As you enter the valley you can see the ancient twisted spires of the Temple rising above the fog, this is truly a place of evil and death. The Temple itself is surrounded by a small forest, it has long since grown as ugly and corrupt as the Masters that reside in the nearby Temple. All around you see the signs of the Dark Side's influence on the natural world, deformed and mutated trees and animals are everywhere, each one as evil as the next.
Inside the Temple you notice the ancient architecture which betrays the true age of this place of evil, the large halls and the spiraling staircases remind you of the haunted houses seen only in your nightmares. Upon closer inspection you see trophies and relics of ancient battles, and powerful artifacts of Sith long gone. The very soul of this place is enough to drive a Jedi mad, the Dark Side flows through and embraces everything here. Enter at your own risk, for in this Temple you will learn the true meaning of the Dark Side.
If you take the time to investigate the security of the Temple you will notice that it is guarded by a race that was though extinct, the
Dashade
have been enslaved here for centuries and have been forced to protect the secrets of the Sith. The only other visible method of defense is the turbo blasters that have been mounted on the wall surrounding the Temple, although you have a strong suspicion that more dangers await you in the shadows.

I give in to the Dark Side
The planet that once housed the New Sith Order has now been destroyed and the Sith have spread across the galaxy in search of a new home, the Jedi are also searching for ways to finally destroy the ancient order.
The timeframe is about 50 years after the Emporers death, thats about it.
Rules of Engagement
To start each thread will have 2 max level (level 5) force users, in addition each thread can choose 3 members to start at power level 3. The rest of the members will start at power level 1 and work their way up from there.
You must be in each level for 1 week, and participate in 1 battle to advance to the next level.
One other note concerning characters level 3 or under. In order to make this RP more realistic all characters that are level 3 or under must have a Master, if you do not have a master you will not be able to advance to the next level. It is up to the character who their master will be, and each master can have only 1 apprentice/padawan.
Revised Force Powers
J- Jedi S- Sith DJ- Dark Jedi DP- Darkside Penalty(aggressive or destructive) LP- Lightside Penalty
Level 1- Apprentice/Padawan
Absorb/Dissipate Energy- Allows the apprentice to absorb and neutralize energy attacks from blasters and etc. The higher the level the more powerful the attack can be.
Accelerate Healing- Allows the user to greatly accelerate the healing process. L1 can heal small cuts and sprains, L2 can heal broken bones, L3 can heal large cuts, L4 can heal severe wounds, L5 can heal life threatening wounds and injuries.
Concentration- Allows lightsiders to clear negative thoughts from their minds and channel positive energies of the Lightside of the Force. For Darksiders this is vice versa allowing them to clear positive thoughts and channel negative energies. An apprentice can only concentrate on one task at hand, higher level individuals can concentrate on multiple tasks depending on their skill level.
Control Pain- Control pain lets Jedi/Sith continue a task despite great pain
L1 can control small pains, but the higher the level the less the pain is reduced and the greater the pain that can be dealt with.
Enhance Attributes- Enhance attribute increases a basic skill, i.e. jumping, running, speed, acrobatics. L1 can accomplish these attributes, the enhancements increase with higher levels.
Contort/Escape- Allows the user to escape restraints by contorting into painful and difficult positions. L1 can escape from mediocre hand or leg restraints and the higher the level the more difficult the restraints can be.
Control Disease- Allows the user to direct and control the anti-bodies and healing resources of their bodies to throw off an infection or resist diseases within the body. L1 can control modest infections and illnesses such as high fever or the flu, L2 can control severe illnesses like gangrene or a hive virus, L3 can control life threatening diseases, L4 can control massive and long standing illnesses, L5 can control fast acting life threatening diseases.
Detoxify Poison- Allows the user to detoxify poisons in yourself. L1 for mild poisons, L2 for average poisons, L3 for virulent poisons, but for very complicated poisons like neurotoxins L4 or L5.
