That's it. Whenever you can't understand something it must be a plothole. Nevermind that this was set up through dialogue in Attack of the Clones. Nevermind that it makes perfect sense. You can't figure it out so it must be wrong.

yeah a jedi syfo dyas orders the clones and asks the kaminoans to program order 66-order to turn against jedi generals and kill them.
And the kaminions are so stupid that they don't question for themselves why a jedi wants to order an army to kill fellow jedi?For the republic?jedi are defenders of republic?logical?No,...plothole ...yes

Theres no plothole.
Dexter makes it very clear that the Kamino's are all about money.
So whether it is pre programmed or not, it isn't likely the Kamino's care as long as the check clears.
Ill have to wait till next week to make a more educated decision on whether they were pre programmed or not.

Sidious ordered the clones under Syfo's name. And yes, he added Order 66 with turning against the Jedi in mind. It wass the plan from the beginning.

The Kaminoans will do what's requested based on how big your "pocketbook is." Besides, the clones are ordered to be obedient to the leadership of the Republic. Sidious controls the Republic.

Sifo-Dyas ordered the clone army to begin with (according to James Luceno, it's never been stated in the films) but Sidious took control immediately thereafter. Don't forget what Sids is using to sway Anakin. He claims the Jedi are power-hungry and may want to take control of the Republic for themselves. Sidious just has to tell the Kaminoans (who have no connection to the Republic and have no idea what's going on) that he needs to have a back up protection device should the Jedi get out of hand and turn on the government.
Of course it doesn't even have to be this difficult. There's nothing that says Tyranus can't show up and wave his arms at the cloners and tell them to do whatever he wants.

that was what i meant with syfo dyas,sidious posing as him,read my previous posts .hehe
And like you said,the kaminos see sidious or palpatine as syfo dyas,so it makes no sense why a jedi would ask this.They should question on the basis of that information that this person is not an imposter.I mean any idiot could come in and order something.But I think with an order of that size the kaminoans don't take a risk and do some research to be sure...

Wasnt there a book that said Sifodias was killed by Count Dooku?
When I first saw AOTC I figured Sifodious=Sidious.
That worked well for me. I think ill stick with that *even if it isnt true*

There is no plot hole here. It can be explained as simply as 'jedi mind trick' which I'm sure can also be a 'sith mind trick'. All it would have taken was Dooku going to see the kaminoians, waving his hand and saying "you will include an order into their programing that will cause the clones to turn on their jedi generals when ordered to".
The Kaminoian would respond "yes, we will include such an order" or something like that and it is done.

Read "labrinth of evil". It explains the whole Syph DIas bit. Syphodias did order the clones (he didn't like the way the republic was going, and thought the jedi should have an army as a back up). He tells his Jedi friend Dooku about it (who is already mentored by Palpatine). Dooku kills Syphdias, erases Kamino from the Jedi Archives, and leaves. As Tyrannous he "takes over" and continues the requests for the clones.
Now one would infer that at this point the clones are either programmed or taught Order 66. Which is probably one of many contingencies Dooku and Palpatine thought up to cover any eventual scenario.

If Sifo-Dyas ordered their creation, how did Tyranus and Sidious manage to tinker with their genetic make-up?
If you go by the film, you assume that Sifo-Dyas was killed by Sidious and that he placed the order in his name. If you go with the books, he only made the contact with Kamino. Jango probably told them that Tyranus and Sifo-Dyas wanted an admendment. A program to protect them from assassination attempts from anyone, including the Jedi.
