	Title A different love Genre drama I think, Romance later though, action later though Author Sdhfs[b/] Ratingpg-13 Disclaimerit ain't mine that’s for sure Summary would padme still find a love if Obi-wan and Anakin places were reversed on Naboo? ------------------------------------------------------ Here you are Dozens of emerald green and sky blue lightsaber blades could be seen in the now full Jedi temple training room. Two figures one with a beard and wild hair that was brown who also had eyes that were bight blue, he was fighting with the other Jedi, the padawan of the pair it was seemed by the distinctive braid was on the right, he had short sandy blonde hair and was the taller one of the pair, he busy attempting to jump over his sparring partner to end the fight early. In a second the shortest of the pair turned, brought his blade up protecting himself and taking the brunt of his opponents blow, he then swung his blade in a circular motion hitting his opponents to the side he swung round and delivered a kick to his ribs. The taller one fell to the floor his blade falling to the floor already lifeless as his opponent aimed his blue blade at his neck. “You are distracted my young padawan”the older said in a stern tone. “Yes....master” he replied trying to regain his breath “A great Jedi once told me that you must also focus on the living force and the present moment” “And exactly who said that?” Obi-Wan nearly virtually squirmed at this question qui-gon Anakin thought, nothing else could do that to his master, Obi-Wan over the years had shared many things with Anakin, he was in his own right Anakin's father but one thing that he never said anything about was his old master, Anakin had tried at first but he gave up, his master would never get as close to someone to talk about that ever, every one had there thing and that was his master’s. He grabbed his lightsaber and got off the floor clipping the weapon to his belt. “What may i ask had you distracted” the older said attempting to start a line of inquiry to his padawans lack of focus “padme”was the short reply but his master knew the name ani's crush he thought, his younger counterpart was head over heels in love with the queen turned senator, he had poked and prodded at this item with his padawan but he always denied it to the end but his master knew that if anyone said anything that even sounded like padme that his padawan would hear it and start a line of questioning as to what they were talking about. “And” his master asked him wondering what he meant. “There was another attempt on her life today” “And” “And, she should have Jedi protection” he blurted out not putting his emotions in check so his master heard the worry dripping from the sentence. “The Jedi numbers are spread too thinly over this current vote” he replied in as always a neutral tone “This vote, that’s a bit of an understatement i mean if it goes through there will be a war” “And what do you think” already knowing the reply “It should be stopped” “Is that because senator Amidala thinks it should be stopped” a grin appeared on his middle aged face. His padawan blushed like a little boy and replied in a childish tone”no”, his master held back a laugh. “We should be going to the council chambers now” “why do you think we have a new mission do you think it will be protecting the senator” he nearly jumped up and down in excitement just able to stop himself, his master just picked up his robe and gear and walked out the door, his padawan asked” take a shower we should or smell bad we will”, his master stopped and looked round” attempt to should like Master Yoda you should not for i am the master “Anakin grinned, his master was in a good mood and he was going to see Padme “what about the shower” he asked his master who had already taken of towards the lift “we were not in there long enough to make up a sweat young one” his master said waiting at the packed lift”oh”. -----signature----- http://boards.theforce.net/The_Saga/b10476/16229314/?30 Up is obidala at it's best love chooses you you don 't choose it. 	Both Obi-wan and Anakin walked in to the council chambers Anakin staying a step or two behind his master “Good to see you it is master Kenobi feared we did about the trade dispute on perilla”said the small master green master “It was fine master yoda, it was pirates who had caused the disturbances” “As you said in mission report, master Kenobi we have a new mission for you and your padawan a request has come in from the senate about the protection of senator Amidala”said master windu who was situated to yodas left. “Why may I ask is my padawan and I appointed this task” “You are one of the few in the order who has met her and it would be better than a stranger protecting her” “Accept this task do you “ “Yes master yoda but with protest” “Speak of this we must, come to the inner chambers you must, know that you are there to protect, investigate you will not” “Of chorse master, Anakin prepare for leaving the temple and meet me in our quarters” “Of chorse master” he said bowing and leaving the chambers. Obi-wan, mace windu and yoda walked through a door and proceeded to a small room which was desighed like the rest of the temple that had one desk with one red chair behind it with two in front.Yoda motioned for obi-wan to sit which he complied with sitting down on one of the two chairs while master yoda sat down on the seat behind the desk. “What do you mean” asked mace walking over and sitting on the desk “My