Force of Will (J)- Allows a Jedi to use his own willpower to fight the effects of hostile Force powers. L1 to start, as Jedi’s level increases so does the effectiveness of his willpower.
Force Push- Allows the user to push beings through the Force
Force Pull- Allows the user to pull beings through the Force
Hibernation Trance- Sends you into a hibernation where your body needs less attention.
Reduce Injury- Similar to Accelerate healing, except reduces extent of injury, doesn't actually heal. L1 can reduce sprains etc., L3 and above for more serious injuries.
Short Term Memory Enhancement- Very useful tool for remembering the exact details of a recent memory.
Combat Sense- Allows you to focus on the battle, enhancing combat effectiveness. L1 can enhance his combat effectiveness slightly, while L2s and above can enhance the effectiveness greatly.
Life Detection- Allows you to sense life around you and who that life is. L1 can sense lower life forms a short distance from their position, L2 can sense lower life forms further away, L3 can sense higher life forms a short distance but not know who they are and they can sense lower life forms at long distances, L4 can sense higher life forms at short distances and know who they are as well as sense lower life forms at long distances, L5 can sense who a higher life form is at long distances and sense lower life forms at long distances.
Danger Sense- This is a power all force users constantly have. Allows them to sense immanent danger. L1 can sense danger near them, and the higher the level the further the user can sense danger.
Life Sense- You can sense the presence and identity of the person you are looking for. You can also sense how badly wounded, diseased, or otherwise physically disturbed the being is. This task’s effectiveness is enhanced by the persons level, proximity, and relationship with the person sought after.
Sense Force- Allows you to sense the Force in a certain place, and whether it is light or dark. An apprentice, experienced apprentice, knight can sense beings on their side of the Force, masters and above can sense beings of the opposite side as well.
Life Web- Allows you to detect large concentrations of specific species, i.e. Wookiees, Rodians, or Humans. L1can detect billions, L2 can detect hundreds of millions, L3 can detect tens of millions, L4 can detect millions, L5 can detect hundreds of thousands.
Magnify Senses- Using this you can magnify your five sense. Effectiveness increases with users level
Receptive Telepathy- You can feel the emotions and receive the thoughts of others. L1 can pick up on the emotions and thoughts of non Force users or other apprentices, as your level increase you‘ll be able to pick up on the thoughts and emotions of those equal to and lower than you. However this rule is bent when a higher level person uses Projective Telepathy on you.
Telekinesis- Allows you to pick up, move, or stop a solid object with the Force. L1 would have to concentrate to move small objects such as a lightsaber, blaster, or small rock. L2 could move small objects fast but would have to concentrate moderately for objects such as large rocks or heavy machines such as droids and strenuously concentrate for something several hundred pounds. L3 can lift people, large rocks, and droids fairly easy now and heavy things can be pushed easier but heavy things several hundred pounds in weight still require a good bit of concentration. L4 can move people, large rocks, etc very easily and move things under a thousand pounds with a fair amount of concentration, L5 can move heavy things under a thousand pounds quite easily and things over a thousand pounds with great concentration. Note Force users can not levitate other Force users of the same level unless they’re allowed to.
Levitation- Allows you to lift yourself above the ground using Telekinesis. L1 can slightly slow down a short fall, L2 are able to increase the effectiveness of a jump or turn a fall backwards into a flip, L3 may levitate themselves upward but never very far with much concentration, L4 are able to levitate themselves fairly high with much concentration and short distances with very little concentration, L5 can levitate themselves fairly high with little concentration. Never can a Force user levitate themselves when falling a great distance.
Farseeing- Allows you to see into the past, present, and future. L1 and L2 can only see current situations, L3 and above can see into the past, present, and future but only L4 or higher can do so with ease.
