Prologue: “Furball of Furry”

“Lord Revan was unlike any Sith Lord seen before or after, her organization of the Sith changed dramatically after Malak’s defeat. Having seen the Sith and the inherent weakness of the ideals, she altered the teachings. Thus the Sith no longer followed Exar Kun or those Jedi who turned to the darkside order, but a unique order. Lord Revan’s bringing of a new philosophy to the Sith, made them far more dangerous and lethal.” - Jedi History Archive ‘History of Sith, Chapter 37 “Lord Revan” ’

Her face seared with pain as did her gut, her wounds left a pool of blood were she lay. Her friend, the person she had trusted had betrayed her. Revan had turned back to the darkside and joined with Bastilla against Lord Malak. She spit up blood, pure hatred ran through her veins. She would not die here as she staggered to her feat. Her vision reduced by a vicious saber attack taking her left eye.

She staggered to her feet, her head hurt so bad. She wanted revenge, she wanted blood, she wanted the blood of Bastilla and Revan, to savior ever drop in her mouth when she clamped her teeth on their throats. Frell the Jedi, they lied to her, they lied to Revan, they lie and they claim it is for the best.

Jolie was dead, Bastilla’s saber had cut him stem to sternum with a brutal diagonal cut. It was a painful way to die, but it was quicker then what Revan had done to her. She had blocked Revan’s vicious attack only to hesitate and found Revan’s saber cutting into her face.

She felt the Sith knights approaching, pathetic fools who thought they knew what power of the darkside was. Juhani would show them what the raw power of the force can do. Her saber ignited and with a twirl of her hand she severed the legs of one and hands of the other. She grabbed the Sith by the throat, she needed to survive this, she needed to take out the Star forge. There had to be a better way to fight, there had to be a way to win, her own mind screamed over the pain.

She pulled the life clean out of each of them, her mortal wounds faded, justice served. How many had died at the hands of the sith, how long could she cling to the ideals that cost the lives of so many.

Juhani needed a ship, she had to destroy the Star Forge. Bastilia’s fighter would do, it had Sith docking codes for the Star Forge. She strapped herself in, fired up the engines and took off. Burning fire coursed through her veins. She felt the darkside and she bent it with pure Cathar will, lightside or darkside, frell the force, no longer would they taint her will... both sides now yielded to her as she saw fit, too many had died. The game was old, the victims and innocence that perished as darkside and lightside played their game, those screams gave her the will to fight and push back to break free of both sides.

The ship rocked as it exited the atmosphere, the battle was being waged over the planet of the Rakatan homeworld. The Republic forces fought hard in a losing battle, soon they would be dead and the Sith would have ships to wage an unlimited war.

She out flew the Republic fighters who tried to blow her out of the sky, she had little choice in destroying them. She radioed in for clearance and received it. The Sith were so gullible, that is why they were going to lose to her.

Her fighter docked and the cockpit opened up. The deck crewman exclaimed, “It’s a Jedi!”

Those were his final words as the saber sliced his head off. She crushed the skull of the man who tried to call security. In less then two minutes, ten humanoids lay dead. So many left to go. She followed her instincts as she moved quickly down the corridors, slicing up the Sith that got in her way.

Juhani could feel the power of the Star Forge, it’s dark power seeping into her pores. It wanted to control her like it controlled Malak, making her need it, making her feel powerless. Yet she was no weak kneed Malak, she was Juhani. Her will tangled with the Star Forge as the screams of Sith echoed in her ears while reducing them into a collection of bloody body parts. She could feel the Star Force bending to her will, the energy coming under her command. The raw power was beautiful and coursed through her veins like the pounding surf of an ocean. She was a god and all things were possible.

Lord Revan stood her ground against Darth Malak. Her skin turned slate grey from it’s nice brown tone, her eyes where yellow without pupils. She was again one with the Darkside, she was serine as the darkside flowed through her, it was her friend and she had missed it.

She had set her plan in motion when Malak had made his move, everything was going exactly as plan. Malak put up what he probably thought was the greatest moment of his life. Which was the truth, it was the greatest moment Malak would ever have, all five seconds of it. She watched as the Star Forge storage cells allowed Malak to pull the life from the Jedi’s held in statis.

