Right Deesaw, I believe you are referring to the middle red button. I also heard somewhere that one of the white buttons changes his breathing pattern to a high-pitched, wheezy, panting, almost perverted type of breathing sound. I may be mistaken though.

Palpatine let loose a rumour that if you pressed the buttons on Vader's chest in a particular order he would explode. Many have tried to press his buttons but all have met the end of his lightsabre.

I know that the three left buttons were installed by Palpatine as party favors. They dispense beer, cheezwhiz, and silly string in that order.
The others regulate his breathing and play the imperial march whenever he enters a room.

Ok guys and gals, this is getting silly. I thought everyone already knew what the 15 buttons on vaders chest are used for.
Button 1 - raised his right leg
2. Left leg
3. right arm
4. left arm
5. Cant say this one. Its private
6. Chages his view through the helmet to a yellow tint.
7. Pulls his cape in.
8. Makes his hand into a hammer
9. Makes his hand into a skill saw Blade
10 makes his hand into a flame thrower
11 calls his mom and wishes her happy birthday
12 calls his mom and wishes her happy mothers day
13 prank calls the emperor with the oldy but goodie, "Is Hue there, Hue Jass?"
14. Makes a farting noise to clear a room when he needs privacy.
15. Helps with his breathing.

Oh yeah, and button 16, the blue one, will cause him to break into a river dance. Really weird. I think Palp instlled that one for his own entertainment.

Maybe those buttons control the voice changer, and if you rip off that button panel, Vader's voice will sound like Michael Jackson on helium!

Ok if you press the blue and red button right after it, it locks the keypad disabling you to press any buttons. And if you press the white one it shoots out cold water..lol...Oh yeah and there is a little slot on the side where you can insert a coin and then when u pull Vader's arm these signs keep flipping and if you get the same sign three in a row you win the Jackpot and Vader coughs up coins..LOL!