padawan has a crush on the senator, I am afraid it could become more serious “Know this we do but he must over come these feelings” “And if he can’t” “Then like the alternative you would not” “Obi-wan the senator’s protection is vital to this current vote, do all you can to protect her” “I will do what I can” “clouds our vision the darkside does but know we do that this mission is important may the force be with you” yoda said looking saddened at the revalation of the darkside being so powerful obi-wan just bowed walking out The doors of the shared apartment opened up” are you ready” obi-wan asked his padawan who was currently brushing his hair” yes master” his padwan said pulling his cloke around his shoulders” come then”. Both walked out of the Room The trip was relatively short to the senators apartment both keeping conversation minimal. Anakin was nervous he was about to see padme the one person who understood him and believed in him and was nice to him, he was a bit worried that another team would be given the mission, his master had talked with master yoda and windu for a while probably about the current mission, well whatever his masters problem was it didn’t really matter now if his master wanted him to know he would tell him and the mission was going as planed. Obi-wan sat in the small transport dreading the new mission, his padawan was not one for waiting for things to come to him or subtle either, a mission where both were nearly killed because Anakin rushed into a dense forest and an ambush made that very clear to him, he wondered what the senators reaction to Anakin would be and to him as well, he had only met her briefly during the trade dispute years ago but he knew she was very passionate about helping the people and representing them in this time of chaos, he also knew that she was very striking and that she was a able senator as well. They arrived at the apartment both stepping out of the transport as it took of into the heavy corosant traffic as they walked to a door being guarded by two naboo royal guards “What is it you would like sir” asked one of the guards “I am master Kenobi and this is my padawan, we have been assighed to the senator’s security, I believe we are expected” “Yes of chorse master Kenobi we have been expecting you this way” the guard typed a code into a keypad on the wall and the door opened only one of the guards walking inside, both followed. Another door opened leading into a small room with walls painted white at the bottom and blue at the top, a plant was located at each corner and a door at the other end at the room was the only other entrance “This is the lift master, it will lead you up to the senator level, and captain thypo will meet you there and escort you to the senator” the guard stated “Captain Typho is the head of security here” Anakin asked “Yes he is new I believe now if you will excuse me I have to guard the door good day to you both” obi-wan nodded and the guarded walked of “Come my young padawan we should go up now” “Yes master” both walked into the lift and the doors closed and the lift came to life. The doors opened revealing a room with the same design as the room before accept for a couch in the middle, a tall man with brown hair and tan skin met them at the door “I am captain thypo leader of milady’s security” he said offering his hand which obi-wan took and replied” I am master Kenobi and this is my padawan is the senator around” “Yes this way” he said walking towards a door at the other end of the room obi-wan and Anakin followed. The door opened all three walking in, padme was already in there with a handmaiden, she smiled as she saw the pair” master Kenobi…..obi-wan it has been far too long” obi-wan just bowed “yes mi’lady, it is good to see you again as well” “Ani” padme said shocked, the little boy she had met years ago had become a man, a very handsome man at that “It’s good to see you again padme” he said “I can’t believe how much you’ve grown” she said still shocked “And you have only grown more beautiful padme”he said lifting her hand and kissing it “well you will always be the little boy I knew ages ago” she said to him, obi-wan smiled just able to stop himself laughing out loud, the same thing happened with captain thypo his padawan had tried to be charming and she had shot him down in a second “Something funny obi-wan” padme asked faking irritation “No milady nothing at all” “Good I believe you have things to discuss with the captain” “Yes you are right, if we could discuss the security of the building and the resources you have” “Of chorse this way” the captain said showing them to the door. As soon as they left the handmaiden asked padme”well” “Well what”padme asked picking out a long orange dress from a dresser “What do you think of the Jedi?” “There Jedi” she said not saying anything more than short sentences “there more than Jedi, did you see the youngest one, ani I think it was, trying to be charming and you shooting him down” “Well that’s what you get” “Well I think he’s sexy and did you see his master he’s even sexier” “Dorme is that all you think about” padme said shocked “Well with two handsome strong Jedi watching over me all the time it’s what I would think about” “Well anyway Jedi aren’t allowed to do that” “Nothing a little seduction wouldn’t help” dorme said pulling out a low cut nightgown and handing it to padme “I will not seduce obi-wan” “I see you have already picked one” dorme said teasing her “Or Anakin now don’t you have