Revan never knew why she hadn’t just killed him after finding the Star forge, maybe because for all his stupidity and being complete inept, he had a purpose to serve. Malak taunted her and teased claiming she never understood the power of the Star Forge. She knew the Star Forge and how it brought down the entire species who built it. The Star forge was like a drug, the more you used it the more a slave you became to it. That is why she avoided tapping it’s full power, for only a fool doesn’t temper power with wisdom. That is why she was the Dark Lord of the Sith and Malak was well... not much to look at.

Malak never knew the extent of Revan’s true dark power or that Revan never really left. She manipulated this moment for her ultimate goal, the ultimate prize that not even the Jedi could stand against for she had set the stage for becoming a force of nature. The past pathetic fools had tried to unleash the true power of the darkside to conquer the galaxy, Revan wanted the universe and beyond. She wanted to dethrone god and sit upon it’s throne with the universe bowing at her feet.

Malak thought he was going to win, even as Revan smiled at him. She backed off from him after he took life energy from another Jedi. She put away her lightsabers as a call on her communicator came through, she had been waiting for it.

“Master, Juhani has some how survived. She’s making her way through the Star Forge, not even the Sith masters can stop her,” Bastila informed him over the com.

“Hurry, go and stop her. I must attend to Malak.”

“Yes, my lord.”

“Saving my Star Forge, I should be thankful Revan. I see that you have disarmed yourself, bowing to my superior skill. I have become stronger then my Master and now the mantle of Dark Lord is mine.”

Revan yawned, “I hope your finished, as your change of tactic to boring me to death is working.”

“Revan, you were never really worthy to hold the title of Dark lord.”

“Are you so sure,” Revan placed her hands together and repeated chanting as Malak looked stunned? Lightening in a tight form arced outward striking the Stasis chambers. Each one exploded in a sparks and thus Malak chances for a recharge were snuffed out.

Malak charged at her and in swift motion tried to strike her down. She moved as if made of quicksilver. Her hand rested upon his and with the tremendous force twisted his wrist and pulverized the bones in his hand.

Revan drove Malak’s own saber clean through his chest piercing his heart. Malak stumbled to the ground.

“I see now that–,” Malak started to say something but Revan quickly drove the saber into his skull shutting him up.

“ Malak, you were the one that never understood the power of the force. Soon I will cast off my shell and ascend to my rightful throne.”

Juhani found herself outnumbered by Sith who had dispatched the Jedi laying dead on the ground. The Sith to had also lost many in the battle and yet they had no reason to quit, they were winning.

Sith Master, “So Jedi, you think you can take us on all alone. Look at you, you’ll eye is gone, your uniform is in tatters, your beautiful fur is caked in your own blood. If you surrender I will make your death quick.”

Juhani reached into Star Forge forcing it to do something no Jedi would dare ask. The power fluxuated and lightening sparked forth striking the dead Jedi and Sith bodies laying on the ground.

“What is this?”

Juhani smiled, “My reenforcements.”

“Jedi, you cannot have that sort of power.”

“Maybe you should tell them that.”

The Sith and Jedi dead rose from the ground turning their attention to the living Sith and attacked like rabid animals with their sabers. The fight was amusing, the dead would be cut up and the electrical charge would pull the severed limb back into place and the Jedi or Sith would get right back up. A fallen Sith would get a jolt and join the ranks of the dead knights. She walked past as the Sith Master fell to a multiple attack.

She moved through the carnage and screams, her goal locked firmly in her mind kill Revan. Bastila of course appeared, she was saying something, but all Juhani heard was blah, blah, blah. More to the point Juhani didn’t care what she had to say, only the vision of running her lightsaber clean through Bastila was on her mind, maybe a decapitation twinkled somewhere in her mind as well.

Sabers clashed and Bastila found Juhani had made some remarkable improvements in her technique in the time lapsed. Yet Juhani had no time to play with Bastila, she force pushed Bastila onto an exposed pipe impaling her. Bastila screamed as the object pierced her organs and pushed out through her abdomen. She grabbed at the metal pipe and looked to Juhani, “Juhani, please... don’t let me die like this.. Get me down... It’s gone... the darkside is gone...”

Juhani walked towards Bastila, “Bastila?”

“I am a Jedi. Thank you, Juhani. I can’t believe I fell. Foolish pride I guess.”

Juhani sliced the pipe and using the force lowered Bastila to the ground. “Thank you Juhani, you can destroy the Star Forge, down the corridor to the left.”

