	No, it made sense, AoA. Yout partner up with one other newbie. That's it. No others under your wing. Currently, newbies aren't signing up for boards. You just wander around to your heart's content. EDIT: lol, go look up "EPC" on Google. It's so funny, seeing the other "EPC"s on the Internet. EDIT: Duties for the Council to perform. Have I forgotten anything?