something to do” “Yes just remember what I said” dorme replied walking out another door. Padme walked to the bed opening a bag she pulled out a few data pads seducing obi-wan and Anakin that sounds like fun she thought about the last time she met obi-wan it was only brief, they had spoke during the celebration yet even though he was polite and appeared to be happy she picked up on a great sadness in him, she had sometimes sensed hidden emotions from people even felt them and being in a profession that was full of people who said the opposite of what they actually meant or was just plain out hutt slime she had great practice honing the skill. She had always liked him,he seemed to have a good heart and he was very cute putting it mildly she thought. She didn’t know much about Anakin to really know him, she had seen him a few times before during the trade dispute, he had always seemed lost and fearful and a bit strange as well she thought, he had grown now though and he had become very handsome but he was still the boy she knew years ago, she walked to a desk and starting looking through the data pads. -----signature----- http://boards.theforce.net/The_Saga/b10476/16229314/?30 Up is obidala at it's best love chooses you you don 't choose it. 	This is interesting, I like how Obi and Anakin interact with each other in this story. I like how you show them in the council room before going to protect Padme I also like how you have Obi explain about the crush Anakin has on Padme to Yoda and Mace. I also like how you have Obi going over in his mind about Anakin. Also like how you have added some things that we didn't see in the movie or book, such as the talk with the guard. I like the twist of having Obi and Thypo laughing about what Padme said about Anakin. I loved the conversation between Padme and Dorme that was a nice addition to the story. Well I think he’s sexy and did you see his master he’s even sexier” “Dorme is that all you think about” padme said shocked “Well with two handsome strong Jedi watching over me all the time it’s what I would think about” “Well anyway Jedi aren’t allowed to do that” “Nothing a little seduction wouldn’t help” dorme said pulling out a low cut nightgown and handing it to padme “I will not seduce obi-wan” “I see you have already picked one” dorme said teasing her “Or Anakin now don’t you have something to do” I am with Dorme. The master is the sexiest one. Padme's character is unique in the way you seem to characterize her in this story. I like how you have her reflect on both Jedi, she seems to have a good hold on how Obi-wan is. I look forward to more of this one. Edit: I also wanted to mention that I like your saying in your signature line. "love chooses you, you don't choose it." So true. 	sorry about how short it is but i have to go this second have more later in the evening Padme sat there on a small box in front of a even bigger box been used for a table, a figure wearing a large cloke covering his body and most of his face was holding two bowls of what appeared to be soup started walked towards her and sat down on another box putting the bowls down one in front of her and one in front of himself “You can take your hood down obi-wan” she said dryly she was not having the best time running away from her beliefs and responsibility’s while her job was being done by someone else “Do not worry we’ll be at naboo soon” he said trying to be nice pulling down his hood “I don’t care about that” she replied agitated “Oh” he said stinged by her attitude “I’m sorry” she said apologetically”it’s just that I’m annoyed at this arrangement “ “What do you mean” he asked forgetting her previous comment its what he was there to do, well he was there to protect her not get annoyed which he was “I’m sitting here safe and sound going to hide like a coward while the most important vote of the last one hundred years is about to be decided even though it’s my job” more dry humour he thought “Do not worry about it, they know your opinion on the matter, it will be all right” he said yet again trying to put her at ease “Funny I didn’t know Jedi could see the future” she replied sarcastically, obi-wan was shocked, he was trying to be nice and she was being rude and annoying he might add “well we can’t I was trying to be nice but I seem to be failing so I will just go and find us a place to sleep” he got up not even touching his soup and walked to a nearby door going through it. 	here you are Obi-wan found a small room unoccupied under the pretence of finding somewhere to sleep for the pair to sleep not that it would be up to her standards he thought ,I shouldn’t sink to her level he thought, she had been nice and polite to him when they had met before but she was in all truth getting on his nerves now as was this mission ,when he met her years before she had been nice and polite but now….he should come to his senses and realise that he should be helping her out and not so judgemental she was under a lot of stress and if someone asked him to run away from his job he would be annoyed to, he now felt ashamed at his own attitude. He sat on the floor and tried to clear his mind. Padme searched the ship for any sigh of obi-wan checking all the main areas for him he’s probably hiding from you and your attitude she said to herself she was acting rude and had hurt obi-wans feelings and probably give him a headache as well, she decided to search more secluded areas for him. She after a few minutes of walking about came to a small