Juhani kneeled by Bastila, “I will come back for you.”

Bastila eyes changed becoming darker, “Fool.”

Bastila grabbed a metal shard, Juhani moved turning fatal wound into a flesh wound to the arm. Juhani’s blood boiled, “Getcha!”

Juhani grabbed Bastila by the head and took her knee repeatedly into the human’s head until the sound of cracking bone was replaced with a wet sponge like sound. Juhani pulled the metal shard from her arm dropping it to the ground and walked away. She didn't have time to finish off Bastila, maybe on her way back.

The Star forge didn’t want to die and thus she was besieged by fallen Sith and Jedi, she expected it to see through her thin deception. She had every intention of destroying the blasted machine.

She entered the control room and sealed the door, quickly she used her connection to the machine to manipulate it’s own destruction. She took out the stabilizers and got ready for the fight of her life. The door opened and she sliced her way through the dead troops waiting for her. Quickly she found herself being cut off, so she sliced through bulkhead doors in an effort to escape the falling Star Forge.

Turning the corners blindly she found the docking bay containing the Ebon Hawk and boarded her in haste. She didn’t know what happen to the rest of the crew, maybe they were still on the planet alive or Revan and Bastila murdered them. She exited the Star Forge as it began to break up. She felt tired as the battle had drained her completely. She landed near the Elders and exited the ship. She staggered a few steps before collapsing, everything fading to black.

Juhani never had a pleasant dream in her life, her stomach ached and stretched. Then she felt it inside her, the pain confused her mind as it gave way to something she never felt. Squatting down she reached between her legs and caught hold of whatever it was emerging from her womb.

She thought it was to be nightmare, yet the child in her hands was human. Yet it’s eyes were bright gold with a reddish hue with the feline pupil like a cathar. It’s skin had coloring similar to her fur pattern.

Then she felt the coldness and turned to see it’s black oil like skin. It was something made of the most vile evil she had ever seen. Then there was another creature bathed in light walking towards her, stretching it’s hand out to grab the child. Neither did she like and so she ran, falling until she awoke laying in a bed.

She could see the ceiling and noticed that in fact her left eye could see. She recalled that she had been slice on that side and had only seen black.

The Rakatan Medic looked to see she was up, “Jedi Juhani, I am glad to see your awake.”

She touched her left eye the Medic looked at her, “It’s a synthetic eye, I have matched it to your own.”

“My other wounds?”

“They have healed, you’ve been unconscious for several days.”

“The others in my party.”

“The human left with the Republic soldiers.”

“What about the others?”

“We found one blue companion of yours dead.”

“Mission,” Juhani stumbled the words painful.

Master Vandar entered, “I see you are awake.”

“Yes, how is the Republic doing in the war?”

“Since the return of Revan, advancing quickly and soon will be attacking the core worlds. Without the Star forge, they abandon this sector. The Republic took heavily losses, but your attack on the Star forge reduced her fleet.”

Juhani held out her hand and her tattered robes flew to her, “Then it is time to fight back hard and stop them.”

“Juhani, I have a question,” Vandar spoke up.

“Yes, Master Vandar?”

“You have always had a problem controlling your emotions and yet now I sense a stillness that I do not find even in Master Jedi. Yet also something about you has changed, your aura is different, unlike anything I’ve seen before.”

Juhani finished dressing, “It is an after effect of being on the Star Forge, I accessed the machine itself. It was the only way to put an end to the unlimited fleet of ships at Revan’s disposal.”

“I see," Vandar paused for moment before giving her the news. "The Council seeing your actions has decided to put you in command of a Republic unit.”

“Very well, Master Vandar, I will report immediately.”

Master Vandar added, “Also because of your display of control and use of the force, we believe you have attained the level of Jedi Knight.”

Juhani bowed, yet inside her something had changed. She did not know what lay ahead for her or of the dream. Only that soon her destiny would appear. Yet as she stood over the grave of a fourteen year old girl, she could not explain the why for all the death and destruction. Juhani's conclusion was simply, there was no reason.

Chapter 1: “Kitten Cha-Cha”

“Lord Revan’s path down the dark side was long before the war with Mandelorians. She knew her destiny and had her plan in order, dressed as a Sith she convinced the great Mandalore to begin his attack. Her charms were legendary and it was no surprise that Mandalore became an ally. However it is unknown if he realized before his death that he had been a pawn in a much larger game.” Jedi Library Archives “Revan’s Glory, Biography of the Dark Lord”

“Admiral Juhani,” remarked the Republic Commander Dylen. “I have fleet movement reports.”