Life Bond (J)- Allows you to create a permanent mental link with another individual such as a family member or close friend. Detailed information can be learned from this link. L1 is aware the other’s general location and emotional state, L2 can experience the other’s senses however at this level both are affected by the other’s experiences (both experience pain if one is hurt, if one receives an injury the other receives one that is less severe), L4 are telepathically linked to the other in the bond and read surface thoughts if the other is willing, L5 can send telepathic messages to those that they’re bonded to.
Lightsaber Combat- Allows you to become one with your lightsaber, making it an extension of your arm. Your combat effectiveness increases with your level.
Projective Telepathy- Allows you to project thoughts and emotions to others. L1 can only project their thoughts and emotions to non Force users or L1s, as your skill level increases you will be able to project thoughts and emotions to those that have lower or equal levels.
Inflict Pain (DJ) (DP)- Allows you to create extreme agony in your opponent. L1 can attack an opponent within close proximity, with each higher level gained the possible distance between the user and target increases as well as the amount of damage done. Once you reach L4 you cripple but do not kill your opponent as well as causing extreme pain.
Affect Mind- Allows you to make someone think they are, hear, see, and feel something they do not. L1 can mess with a persons perceptions as well as make slight momentary misperceptions, minor changes to distant memories, or even make the target not care one way or the other. L2 can make brief visible phenomenon, mess with memories less than a year old, and cause the target to feel minor emotion towards the conclusion he was coming to. L3 can create short hallucinations, mess with memories less than a day old, and cause a target to think he has strict orders about a conclusion. L4 can cause slight disguises with facial features, cause hallucinations that can be sense by two of the five senses, can mess with memories less than a minute old, and if the matter involving the conclusion of the target is very important. L5 can cause hallucinations sensed by all five senses, can cause major memory changes, and cause the target to the logic is absolutely clear and coming to the wrong conclusion is impossible.
Control Mind (DJ) (DP)- Allows you to take control of someone’s mind, turning them into a puppet per say. When done correctly you can control the actions of others to get them to serve you like loyal automatons. L1 can take control of one willing person but can’t gain control of an unwilling person. L2 can take control of two willing people and only one unwilling person. L3 can take control of three willing people but only two unwilling people. L4 can take control of 4 to 5 willing people and three unwilling. L5 can take control of 6 to 8 willing and 4 to 5 unwilling.
Enhanced Coordination- Very useful power, makes the coordination of a group better, works especially well on Imperial Navy crews. L1 can control 1 to 10 people, an L2 can control 11 to 100 people, L3 can control 101 to 500 people, L4 can control 501 to 5,000 people, L5 can control 5,001 to 500,000 people
Level 2- Experienced Apprentice/Experienced Padawan

Detoxify Poison in Another (LP)-
Control Breathing- Allows you to control the flow of oxygen in your body. You take control of the atmosphere around yourself to ‘grab’ oxygen molecules and pull them through the your skin and into your lungs. This allows you to affectively breath underwater without breathing masks, and it allows water breathers to breath on land the same way. L2 can use this power for a limited time, L3 or higher can use it longer.
Transfer Force (DJ) (DP)- Allows you to survive after being mortally wounded by transferring your life force to the target. When transferring to the target your body remains mortally wounded but will not die unless it takes more damage. Your body will be in a hibernation state for up to six weeks. You most be touching the target when the power is activated.
Remain Conscious- Allows you to remain conscious when wounds normally would incapacitate you. L2 or higher level Force users can remain conscious.
Remove Fatigue- Allows the Force user to battle the effects of strenuous acts. The user manipulates the Force and causes bodily toxins to be ejected more efficiently and thus allowing greater stamina. L2 can use this power and as his level increases so does the amount of time the effects last.
Resist Stun- Allows the user to withstand the effects of stun weaponry.
Rage (DJ) (DP)- Allows a Darksider to feel the greatest influences of the Darkside and places them in a beserker state of being. After going into and coming out of the trance the Darksider must rest from using the Force for a certain period of time before using any Force powers. During this time the user is considered vulnerable. L2 or higher can use this power. Higher level Sith can remaining in the trance longer and more easily than lower level ones. Higher level Sith can also return to full strength quicker.
