	Mincemeat is a combination of apples, rasins, oranges, suet, spices and who knows what else; it goes in pies and tarts. It's an aquired taste which I don't have but I have this genetic need to make the tarts at Christmas anyway. I'll have a batch ready for anyone who wants to try them, and for Liann, who should have told her doctor to run the test in January. (I don't think they're that high in cholesterol, I mean it's only about a tablespoon of the stuff and I use vegtable shortening tart shells.) 	Looks good for the 12th then. Anyone who is on the list and needs directions let me know. We'll be having roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and either rosted or twice baked potatoes (depending on how energetic I am). I'm open to suggestions for veggies. Also anyone with food alergies let me know. Liann, if you can let me know what's on the naughty list I'll try to accomidate.