Juhani smiled letting her feline incisors show, “Commander, I have noticed more often that instead of Jedi, you have been referring to me as Admiral. Especially among the crew and other officers.”

“Yes, Sir.”

“Can I ask why?

“Permission to speak freely, Sir?”

Commander Dylen was a model officer and what ever he was going to say was not for faint ears when he asked for such permission, “Granted, Commander.”

“Sir, to be honest you are the reason why the Republic still stands. Until you took command of the two hundred and thirty-thirty tactical fleet, Revan was mopping the floor with us. The Jedi and the Senate were reluctant, but it was the demand of the ranks and officers who served with you that got you command. It was your talent on the battlefields and in space lanes that earn the respect of all those that have served with you. It is our way of saying thank you and that we respect you, regardless of the pompous Jedi Council or the self righteous Senate say. You are the reason the Republic still stands and I am honored to have severed under your command.”

Juhani knew he had heard talk of her being pulled from the front, “Thank you, Commander.”

“Your welcome. Also, sir, before I forget, the ship’s cook would like to know if you wanted anything special for dinner.”

“No.”

“Very well, Sir.”

“Your dismissed, Commander”

Juhani sat back in her chair, still a Jedi Adept, even though she had trained a Jedi Padawan. Her Padawan was not treated well as she heard and soon left the order, something she did not sit down and take, she of course had a heated exchange with the council. The sad note was her student had been assassinated by a Sith Knight looking for prestige. Her trouble with the council and the Order itself, didn’t start there, but the schism grew over that.

The Jedi distanced themselves from her, afraid that she too might turn to the darkside and take more Jedi with her down the dark path. Failing to understand why she she did not hide the fact it was Revan that inspired her to join the Jedi. There was also the fact Juhani survived Revan’s return. Abet they glossed over the fact she was badly mutilated by Revan and left to die a rather painful death in a pool of her own blood. Yet what are details to the Jedi when one is guided by the force.

Still Juhani’s friends became the men and women soldiers who fought the Sith without the luxury of the force. Her deployment was not without it’s kinks and only because they needed Jedi to take on the Sith knights. Her victories meant nothing, her actions even less. It was desperation that landed her the command chair of a fleet. Her tactics matched Revan strike for strike and her fleet was responsible for pushing Revan out of the core worlds that Revan had so quickly invaded. Not even Bastilla’s battle meditation was a match for the tactics that Juhani’s employed. Commerce raiding, destroying supply lines, and even using Revan’s own tactics and fleet deployments against him.

Her fleet grew as ships joined her, the fleet gaining strength and size like an avalanche. Some said that Revan was letting her win, but the Battle of Tadora proved that Revan was not catering to her. It was a bloody three month battle in three systems and her fleet took a pounding.

Sith assassins plagued her, the silver lining was her rank in the order was deceiving. Jedi Adept is far less intimidating then a Jedi Master, so overconfidence ended the life of many a Sith in the duels. The rest were just pathetic in saber combat, yet she did have to switch to droid sentries as she did not want the soldiers harmed, she did enjoy the practice and diversion from the cold hard matters of giving orders. It was nice when you could do some killing yourself instead of ordering someone else to do it for you.

It took the force to make the fellow fleet commanders to get their acts together. She bent their wills to make them fight and engage. For the most part Republic Admiralty was more often then not when the odds turned against them dedicated to running. With the fate of Republic hanging on the victory of the Battle, she used fear to encourage them to stand in fight with the threat of death should they even think of turning around. It worked and Revan’s forces expecting the Republic reenforcements to flee, found them staying and engaging. They broke the lines and began to force the Sith back. Planet after planet, space lane after space lane, Juhani chewed up all that Revan had to offer.

It was digging the heavily intrenched Sith out of Paragon, a world that had given Revan access to multiple sectors of the Core worlds. That was a fight that Juhani truly dreaded, for if Revan lost that planet it would take years to rebuild Sith fleets enough to pull another push into Republic territory, not to mention that the Republic fleet could in essence run Revan’s fleets down. The other side is, if they lost, Revan would have complete access to the core worlds. Revan lacked respect for life and had no problem laying waste to worlds, which Juhani truly feared Revan could use a scorch earth tactic. Yet the horror of war sometimes boils down to numbers and by shutting him out of the space lanes even if it cost millions of lives, would save billions of civilians and millions of troops and ships. She took the chance and snuck in a multiple wave attack.