Sense Friendly Force Potential- Allows you to probe the mind and spirit of a willing individual to see if they have the potential to become strong in the force.
Injure/Kill (DJ) (DP)- Allows you to injure or kill an opponent through touch, i.e. punches, kicks. L2 can severally injure, L4 or higher to mortally wound or possibly kill.
Place Another in Hibernation Trance- L1 can place non Force users into trance, higher level users can place lower level users into trance.
Dim Other’s Senses- Allows you to dim another’s senses. Only works on those that are lower or equal to your level.
Battle Meditation- Allows you to alter the tide of battle by controlling the minds of those participating in the battle. This can strengthen your allies and weaken your enemies at the same time since he can cause enemy troops to turn on their own team. L2 can manipulate 21 to 100 beings, L3 can manipulate 101 to 1000 beings, L4 can manipulate 1001 to 10,000 beings, L5 can manipulate 10,001+. Note this power only works on non Force users or lower level users.
Translation- Allows you to translate a language and speak it The user may translate body language, explore spoken words, and possibly decipher ancient Sith text. L2 can translate Human or Alien languages, L4 or higher can translate droids.
Level 3- Knight
Doppelganger (DJ) (DP)- Allows you to create a doppelganger of yourself. The doppelganger itself is an illusion but to all of those that interact with it, it’s real. You can sense all normal senses through the doppelganger. The double seems to have form and substance and registers as normal to all droid audio and visual scanners. If you stop using the power or the duplicate is fatally wound it simply fades into nonexistence. L3 or higher can use this power.
Transfer Life (DJ) (DP)- This allows you to transfer your life energy into another body. This is the key to immortality and is one of the most difficult and vile of all Darkside abilities. To overcome a spirit that is already within a body is nearly impossible. So most who use this also use clones. Only knights and higher can accomplish this goal and this power has the same difficulties no matter what your level is. Clone body- easy, Recently dead body- moderate, Live willing host- difficult, Live unwilling host- exceptionally difficult
Instinctive Astrogation Control- Allows a force user to "feel" their way through hyperspace, and to plot courses. L3 or higher can effectively use this power.
Force Shield- Allows you to raise a defensive shield of Force energy to repel physical and energy attacks. L3 can raise the shield for several minutes while higher level individuals can raise it for longer.
Shift Senses- Allows you to shift your five senses in to different modes allowing you to see in a different part of the spectrum, smell and distinguish different chemical compositions better, hear frequencies above and below your species normal range. L3 can pick up on simple phenomena such as heat or simple scents, L4 can detect more uncommon phenomena such as infrared radiation and comm frequencies, L5 can detect complex phenomena by setting the olfactory nerves to pick up on tibanna gas.
Remove Another’s Fatigue (LP)-
Return Another to Consciousness (LP)-
Create Force Storms (DJ) (DP)- Cannot control the storm. Allows user to create massive storm vortices of the Force that twists the space-time continuum. Storms are known to swallow whole fleets and rip the surfaces of planets.
Feed on the Darkside (DJ) (DP)- Allows a Force user to feed on fear, hate, anger, and other negative emotions to make himself more powerful. After the first time it’s activated it becomes easier to activate.
Force Lightning (DJ) (DP)- This power is thought to be the corruption of the Force, therefore it is rarely seen being used by Jedi. When used it produces bolts of white or blue energy that fly from the user’s fingertips. The bolts tear though the targets creating extreme pain and eventually death if used long enough. Since the lightning is Force generated it can be repelled using dissipate energy. Force lightning courses over and into the target’s body, convulsing them, feeding off their power, and finally killing them. L3 can create a continuous bolt of lightning, L4 can create bolts of lightning that fan out but cause damage to whoever it touches, L5 can create a fan of lightning that intelligently strikes the enemy.
