	Onwards an upwards for England I guess. The Swiss should be easy but the Croats are unpredictable. France really didn't impress me at all tonight. I don't think they're carrying the form to win this tournament. Luck can only take them so far. I mean there's not gonna be a 'Heskey' in every team they'll face... for the sake of world football, I hope not. Point for guessing my least favourite player.

France sucks" LMAO!!! dude, they would WALK into any team in world football, and you only wish they played for england. well the result stands at france 2-1, so how do they suck? anyway, football can be a cruel game, but england has no one else to blame. beckham could have sealed it, but didnt. then zidane stepped up where no one else could. england choked in the end, caused by 2 schoolboy errors which was punished by the best team in the world. you dont get away with errors like that, whether its in the first minute or the last. so i have no sympathy for a team that cannot finish off a match and give their opponents an opportunity to win. well done france!!! -----signature----- Accept No Substitutes

	In summary, France were no better than England. Only Zidane looked like he believed. England were robbed... and it's not very often you can say that and it actually be true. No, but England were no better than France either, France deserved that equaliser. England did not play that great, they scored one goal which was nice, but after that they put 10 people in the box, which meant that the French always ended up on somebodies legs whatever they tried. If anyone played like that against England with a 1-0 lead you'd all be whining about how unfair they were playing. Zidane's free kick was pure quality, can't deny that, and that last penalty, not France's fault that your defender plays back so lousy eh? In conclusion, England played a good game, but France deserved that equaliser (the win was just icing on the cake). -----signature----- Vita vinum est. 	yeah well put GAP! it was a shocking pass by gerard, and clearly a penalty. zidane showed nerves of steel, first to bang through a world class free kick then put the winner through. thats why he's one of the greats of the game. -----signature----- Accept No Substitutes

	well I'm annoyed but not so much that I wanted to throw things around the living room. Even though we scored, I knew...I just knew Frnace would get back and win. What did it for me was our deep defending, we allowed France to get at us and I always knew Eriksson would muck it all up. Great goal to start with, but why did we sit back? Why didnt we try and counterattack and get at them? you NEVER sit back at 1-0, always always go for the second and try and kill off the game....but no Eriksson must be playing from the idiots guide of football. Then his great substitutions. Heskey is [insert swear word here], he's a complete and utter dopey donkey....he doesnt deserve to wear the england shirt and I knew he'd be the reason we lost....and I blame him completely....nice one to challenge a french bloke right on the edge of the area and give them a free goal in the process (come on theres no way they'd have NOT scored from a free kick). And another player who's not worthy of the England shirt...Steven Gerrard, what the hell was that back pass about? Idiot...get him out of the team and play someone who has a brain! The bright sparks for our side were as I'd predicted, Rooney played brilliantly...wish he'd calm down a bit but meh, Beckham was class....Lampard....one of the best players on the pitch and although Owen was quiet, he was doing his best to upset the french defence. And I have to admit Ledley King was perfect for the role in the defence...I say keep him there he's better than John "****" Terry. France were lucky really, had we not self destructed (and scored that penalty) the game was ours, we'd played so well except for the deep defending which cost us. Anyway we're still favourite to get through, the Swiss and Croats ddint look anything special. Next time we meet Frnace (in the final hopefully) we'll beat them. Thats as long as we send Heskey and Gerrard home. 	England can still qualify, but it's gonna be tuff. We are well capable of beating both Switzerland and Croatia. We were robbed last night, but lets hope that result spurs us on now. I'd rather be beaten in the first game than any other.