Revan’s forces were taken by surprise, most of the ships were destroyed in orbit. She pressed the attack only to watch as the surface of the planet’s crust become liquid. Revan had glassed a core world and would destroy several other Republic worlds in similar fashion as Juhani pushed the Sith forces back out of the Republic.

The door to the heart of the Sith lay at Juhani’s finger tips, yet Fleet command ordered her ship back. She was being reassigned. Apparently the cost of her victories were too much, yet she knew Lord Revan would glass thousands of worlds if it meant victory or slowing a defeat. Revan had won an important battle, she had saved her fleet from being ground up.

So it was the Republic advance stalled and the troops of both side dug in with minor engagements of little importance claiming victory when nothing was achieved. Juhani was set on a small out of the way world, were no one paid her any mind. No Padawan wanted her as a master for they did not wish to be ostracized by the Jedi order or gutted by a Sith. Seeing as how she had nothing better to do, she did research on the Sith and used connections to see about anything knew on the Sith front.

Her dreams were getting longer and darker. Dreams of Revan and Bastilla entangled and merging into one from a sea of flesh. The feeling of electricity of shimmering motions, she felt it seeping into her pours. They called to her, beckoning to her to taste the power they offered. Bastilla rotted away as Revan’s flesh became pale and something moved beneath it. Then the creature emerged as Revan screamed and laughed at the same time as from her came the black creature she had seen before. It’s black shimmering skin more like an exo-skeleton of an insect then flesh stretched on a humanoid form. It was the likes of which she had never seen.
Jedi emerged from behind her, they were torn limb from limb, the creature drinking their blood as it flowed, turning river to blood as the sun faded away to black. The ground cracked and turned to lava as the stars fell from the sky. A Jedi in white, face concealed charged forth towards the creature. There was a battle and some sort of massive explosion.

She felt cold, her blood boiled under her flesh as it melted away. A hand touched her shoulder and a gentle male voice spoke, “It’s ok, Mother, it will be ok.”

She awoke in a cold sweat, each dream worse. Each time a humanoid calmed her and she knew she was watching the end of everything. Juhani knew that Revan was planning something and needed to know what. She had a mystery and needed to solve it.

She looked where Revan had looked in the archives, cracking access to restrict information. She learned more about the Force then she was ever taught, the power of the force. Not just using the force to enhance, but to manipulate the very basis laws of nature. She could see the wisdom in this, for the fall to the Darkside was easy and a fraction of the knowledge she was gaining would make a formidable Sith Lord indeed.

Yet the hint came from the dark knowledge in the Journals of Exar Kun. More surprising was knowledge of events that preceded even Exar Kun, with details spanning to the first Jedi contact with the original Sith. Kun talked of the Sith’ari, a pure being of darkness unfettered by the light and of unlimited power. She located items Revan left behind in the storage room, it wasn’t much but a Journal which she read had something interesting.

Revan talked about Ascension to the perfect being, that Exar Kun had failed in his attempt because he did not see the truth. She felt Vandar’s presences, “Master Vandar, to what do I owe the pleasure?”

“Juhani, it is a pleasure to see you again. What brings you to Courscant?”

“Learning about Revan, what she is truly planning.”

“I see.”

“What really happened to Exar Kun, Master Vandar?”

“What do you mean?”

“Revan knew that Exar Kun had tried to do something, something called Ascension. Yet Kun talks of the Sith’ari. Could Revan be trying to cast off her body and become a Sith’ari?”

“The Sith’ari are a myth.”

“I sense you are hiding the truth, did Kun try to bring forth or become a Sith’ari?”

“Juhani, Revan walked down this path.”

“Vandar, Revan plans on correcting a mistake or altering something so that she will succeed where Kun failed. She has a very good chance at that as well. When she gave herself to the Jedi. She allowed you to capture her, but something changed. She is more powerful and far more deadlier then before.”

“Juhani, let it go, the matter will be dealt with.”

“The Jedi have a counter don’t they, it will not go as expect–,” Juhani grabbed her stomach as a vision filled her head. “Ah... Shariia.”

