	Welcome to PEOPLE, the JC Version, for interviews. Each week, I will interview an unlucky person on PM and post the conversation here, with permission from that person of course. This first week of JC PEOPLE, I decided to interview FamousAmos- that newbie mod we don't know at all! Which is why I chose to interview him. So we had a nice PM conversation and all, and a good chitchat with questions and answers. Then I asked for the permission to post the interview and he complied. A lot of these questions are about the JC, some about himself, and a few about life. My dialogue is italicized; FamousAmos's is not. When asked about the power of banning and banning people... Yeah, it is a lot of power Do I feel guilty? No, because I(and the rest of the MS) don't ban someone unless they've earned it themselves. But I will admit that I don't like banning people, and I'm happier when I don't have to. Actually, game bans aside, I haven't had to ban anyone recently, so I'm pretty happy about that . But what if someone is so intensely stressed and burned out by RL that he has to take it out somewhere? If they earned a ban, that's not my fault, honestly. What's the longest ban you've given out yet? Don't remember. How do you view yourself as a mod? I think I'm pretty decent, and I hope to improve my modding with each day. Could you tell me some MS secrets? Nope. Do you sometimes feel like a cyber police officer? Not really. I feel like a regular poster 90% of the time, except when I have to do something modly, when I'd say I feel more like a baby-sitter or a parent, I guess. But mostly I feel about the same as I always did. You don't get paid. How do you feel about that? Meh, why do I need to be paid, I'm giving back to the community. That's enough of a paycheck for me Which people in MS do you like most? Friends with? What's your niche? Most of them, actually. There are a lot of cool people in MS. If I made a list I'd probably leave someone out, so I won't do that. Which people would you like to see become mods? That Katya_Jade person... oh, and Dashy. They seem like they'd make good mods Which people would you NOT want to see become mods? Bib, can you imagine Bib without OPPM? What are your MS ambitions? Do you hope to be Head Admin someday? Doesn't everyone want to be Head Admin someday? I'll admit, it is a dream of mine to replace Sape and his scrolling Spocks with scrolling Jimmy Page's one day... What do you think is the worst offense one can commit in the JC against the TOS? Hmm, there are a lot of serious offenses. Probably posting hacked MS material, or uhh, coordinated serial trolling..... no that's not it. Stop asking trick questions Do you think for Christmas day, Darth_Ignant should be allowed modship powers for one day just for the fun of it? Didn't we already try that on April Fool's Day? He was made a VIP. Doesn't count. Close enough What's your favorite color? Maroon, duh! Followed by blue. What do you usually say when you look at one of those Rorscach test things? Whatever random thing pops into my head, it varies. What changes would you make to the JC if you were the one in power? Change the JCC banner to the Led Zeppelin banner Balrog_Paradox designed You know, a non-SW themed banner for teh YJCC would fit, because isn't the YJCC non-SW? confused Maybe we should start a petition for this. perhaps we should Name some posters on the JC that you think are exemplerary posters. And why. Determined, are you? Hmm, let me think on it and get back to you Modsquad secrets, plz? Sapient wears pants for no one. It's true. Now... what would would you do if you passed by someone dying of thirst in the middle of the Sahara desert? Give them something to drink, or maybe not. The better question is what am I doing in the Sahara? What user(s) would you wanna see banned? malkieD2. He's the biggest obstacle in my question for total domination on the JC. What was your motivation behind locking Albert_Normandy's hilarious womens' right to vote be revoked thread being locked? I gave my reasoning when I locked the thread - it started out as a joke, but it became offensive, and needed to be locked. Which user on the JC, if not allowed to choose yourself, would you want to be? The Bigger Fish. What one word would you use to describe yourself? Cookie What did you make of the whole Wisegate affair? I thought it was handled badly by Phillip(can I criticize Phillip? ), and I wish he hadn't demoted some of the best mods we had, but if he needs a little information from the mods, I guess that's ultimately up to him. If you could lock one social organization on the JCC, which would it be? Let's not go there [face_tongue] What's your favorite forum on the JC? If the YJCC, then what's your second favorite? I guess Lit(although I haven't been in a while ) or Beyond the Saga(in fan fiction) Do you look at yourself as a mini-KnightWriter? You remind me a lot of him. I don't really see myself that way(although I wouldn't mind being like he is in some respects), but thank you for the compliment. What's your take on the Fecal Force? I'm not a big fan of discussing poop, I guess [face_tongue] So what are the Xmas plans? Spending a few days with family, relaxing, working a little bit(but not on Christmas day [face_tongue] ) and uhh, the JC for a little bit. What's the perfect YJCC in your eyes? A Led Zeppelin banner, ten threads devoted to FamousAmos cookies, banning discussion of all types of music except rock n' roll, and of course, we'd all be forced to join the Johnny Depp fan club(because he's the best actor ever!!!1 ) coughEsperanza suck-up cough Albert_Normandy said you locked his thread because your girlfriend saw it and demanded that you lock it. Is this true? (sorry for the peskering, but hey, this is why people get interviewed) Nope, sorry to burst your bubble Which do you favor over the other: You MUST choose Indiana Jones or Back to the Future? Indy. Star Wars or Star Trek? (be honest, now) SW Bush Dynasty or Kennedy Dynasty? Dynasty [face_tongue] Bush or Kennedy, pick one! Fine! Kennedy [face_tongue] If you were famous, how would you be famous? Politics, acting, singing, rocking, writing, etc.... Umm, I'd love to be famous for rocking, but uhh, that's unlikely to happen so I'd say writing. If you were the owner of the JC, would you have an annual day where the JC is shut down forcing people to go out in the real world and try took for opportunities in life? Maybe an annual week instead. No, because I hope that JC'ers do that anyways How long do you think you'll spend in MS? I dunno, until they get tired of me and kick me out, I guess. [face_tongue] Will you be around the JC after Episode III? Naturally. Are you going to Celebration III? At this time, I'm not planning on it. That may change, but it may not Do you have a girlfriend? Not at this time. Would you rather serve in Heaven or reign in Hell? (a purely psychological question- I do not believe in Hell, myself) Heaven, I think. what chick on the JC would you like to pursue? Whichever one(s) would have me Do you view the mods, including yourself, as like how the banner in Comms interprets them? Or do you view them more like Jedis? Be very, very honest. Don't be afraid to say the Truth. the Truth. [face_tongue] But seriously, not really. I think the mods as a whole are pretty fair, and not that heavy handed. I'm sure there are those who disagree, but well, I don't [face_tongue] The Comms banner is meant to be humorous, I think and that's it!
