	Thanks for all the nice comments! And suggestions! Hopefully this thread doesn't become an argument about if and shoulda, and whatever... these teasers are just for fun, to try a new angle at 'marketing' Episode 4... which by the way, the first teaser is finished, but I'm going to do all the compressing and stuff later this week... and I like your description of your teaser, too, Darth Walken... I'm pretty speedy at editing (first cuts, anyway), so I'll give yours a go, with a few changes, just so you can see your idea come to life. And MarkyMark, your idea worked perfectly, it's in the teaser I cut, you'll have to see it. It ends with a quick clash of their sabers too. Oracle, thanks, didn't know if anyone saw that. I started on the 88's, but it takes forever... a few seconds of it was pretty insane looking though. I actually have about 15 more seconds done, but decided not to upload it. Now that I've fired up my ol' mac, I'll see about possibly updating the file... Hope everyone had a good weekend...

	I'm having my children watch them in the order 456,123. i mean if you watch the prequels first, there is no shock when luke learns that vader is his father, no shock to learn that leia is his sister... i could go on and on, but anyway..... But if you watch them 1-2-3-4-5-6, RotS will be one hell of a shock ... Can't wait to see the trailer!

	Right. Someone mentioned that watching them in order gives the viewer a different set of suprises. Anakin falling, Palpatine being a Sith, Jedi getting wiped out. 	More good shots to have: Vader saying 'I have you now!' with accompanying shot of his TIE firing the blasts. You won't know who he's firing at or what's going on, but it'd be a sweet shot. 	I have a few of those shots in... I actually have two trailers... I'm waiting for my roommate to compress the trailers so I can upload them... does anyone have any space they can host, so I don't have to put it on my measily AOL space? ~Kaydon

	Wow, this idea is freakin awesome! i love it. its always been a personal opinion of mine but i think trailers are the best part of movies and stuff, so im so siked about it. such an orginal idea, awesome thinking! as for the whole which order to watch it, ive never been a big fan of the PT, please dont kill me people that like them, i dunno why, ive just always loved the OT so yeah i would defently watch them 4,5,6,1,2,3 but now that the 3rd movie is coming out im defently gonna watch the first 2 again really hard, i was like a kid when the first one came out and the 2nd i didnt know wat was going on since i didnt really like the first one, so yeah kinda confusing. its always funny cause sometimes i find that the older fans of star wars love the OT more than the PT and the reverse for the younger fans, i always thought it was funny that i was the other way around, i love changing things up! but yeah getting back to subject, terriably sorry i ramble from time to time. ive always wanted to learn how to make trailers and music videos with footage, can anyone help me? i like know nothing so pretty in debt details would be needed, i would totally be thankful and stuff! again im so siked about this idea, cant wait to see the final draft! -Kate -----signature----- "I love you" "I know" "Why you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder!" 	Walken, Your Death Star story trailer idea actually I think works better than my Anakin-Obiwan-Luke teaser idea... you'll see tonight! I mixed things up with your idea, but the core of it is there... it's especially chilling when we first fade into Obi-Wan, looking all concerned! Kaydon

	Alright, they are finished... here's the two trailers... Imagine if you will... that Episodes 1, 2, and 3 were released FIRST... and we had to wait 20 years to find out what happened to the galaxy after the tragic events of Episode 3... ...here we have two trailers for Star Wars Episode IV... a teaser, which touches on the Death Star and 3 inidividuals who dare challenge the Empire, and then Trailer B, which is a more general look at Episode IV and centers more on the Anakin-Obi-Luke relationship. Spoiler avoiders, Trailer B DOES have two shots of Episode 3 Anakin (from the bonus DVD) so just be aware. They are quick though. Hopefully you guys enjoy these trailers, I did them merely for fun and to keep my edit bay warm as I await for more work.