“Juhani?”

She saw Revan pregnant as Bastila ordered Sith Shadows to attack and kill the Jedi Council. Revan said it was time to go to Dagona, that the ambush for the Jedi would be ready. Then Revan also took hold of her belly. Juhani found herself on the floor, she got up, “Revan has sent Shadows to kill the council.”

“What?”

“She knows about your ambush on Dagona as well.”

“How did you know?!”

Juhani felt a presences, more to the point she felt several, “Seems that they want me dead as well. I hope Master Vandar your skills in a saber dual have improved since Datoonie.”

“What,” Vandar too sensed something on the edge of his perception? “Impossible, they can not come in here!”

“Come they can, here they come.”

The Shadow Sith were something new, interestingly enough they could bend the force and cloak themselves. Made them excellent assassins and extremely hard to fight as they cloaked in and out of the visible spectrum. Juhani of course had a bit more sense and while they slowly refined their technic, they had yet to not make her nose twitch. Biological odors were always very easy to detect for her.

Each attempt on her life had been different, rising in skill and danger. They were stronger and faster, better then usual ones that came, they were highly trained to succeed. She counted six plus two more sneaking around for a flanking maneuver. She lost track of Vandar as they attacked, her saber’s ignited and in fury of light she engaged. One by one they went down, she paused to help Vandar before he was skewered, his skills had not improved as she had hoped.

Several more came at her in addition to what Shadow Sith remained standing before her. That was fine with her, it was their funeral. The Jedi teach focus so that one’s mind does not look at this as a traditional sword fight were one person will die, but were death is not the objective as defeating your opponent and getting them to yield. Juhani did not waist such energy on unnecessary thoughts. She was, as the Shadows screamed while they were cut down, contemplating what she wanted for lunch.

In the end no one had touched her and thirteen Shadow Sith lay dead at her feet. She saw Vandar lying on the ground wounded. “Vandar, if the council thinks it has Revan in a corner they are a bigger fools then I thought,” she remarked standing over him. “I’m going to face Revan.”

“Juhani, I forbid you to go.”

“A long time ago I wanted to be a Jedi. Seeing them bring hope and light where there was none. Yet now I see why Revan turned, for the council relies to heavily on being lead by the force then by themselves. When a mistake or error is made instead of accepting the outcome it is pawned off as the will of the force,” Juhani paused looking down at Vandar. “I am slave to noone anymore, Vandar. Today I leave the order never to return.”

Juhani begins to leave as Vandar stands up holding his wound, “Juhani.”

She pauses in step turning her head to look back then continued to walk on. Bowing his head, Vandar whispered, “Good luck and may the force be with you always.”

Vandar watched as she walked away, there was truth in what she had said. Juhani had changed and as he looked over the dead bodies of the Sith, knew that her destiny no longer lay with the Jedi. Yet he wondered what the force was guiding them all towards, more importantly was it a destiny best for everyone?

Juhani boarded the Ebon Hawk and took off for the forest planet Dagona. Dagona was a lush green forest world, it’s name meaning green life. It had been recently settled by colonists and was agricultural in nature with large farms. The population was around eighty-five thousand colonists. It would take three days to get there and she knew the Jedi that had been sent would be dead by the time she arrived.

The tingling in her bosom that grew stronger after her last vision had made her a bit uncomfortable. Her bra straps were beginning to hurt as were her breasts a bit tender as she adjusted herself, nothing could prepare her for what emerged from the nipple. She took her finger and touched the white watery substance and tasted it. It was milk as if she was pregnant, then she felt the cold wet feeling enveloping her body, she went to the bridge. Something was wrong, something happened on the planet below, something had touched the planet and changed it.

Juhani tried to raise the planet on the radio, yet there was only subspace noise. Beginning her descent to land, the cockpit window showed how altered biosphere was compared to photographs she had seen. She reached out with her mind to find a place to land.

Exiting the Ebon Hawk she looked around to find the town over grown, she didn’t need the force to tell her something bad had gone down, the hair on her neck stood on end was a good indication. She reached out with her senses to no avail, just the life around her which there was so much. The township had been overgrown, yet she felt someone near by. Hand on her saber she followed and heard the cry of a woman.

She moved quickly and found something she was not expecting, Revan laying pale on the ground bleeding from the chest, grabbing her large belly. Juhani felt her blood begin to heat up as Revan noticed her and began to laugh, “Oh, what a great day I am having. Of all the people to show up now.”

