Apparently the freeway scene isn't all that great, considering no one is mentioning it.

Well, actually, the freeway chase was probably the best part of the movie..
...it was just SO good, I still can't form words about it! It was just pure action bliss overload for 13 minutes straight.

I just got back from seeing it and I have to say it was the worst thing I've seen in a long time.

I just got back from seeing it. I have to say that the Matrix Reloaded is to the Matrix as the Phantom Menace is to Star Wars: A New Hope.
I would also agree that Matrix Reloaded is about the worst thing I've seen in a while, probably being slightly more entertaining than say Dreamcatcher, which itself was a slightly more entertaining than having one of those crap-weasels from that film coming out my butt.
The upside was that the new previews for both T3 and Jason vs. Freddy look better than I expected. So, going to see Reloaded wasn't a total loss.

That's sad when the highlight of the evening was the Freddy Vs. Jason preview. 15 years in the making...why doesn't somebody start that thread

I thought it was a pretty cool film...

I thought that overall it was pretty good. The action scenes and special effects were as good as I expected. Some of the scenes in Zion tended to drag for too long, IMO. I'll have to see it again at least once to fully comprehend everything in the last 30 minutes or so. Jada Pinkett Smith needed more screen time inside the Matrix.
