes to them.

They're quality. OK, so Lucas has no regard for preserving film history, but they still look and feel like Star Wars, and that's what matters!!

I like them--quite a bit more than I expected to. None of the new changes bother me (for some reason, though not greatly enamoured of the prequels, the Kayden change never bothered me). Then again I didn't pay for my set.
But I don't know about the point of this poll. All of the guy's I know who WOULDN'T like these DVDs, HAVEN'T got these DVDs.

I bought myself the Widescreen Set and the Full Screen Set. Amazing picture. Amazing sound. Amazing changes. Amazing extras. Amazing sets.

YES!!!!!! By a long way my favourite versions of the movies, I've been watching these discs pretty much non-stop for the last week. I really couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

I love the picture quality,and the bonus disc.Would like to have seen some more deleted scenes but overall the box set is A-1!!

Good lord I've watched them alot since I got em. Watched them in cronalogical order, with and with out the audio commentary. I put in either empire or a new hope when I get ready to go to sleep.
If only the disc repeat option worked.... It would kick ass to wake up to a deathstar attack or a vs duel!
I hope by playing it while I sleep. It will somehow make me wake up in a star wars related dream. I've only had a few of those and each one was so cool.

YES, YES and YES! I love all the changes that has been made, I mean, having seen the movies for twenty years you know every little detail. I also think the changes are good since they further bridge the OT and the PT to form a uniform Star Wars saga!