“I see you are pregnant, a Sithari perhaps?”

Revan laughed and then gritted her teeth, “No, a side effect of my plan which is of little consequence now isn’t it. That stupid kaila ruined everything. Bastila is who I have to thank for my plan going wrong. I was going to sacrifice this cursed thing, but it had other plans. Bastila grew a bit lustful of my title and shot me in the chest twice and left me to be eaten alive. Can you believe that, all that I’ve done for the trelk.”

“Wait,” Juhani “What do you mean it had other plans?”

“You had the dreams, it won’t even look like me. It picked you of all people, most likely to annoy me. It will carry the traits of it’s adoptive mother, having planned the death of the woman who carried it for nine painful months... ungrateful little fushi,” Revan scream in pain then laughed as she spit up blood. “Then again, I have to admire it. It killed me, before I could kill it. I love the symmetry, the planning. Maybe I should of not been so hasty.”

Revan tore at her blood soaked pants that clung to her skin trying to remove them, “Look at your breasts all ready to feed it, make it grow. They leak at the coming of a pure creature of the force, I guess the force wanted you instead. Enjoy motherhood, kaila.”

Revan screamed as she pushed the child out into the world, Juhani watched the head crown and slowly a pale white humaniod baby emerged from the dying Dark Lord. She dropped her saber and quickly caught the child in her hands. Then she saw the eyes, golden eyes with a red hue and the Cathar pupil. Her mind filled with love, innocent and purity from the child. The newborn loved her and reached out with it’s tiny hands.

Revan looked in disgust cough blood, “All my plans ruined... all ruined... because of a stupid biological mistake... Juhani, they’ll never let you keep it, they’ll destroy you and it. Enjoy your moments as they are coming.”

Revan cackled at Juhani before a final gasp. Revan’s eyes drained of life as her body collapsed on the ground her eyes wide open staring off into the void. Juhani cut the cord and sat on the ground. She exposed her breast and guided the newborn to suckle. It was uncomfortable at first, but she moved the newborn around until it didn’t feel painful. Revan was dead and yet from that death came a gift to her.

Slinging up her saber, she let the child nurse as she looked the newborn over. It was a male child and covered in a white opaque secretion, which was a bit odd. She decided he needed a name and so she dubbed him Jomei, because she felt he was a beacon of light. Once the young child had finished she stood up and went looking for supplies, whatever happen to the people or the Jedi. She left the corpse of Revan to rot as she walked away.

Revan’s eye blinked as the head moved to look at Juhani and child walking away. She smiled wickedly. The head lowered slowly to the ground as the body turned to ash still smiling.

Master V’rook and the seven remaining Jedi were battered, but they had survived. It was a double cross, Bastila had shot Revan at point blank range. Then the planet changed and the creatures attacked. Sith, Jedi, Civilian, there was no discrimination. Plant life over grew the ships and there was no escape for those who did not leave the planet quickly and death in the jaws of the ferocious creatures was certain. Bastila managed of course to save her own skin leaving her Sith knights and soldiers on the ground. He managed to save only a hand full of people.

He had his orders from the council, neutralize the child if it survived. So they were heading back after dropping the civilians off at a near by space station. V’rook couldn’t believe what he saw, the whole planet had changed and he felt something pushing him away. He ignored it, the child was a danger and must be eliminated.

Juhani looked Jomei over, with tan skin there were dark patches that gave him the appearance of a Juhani’s fur pattern. Jomei made noises at her as she tried to put a diaper on him for the six time. She had taken what she could find and was moving it back to the ship having managed to get several droids functioning. It was looting, but everyone was gone, she was simply making use of what was left behind. She did find a baby carrier that gave her a pouch in the front allowing her to have her hands free. Finally getting a diaper on, she put Jomei in the pouch, who giggled and then went to sleep after a loud burp.

Walking down an overgrown street she felt a presence and then the Jedi emerged from the mist. She surprised them as they looked at her, Master V’rook spoke, “Juhani?”

“Master V’rook.”

V’rook noticed the child’s strange appearance, the similarity of Juhani and the child didn’t go unnoticed, “Did you find that child?”

“That is a very interesting tale, V’rook. Let’s just say the child found me.”

“So that is the child of Revan.”

