	If you haven't heard yet in Comms, MS is conducting a review of all the mods, kind of like the forum survey we've done here in the past. It's my turn now, so please take a few minutes to fill out the form below. Don't send it to me! PM it to one of the admins - ObiWan506, LAJ_Fett, and General Kenobi. If you have questions, feel free to ask them here. Or pester the admins. I am an active member of the [INSERT FORUM NAME] and I am sending this questionnaire to you in order to assist in the moderator review of [MODERATOR NAME]. Please rank the moderator in the following areas using a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor, 3 being average and 5 being excellent. If you are not sure of how to answer a question, please indicate 'N/A' for 'not applicable'. 	What I think I might do is put a ranking of "1" for every row on the list, but then when I get to the "Additional Comments" section, I'll write, "Today is backwards day" just to see if the admins are paying attention. -----signature----- Rule 12: A soft answer turneth away wrath.
