Once you've logged into the system, there are 2 ways you can send a private message:

1) View the profile for the user you wish to send a private message to and locate the "Send Private Message" link at the top of the page.

2) Click on "New Message" link and manually provide a user name in the designated field. You will also be given a choice to select a user from your "Watched User List".