Aura of Uneasiness (S)- Allows a Sith to project a field of vague discomfort and uneasiness around themselves. In turn this causes lower life forms to avoid them and higher life forms to sense an uneasiness about the person. L3 can create the aura, increase in level enhances the proximity but is limited to the Sith’s line of sight
Bolt of Hatred (S)- Only Sith can create this ball of pure hatred in his hand to hurl at anyone within his sight. The ball of energy is extremely damaging to anyone who is hit by it’s effects.
Drain Life Energy (S)- This allows a Sith to draw power form nearby non-sentient beings, allow him to boost his ability to go without sleep. Not only does this power depend on the user’s level, but also the amount of rodents, birds, etc that are near the user. L3 or higher can use this power and it’s effectiveness and area of effect enhances with the skill level, but still revolves around the amount of lower life forms in the area.
Wave of Darkness (S)- The Sith digs into the darkness of his own spirit to dredge up feelings of hatred, jealousy, greed, and rage that are in the shadowed recesses. Using the Force as a power source he expels these vile emotions in waves of Darkside energy that radiate out from the Sith in an expanding sphere. Anyone caught in the wave suffers from immediate confusion, and several seconds later flees in fear. L3 can affect an area of 1 to 2 meters from them, L4 affects an area of 3 to 15 meters, L5 affect an area 16 to 30 meters.
Level 4- Master
Emptiness (J)- Allows a Jedi to empty his mind and allow the Force to flow through him. The users seems to be in a deep meditation and is oblivious to his surroundings. While in emptiness the user is difficult to sense or affect the user with the Force. Only L4 or higher can execute this power.
Mental Translocation- This is a form of teleportation that allows you to have an "out-of-body" experience in which you see in a tunnel vision. You move anywhere and see anything, no barriers stop you, and you cannot be sensed.
Electronic Manipulation (S/J)- Allows a Sith to channel his anger into the circuits of computers, droids, and machines, then reprogramming them by manipulating their physical and electronic components. The reprogramming however can only restore the original programming before any alterations. L4 can make significant program changes in both sentient and non sentient machines, L5 can make major reprogramming changes in sentient machines hostile towards the Sith.
Force Wind (S)- This allows the Sith to manipulate and channel air currents to form violent and destructive tornadoes that can lift people and fling them about.
Drain Life Essence (S)- This allows the Sith to draw life energy from those around him and use it as his own and to channel the negative effects of the Darkside into those victims. L4 can drain 1 to 50,000 willing or worshipful, ambivalent or apathetic victims or enemies. L5 can drain 50,001 to 10 million willing or worshipful, ambivalent or apathetic victims or enemies.
Darkside Web (S)- When successfully used this power summons strands of the Darkside that wraps around the intended target entangling him in a web of brilliance. In the case of a Force user being ensnared, the network of energy bands severs the users connection with the Force as well as drain him of his strength
Memory Wipe (S)- This fearful power allows a Sith to sift through a person’s mind, and destroy all knowledge of specific events or learned skills. Use of this requires direct contact with the target, and usually only one specific objective can be hunted down per encounter. L4 and higher may use this power. The amount of objectives increases with the increases in skill level.
Telekinetic Kill (DJ) (DP)- This is used to telekinetically injure or kill an opponent. The method used varies: crushing the trachea, scrambling the brain, squeezing the heart, etc. L4 can move the person around as they use the power, L5 can also move around themselves and have further range but still limited to line of sight.
Sense Resistant Force Potential- Allows you to probe the mind and spirit of a person to see if they have the potential to become strong in the Force. L4 or higher can sense potential in resistant people.