“Yes and No,” Juhani was being a bit playful. “Revan didn’t want the child either, planned on killing him.”

“Juhani, you do not know the danger of the child. It is not what you think it is.”

“It’s not a Sithari either.”

“Juhani, I order you to hand over that child.”

“I left the order, so your commands mean nothing to me. Now good day, I’ll be going.”

“Juhani, we will take the child by force if we must,” Master V’rook’s tone was calm but forceful.

“You don’t want to do that, V’rook,” Her hand instinctively rested on her saber. “The child is mine, I will protect him from you and anyone else that dares to hurt him.”

“Juhani, it was that thing that turned the planet from a lush green world into this horrible world. You haven’t seen the creatures that live here, you didn’t see what happen. Trust me, Juhani, that thing will be like a plague to all of us.”

Juhani looked down at the child and back to V’rook, “Leave Master V’rook, let the force decide the fate of all, but stand against me now and you will die.”

“I’m sorry it had to come to this Juhani, but we cannot allow that child to exist.”

She stood against seven Jedi masters, their names were known to her as well as their achievements. The skills of them combined were far greater then her own and she doubted they would attack her one on one. They ignited their sabers, her ignited slowly her focus on the end result of her standing and her opponents laying on the ground. Then the creatures emerged from the dense jungle, it was not the child that had summoned them for he was asleep only stirring awake by the sound. “V’rook, this planet will not let you hurt that child, the force will not let you harm this child, I will not let you harm this child. It would be best to leave now, do not throw your life away like this.”

V’rook didn’t answer only attack and they were descended upon by the creatures of the planet. V’rook and Juhani’s sabers clashed as the six Jedi tried to slow the creatures down. Yet sabers were no match for something that was three times one’s size and one by one they were killed.

Juhani in one quick move plunged her saber into V’rook’s chest. His saber fell away from his hand, his eyes looked at her in surprise. The saber slide back out, Vrook was surprised at the outcome. The Jedi master fell to his knees and then hit the ground. Juhani looked at the fallen master as she slung her saber. The creatures walked away leaving them be. Jomei reach up for her and she picked him up and hugged him as she cried, his small hands seem try and hug her back.

Juhani knew they would be safe on this planet, so she called the Jedi telling them what they wanted to hear. Revan died along with the child during birth due to injuries she received. She prepared the Ebon Hawk and they hid beneath the swamp as Jedi came to investigate. This jungle planet was now there home.

Great twist I wasn't expecting Revan to have a child. And then Bastila goes and shoots her. That is cold if you ask me. But hey I'm coolas long as Bastila is still alive. wink

This is great! More soon!

A little behind on the editing. For those who've been reading, chapter 2 is finished, I just haven't proofed it yet.

Chapter 3 is started (Jomei gets saber crystals and meets a cute female Jedi), chapter 4 is outlined (Ebon Hawk goes crash -- Juhani's fault, the first Pod Race, plus a new ship), and Chapter 5 is sketched out as well.

So an editor job is available... PM me if interested.

Thank you

That was a little different and really disturbing. It was weird that he wanted to mate with his mom and she pretty much had no problem with it.

The problem with Jomei is that if you look at it from a real biological perspective you'll see Gohla isn't being honest to Juhani. How can something have the blood of one creature, the appearance of the other, and the traits of yet another. More importantly, why does a Sith have pale grey skin?

Who says Jomei sees her as his mother, we haven't looked really into Jomei's mind. We know what Juhani's thinking, but as we already said... Jomei knows things, he just has to remember them. More importantly the question you should be asking is, What is Jomei exactly and why does he exist, more importantly how does this all relate to the Sithari and what Revan was trying to do.

For Juhani the question was simple as it was the same for Gohla. How far are you willing to go to save your species, when they are being systematically wiped out.

If you think that's disturbing, we haven't seen what has been going on for the past eighteen years while Juhani's been away. I thought the most disturbing is how easy it was for Jomei to pull the lifeforce clean out of Gohla.

My horse Slick is injured and requiring more of my time. Which is killing my free time.

Teasers

Just for those who may of read Chapter 3 and thought "eww", don't assume the word you hear is what it means. A familar character who knows Sith history and ancient language very well, will enlighten us in chapter 5, much to Juhani's surprise.

Just to let you know, Juhani does begin to doubt if saving Jomei was the right thing to do...