door that was as grey and dull as the rest of the transport she walked to the door it opening as soon as she walked near it, inside she found him sitting there quietly meditating she didn’t want to wake him or whatever she didn’t know much about the Jedi so she slowly creeped back out “Going” he asked with his eyes still closed “Oh well I didn’t want to wake you or something” she said lamely “Well you didn’t wake me” he said saying the last bit of the sentence longer than the rest which only added to her embarrassment “Well I can go...if you want me to” “Its fine you should join me it relieves stress you know, I have noticed that you have been under a lot of pressure lately” he said. She remembered why she had been looking for him in the first place, she took a seat beside him and crossed her legs just like him saying” I am sorry about the way I acted before it’s just that I have been under so much stress recently” “Do not worry about it” he said smiling, maybe if the two could get on alright then it wouldn’t be so bad “I do worry about it we are friends I know that we haven’t seen each other in ages but I do value our friendship and I hope you do two” “Of chorse I do I just meant that I had already forgiven you” “Oh well that’s alright then, what do you do for meditating “it is simple just take a deep breath and empty your mind, do not think of anything, not the vote, not the current situation just release your feelings and calm yourself” she focused on his instructions taking deep breaths after a few minutes she did feel the stress just melting of she didn’t know if she had felt this at peace in years not thinking of the senate or the attempts. Both had been meditating for a few minutes obi-wan able to see and feel the numerous force signatures all around the place ,he could see some of the other peoples signatures and as he suspected they were not very clear ,he could even see a plant or two as well but tried to feel padme’s signature and was amazed at how bright it shown she must be a force sensitive he thought ,he gently probed her with the force to see just how strong in the force she was ,if he just probed her then she would feel his presence but if she didn’t know about it then she wouldn’t feel anything “Stop that” she demanded opening her eyes “You knew” he asked in a confused voice “What that I was force sensitive of chorse I knew” still annoyed at what he had just done “I’m sorry I just didn’t know that’s all” he said trying to apologise “Well you should have asked first” she replied still annoyed “I didn’t want to disturb you” he said apologising again “Well it still doesn’t give you the right to do that…but I will forgive you this time now, come on we have to find somewhere to sleep it seems someone forgot” she got up and walked to the door “I didn’t even remember well if we do find somewhere you can have the place to sleep” “Well I was already getting it” “You where” “Of chorse now, be a gentleman and get our bags” she said smiling, he smiled and said “of chorse milady” and he walked away towards the area they had come from “And stop calling me milady” “Of chorse milady” she crossed her arms giving him a stern look; he just smiled and resumed walking. -----signature----- http://boards.theforce.net/The_Saga/b10476/16229314/?30 Up is obidala at it's best love chooses you you don 't choose it. 	I like the part about Padme thinking that Obi-Wan is avoiding her because of her altitude, a lot. I also like how she apologizes to Obi-wan. And the following were just some of my favorite parts. 	crystalkenobi thanks for the good coments and he does try and tease her alot i should know i wrote it kynstar thank you as well here you are by the way i don't suppose any of you could be persuaded to read another story of mine coughcalled a new friendship**cough ------------------------------------------------------ Obi-wan woke up slowly not trying to make a sound, padme slept in a makeshift bed right next to him, he was able to get a small room but it only had one bed and padme had got it by running in front while he carried the bags, she amazed him sometimes at one point she could be the most serious person in the world and in the next second she could be racing you to a bed. He put on his boots and belt and stood up. He walked over to the bed and leaned down beside her” milady…….padme wake up” he said quietly giving her a small nudge with the force. “So you finally calling me padme” she said sitting up “Well it’s a lot shorter that senator amidala or a lot stupider than milady” “I see,you couldn’t possibly leave so I could get changed” she said getting up and grabbing one of the bags and putting it on the bed “Of chorse I will see you in ten minutes” he asked her “More like twenty” she said “Twenty what dress could take twenty minutes to put on?” “Anything that isn’t a cream tunic” she smiled “I think my tunic looks good” “Well then you have no taste then do you” she said teasing him as he walked out “no taste hmp”. She took out a cream dress that went to her ankles and covered most of her neck and a small cream overcoat. They both got of the transport at the station that was filled with people coming and going all around them, obi-wan was as usual wearing his tunic and cloke while padme was wearing a white dress with a small overcoat covering her shoulders “We should get some transport we are still not safe” obi-wan said “Yes we should inform the queen of our arrival, come on” he followed her to a nearby depot and waited on