VaderLVR64 posted:What a great piece of writing! You truly captured their "voices." “Thanks, Han,” Luke’s voice was quiet and still a little shaky. “For everything. For coming after me.” “That’s what friends are for.” Solo grinned. The young Jedi smiled back- the best he could anyway. The poor kid’s face was a mess. Glassy, tired eyes fell closed and the Corellian’s smile faded as he realized just how bad of shape his friend was in. He was barely holding up. The shelter was barely holding up. They still had all night to get through. “We’ll make it, Han,” the other answered Solo’s worried thoughts as if he’d heard them. Han smiled and softly laid a hand on the tousled head of hair. “You bet we will.”
KELIA posted:“It was twice as wide as Chewie. I cut off his arm.” How typical of Luke to squeeze in a bit of bragging! Great job on this

dancing_star posted: Han grinned. He would hear all the kid’s stories after he’d recovered more- no doubt he’d been through a lot. He’d also argue with Leia’s declaration that he’d “gone soft” and deny it thoroughly- where did she ever get an idea like that?! But he’d never question his own good judgment about going out in a Hoth blizzard because he had his "little brother" back safe and warm. “Get some rest, kid.” Luke did just that.
madman007 posted:Missing scenes like this one can make the greatest Star Wars movie actually better. This would have been such a touching moment between Han and Luke showing how far Han had come in shedding the smuggler I-Help-No One-But-Myself attitude and creating a man who does "care about anything; or or anyone." Great job!
