He seems more like rambo. He lacks the gadgets of a "secret agent man".

Not really the secret agent man aspect since he doesn't really spy, but destroys everything with his rambo assortment of heavy weapons. He is more like a demolitions expert.

I actually just saw xXx for the first time last night. I didn't think it was anything special.

I don't think there is anyone in the GFFa (that I've read of) who is like Xander Cage. Boba Fett might come close, but according to the books I've read, he doesn't share Cage's disdain for authority and love of pleasures of the flesh (...I'm gonna do for my country..).