a speeder. Obi-wan noted his surroundings naboo was an amazing planet ,it had a natural beauty about it that somewhere like corousant didn’t have and its people were even more amazing ,all of them walked about at ease not in a rush to go anywhere unlike corousant’s people who were always moaning about something and they were always in a rush like him ,the order rarely give it’s masters off time and there was not much to do ,he noticed padme sitting talking with a few people ,she always seemed to put people at ease when she was around ,it was either her kindness or her beauty he thought ,he couldn’t deny that she was beautiful which she was defiantly he thought. “What are you thinking about” padme asked him curious as to why he was staring at her so intently “Oh sorry lost in my thoughts” he replied “About what” she asked again “About how beautiful naboo is” “I love it hear, it is beautiful” she replied smiling “As are its people” he said causing her to blush “sorry slip of the tongue” “Its fine it’s nice to be complemented once in a while, in the senate they don’t pay any close attention to your well being” she replied her smile growing smaller “Yes much like the order” “What’s it like being a Jedi” she asked him as they walked towards a more secluded area of the depo “In all truth I couldn’t really tell you, I have been a Jedi since I was an infant and have nothing to compare it to” “What about your family” she asked him “Well I didn’t really know much about them; apparently they are royalty on some planet” “So your royalty then” “It would appear so” “Well what you know about them I mean your family” “My father is alive my mother died when I was eight and I have an older brother” “Oh I’m sorry” she said putting her arm on his shoulder trying to comfort him “It’s ok really I hardly knew her” “So you didn’t have any real family then” she asked him keeping up her questions “I did have my master but he was………killed” he choked out the last bit trying to keep his neutral expression up but failing as a tear rolled down his cheek. Padme pulled him in to a close hug he tried to stop the tears but couldn’t as he cried on her shoulder “it’s all right” “No its not,I’m a Jedi I’m meant to show no emotion” he said trying to gain control “you are a human like me obi-wan ,just because you’re a Jedi doesn’t mean you can’t show your emotions once in a while” she said rubbing his back after a while she asked “do you want to talk about it” she asked him while an air speeder pulled up “Milady I’m fine…we have to go” he said wiping away a few tears but she knew he wasn’t alright you can’t just forget something like that in seconds “Okay but we will talk about this I promise you that” she said grabbing a bag “It’s okay really” he said regaining some of his composure “no its not obi-wan,I can see how badly that experience scarred you and you will have to talk about it to let it go” she said gently squeezing his hand with her own he knew she was concerned and sincere so he agreed and picked up a few bags and walked towards a air speeder. They arrived at the palace in around ten minutes both talking about there past experiences ,obi-wan about old missions or Anakin and his training and padme talking about votes or her handmaidens or her family. They walked towards the main entrance looking at the different types of flowers about the gardens or the statues that filled the palace. They walked to a stone sculpted desk “Even the reception desks are works of art here” obi-wan said to padme “Jealous of me having such a great home world” she asked “Well mine being corousant then yes” he replied pressing on a small bell on the counter “Your homeworld is corousant” she asked “Well more like the temple I haven’t even been to my real homeworld so I consider the temple it” “Whats the temple like, I have never seen anything other than the council chambers” “Its beautiful you would love it the one thousand fountain room is the most beautiful place there” “Thousand fountains that must be massive” she said in disbelief “It is I love it you could see it yourself if you took time off you know” “Me take time of I think not work never seems to stop” she said sighing “well maybe you could use this time to vacation then, I could use one myself” a young girl wearing an orange dress that covered her entire body accept from her face and hands walked behind the desk she smiled as soon as she seen who was there “milady I don’t believe it I thought you were on corousant” “br’ee I don’t believe it ,I haven’t seen you in ages” padme said smiling also as she walked round the desk hugging her younger friend ,both pulled away and walked from behind the desk “Br’ee this is master Kenobi” padme said “It is nice to meet you br’ee” obi-wan said smiling and offering his hand, br’ee giggled and took his hand looking away as he smiled “I have to work milady” she said looking at the floor smiling “Ok it was good to see you again anyway and I nearly forgot to ask where the queen is” “She’s in the thrown room milady” “Ok ,come lets go see you later br’ee” padme said to obi-wan who was looking at the various artwork throughout the palace “Bye br’ee” obi-wan said causing the young handmaiden to blush yet again and giggle he just smiled “She likes you” padme said as they walked up the main palace steps “Who” he asked “Br’ee of chorse” she replied “I believe so” he said “So do you have a habit of making young girls blush obi-wan” she asked smiling “Well I do the odd time” he replied “Do you” “Well