Level 5- Lord
Astral Translocation- The final form of teleportation. This makes your tangible body go limp, while your life essence moves through the astral plain to view things you cannot see. Unlike mental translocation, in the astral plain, you can interact with others who use this power. This is a good way to fight duels where one side is notorious for pulling a saber, blaster, or other non force attack. If the corporal body is destroyed, the user is forever trapped on the astral plain...or so it is thought
Create Force Storms (DJ) (DP)- Can control the storm
Force Harmony (J)- Allows several willing Jedi to manifest the Lightside. As long as it is kept up it bathes the users in the celestial illumination of the Lightside acting as a shield against the powers of the Darkside. Only lords can use this power, however they can aide others as low as knights in pulling off this task.
Non Level
Weather Sense- Allows you to attune yourself to local weather patterns and make limited predictions regarding the atmospheric phenomenon in that area. Accuracy depends on how long you have lived in the area
Predict Natural Disasters- Allows you to sense local meteorological and geological conditions and predict imminent disasters such as quakes, floods, landslides, avalanches, volcanic eruptions, cave-ins, large scale conflagrations such as forest fires, even dangerous storms. Accuracy depends on how long you have lived in the area.

Each Sith will also have a small amount of troops (they can be any standard race or droid), the Sith does not alway have to be in control of these troops if desired they can be added to the temple garrison if desired.
Level Troops (total/level)
1---10
2---20
3---30
4---40
5---50
These troops are not replacable unless you drop levels and are forced to advance again. They are also just standard troops, but you can have technology as posted below.
Level /Technology
1-Heavy repeating blaster and body armor
2-portable missle launchers and upgraded armor
2-Anti infantry laser batteries and anti-vehicle laser cannon
3-Light troop transports
4-Heavy troop transports and spacecraft
5-SSDs
Note: these are just examples, you can use similar items if desired.
NPC's:
Each player can have 1 NPC, these NCP's have no level and are mainly used to assist the character in minor tasks.
Specialization:
In addition to the standard force powers, you can also choose a power to specialize in (3 for each level attained). The specialization will make you stronger in that choosen field, allowing you to accomplish harder tasks and it also makes the damage/healing more effective.
Luck:
Each combatant can use a luck option once per battle. This will allow you to survive massive damage, not be seen by the enemy, it can also be used for an attack to be more effective, ect.....
Death:
If you are level 4 or higher you will loose 2 power levels, if you are level 3 or lower you will loose 1 power level. In addition there is a 24 hour self ban from combat, after that you are allowed to re-enter at the appropriate power level.
Let the war begin, the Jedi will be here soon and we should be prepared for their arrival.

The Temple is located in the north west corner of the is map marked by a red square:
To the east is a large plain of open grasslands, marked by only one tree. Which has been deformed by the death of a powerful Sith long ago. The rest is tall grass.
Dark clouds float above the temple, sometime engulfing it in a thick mist. The area around the temple is rugged mountains, rising nearly a thousand feet. Ground lightning crackles through out these mountains, radiating from a large stone, infused with the darkside.

The land is equal. The line is just jagged.
You have more of the field, too.
IC: A Sleak black shuttle tears through the mountains. Shooting straight through the clouds it lands outside of the temple.

*appears next to The Temple muttering something about needing to find other transportation, shadows and wind will only do so much*
Woaah...
*stares in complete awe at the magnificent architecture, then, getting over her awe, scampers inside and races up various stair cases until she's on the floor below the roof*
*standing in front of a massive opening in the wall that she assumes is a window she lets her hair down from its bun and allows the furious mountain wind to sweep her hair back and mold her loose, silver robes to her lithe form*
*a sudden reckless urge takes her, bracing her hands on either side of the window, she leans part way out and a tall, slender black iron spire about twelve feet out and to the left*
*her eyes begin to glow softly, her iris and pupil dissolving into white, with a feral grin, she took a step back then flipped herself through the air and twined one arm and both legs around the tall shaft*
*using the Force, she creates a slight buffer around her face to allow for ease of sight and breath as she smiles contentedly, looking over her peoples dominion*
