A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...
There was a land, and a people, lacking direction. It wasn't that they weren't determined folk, or they hadn't achieved a great deal in scientific advancement, it was that they lacked a specific direction. They felt it in the water and the earth, and they smelt it in the air. Something was missing. Something... elusive.
A great search was announced. The population looked to the left, and to the right, and then they looked down. They found nothing, no enlightenment, no great secrets, and nothing to satisfy the mysterious hole in all their lives. Frustration ensued, and their economy collapsed as everyone and everything ground to an unsatisfying halt. Nobody knew what to do.
It was in this time of great uncertainty, and terrible laxity, that the great and eminent scientist Dr. Page-One called together the greatest minds he could for one final stab into the unknown. This was it. The very future and fabric of the world was at stake. A streaming webcast was set up, a cable channel went live, and the meeting was broadcast to everyone who wanted to watch it. That was everyone alive. No-one could concentrate on anything, for what indeed, mattered?
Five years later, a press conference was called. Dr Page-One and his team had come to a conclusion, the answer had been reached. This was just in time, as society was on it's last legs. Nobody had any money, nobody had a job, nobody could be bothered to pursue any endeavour, make any effort, or do anything.
Dr Page-One called the now worryingly disinterested audience to attention. They turned their heads towards his, and one of them said, "What?" Dr Page-One cleared his throat, and spoke:
"Assembled people, we have looked to the left for a direction, we have looked to the right for a direction, we have even looked down. We have found nothing. My colleagues and I were entrusted with the task of finding this new direction, and bringing it to the masses. I am here to assure you all that your public money has not gone to waste, we have your answer!"
People were starting to lose the small interest they had, and were walking off to bash things with big sticks, and jump up and down. Dr Page-One shouted "My friends! Please, crane your necks backwards; point your eyes to the sky!!!"
The crowd stopped. A murmur swept across the head tops.
"What?"
"Crane your necks backwards; point your eyes to the sky!"
There was a pause. A dramatic pause. This was amazing, as nothing dramatic had happened since the problem was initially diagnosed.
Dr Page-One concluded "LOOK UP!!!!!"
UP! The word filtered into a million sets of ears, and into a million tired brains. UP? ... UP?
"Look up!!!"
UP! The word jumped across broken synapses and mended them seamlessly back together. UP! The word registered.
UP!
A million heads looked upwards, and then a million people finally found what they previously could not find.
A new direction.
UP!
After this, society came back to life. Up had given the people impetus like nothing ever before.
And it was good.

so then i went like yeah and then i like you know just like went up to the top of the like you know the page thing and then like it didnt like you know like wanna stay there so i like got all like upset and like it wasent listening to me so you know i like said you need to stay up there and it like said nothing back you know......

How can I conclude this, you might ask?
Well, it's pretty simple. I have recently been told that I'm nobody.
We all consider it common knowledge that nobody is perfect.
Since I'm nobody, I, therefore, must be perfect.
My reasoning is nearly flawless in this.
The downside will be if I ever become a somebody.