I can’t help it” he said as they were walking through the last few corridors that leading to the throne room “I don’t think I’ve met such an arrogant jedi” she said “I am not arrogant” he replied defending himself “That’s funny most Jedi don’t give up so easily when someone accuses them of being handsome” “Well jedi can’t lie” “Yea but it wasn’t exactly a tuff choice wither to lie or not now was it” she said smiling even more “I am not arrogant”he said smiling “Of chorse not you’re just misunderstood” he was about to replie but they had just arrived at the throne room so he had to bite his tongue for a while. Both walked into the brightly lit room, sculpted support beams were stationed over the room while paintings covered the walls, a large window covered the wall opposite the door, in front of where the window was queen jamila sat on a large jewel incrusted chair with councillor bibble standing beside her, with him was a man clad in a naboo royal military uniform and another plainly dressed man stood beside him “Padme it is good to see you again” queen jamila said smiling though the layers of make up she had on “It is indeed” councillor bibble said also “It’s good to see you both, this is master Kenobi my escort and protector” she said looking at the Jedi standing quietly behind her. He walked to her side and bowed to the queen” milady minister bibble” he said in his usual dull tone padme thought he said it dull anyway “What brings you to us padme” the queen asked “There have been some attempts on my life,I am needed to disappear for a while the current vote is being decided on” she said “That is terrible news, do you have any suggestions as to were you will be staying” the queen asked “I think I could think of one place” she replied “What about you master Kenobi do you have any suggestions” bibble asked “Padme, I mean milady knows this world far better than me she would be most able to provide a place for her to stay at for the time being” he said to the councillor “Of chorse you are right master do you know of anywhere padme” the queen asked “Yes I do it’s a villa outside of theed” “Well I will prepare your things then for departure, if I could have a few private words with you in my chambers” the queen asked “Of chorse, obi-wan I will meet you at the gates at the back of the palace” she said walking to another door on the left of the room “Padme I do not think that will be a good idea I should stay with you just in case” he said clearly worried about her “Do not worry master Kenobi we do have security guards all around the palace” the queen said as they both turned to him “yes of chorse” he said hesitating, walking out the door he looked back once before walking out feeling nervous already about padme’s safety. Both women walked into a smaller room than the previous one that was still massive by most standards the queen sitting behind a desk with padme sitting on one in front “I’m sorry that this all had to happen padme” the queen said looking at her friend “It’s not your fault” she said “I know but you must feel useless right now, I know how you feel about not doing anything” “Yes I know but they already know my view and my arguments so I guess it’s not that bad” she said trying to sound up beat but failing “That’s an upbeat attitude padme” the queen replied “It’s what obi-wan said to me before” she replied “How do you like your new protector anyway” the queen asked “He’s an old friend of mine” padme replied “Is he indeed” the queen asked “Yes is that so hard to believe” padme asked “Well it’s just that if I had such a handsome friend well we wouldn’t be friends if it was up to me” the queen said smiling “obi-wan is a jedi he doesn’t think like that” she said annoyed at her friend’s insinuation “And what about you” the queen asked “What about me” she asked “Well do you like him” she asked again “yes he is handsome but he has other qualities as well like he’s caring ,helpful ,intelligent and he is always a gentleman even when it’s not called for ,that’s why he is a great friend” she replied “I think you like him more than you think you do” the queen said “I like him as a friend” padme said still defensive, the queen walked round the desk and sitting down on it she said looking at her friend “Padme wither you know it or not you have deeper feelings for obi-wan than you will admit too or you just don’t know about them,either way he wouldn’t be a bad choice” the queen said smiling “Obi-wan is a jedi and I am a politician we both have important lives and I still do not say I have more than friendly feelings for obi-wan” she said standing up “I hope you can resolve these issues before it’s too late it was good to see you again padme” the queen said smiling, padme pulled the queen into a close hug “I’ll see you soon I promise” she said to her long time friend “I know” the queen replied, padme walked out of the room past councillor bibble saying her goodbyes before walking towards the back entrance. -----signature----- http://boards.theforce.net/The_Saga/b10476/16229314/?30 Up is obidala at it's best love chooses you you don 't choose it. 	I like this part. The flow from the other part was excellent also. I like how you have the queen and padme talking about Obi. That was a nice touch. “Well it’s just that if I had such a handsome friend well we wouldn’t be friends if it was up to me” the queen said smilin I think that is one smart queen. I like how you have Obi opening up to talk about his family and life at the temple.
