Posting a new topic to a board is easy. First locate the board you wish to post a topic to by selecting it from the board index page. Boards are separated into categories. If the categories are collapsed, click on a category name to retrieve the list of available boards for that category.

Once you click on a board name, you'll be taken to an index of topics for that board. Locate and click on the "Post New Topic" link at the top of the page. This will take you to an input form that will allow you to provide a topic subject & body. Pressing the "Post" button will submit your topic to the system. It should be visible immediately.
