The Challenge: A/T Fanfic Challenge
Incorporate the following into a A/T fic
an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-yellow-polka-dot-bikini
Title: Attention
Author: Kidan
Timeframe: JJK
Notes: I’ve yet to actually have a chance to read the JJK book where Sannah is introduced and plays a part. So if this does not meet actual characterization…well, big whoop.. 
Attention
My name is Sannah. I am a Melodie from the small planet Yavin 8 and I have a secret.
It’s a big one. One that I have kept for years now, ever since he first dropped into my life. One that I have to hide from my best friends in the whole world.
My secret? I love Anakin Solo.
I know, I know, who could resist? The hair, the eyes? It’s just all so, dreamy.
Unfortunately for me, the only person he seems at all interested in is Tahiri.
But I think my luck in that regard may just change. The last time Master Tionne took me shopping on Mon Calamari, I bought myself something that I’m sure he’ll go gaga over the next time we all go swimming. It’s an itsy bitsy, teeny-weeny, yellow bikini with red polka dots.
I know that Jedi are supposed to be modest. But I got to do something so he’ll notice me.
Now, all I got to do is suffer Tahiri’s and Anakin’s cuteness until we go swimming again.
I mean, they’re constantly holding hands, or whispering to each other. It’s shameful that he’s so wrapped up in her that he is totally ignoring me!

Still no swimming yet! I don’t understand why someone won’t suggest we go swimming. I would do it, but I don’t want it known just how much I want Anakin’s attention on me.
You know what she did today? She kissed him! There in the middle of the cafeteria she kissed him! That burns me up.
Oh, when are we going to go swimming?
I have to get his attention off of her and onto me.

Finally! He finally suggested that we all go swimming. Finally I’ll be able to catch his eye.
I rush to my room, and change into the bikini, throwing a matching yellow wrap around me real quickly.
I get to the entrance at the same time as Valin, and we can see Tahiri and Anakin already heading towards the swimming hole.
Oh that makes me so mad! I bet Tahiri planned that to get some extra time alone with Anakin.
We’re finally getting near the swimming hole, but I’m confused. I don’t hear the usual splashing and laughing that SHE and Anakin would be doing.
I turn the final corner, and see him, just standing there, kind of staring at her.
Some part of me screams that I don’t really want to look at her, but I do anyways, because I’ve gotta know what has him looking, staring, like that.
I can’t believe it! She’s standing there pretty as you pleased in an exact copy of MY bikini! Even down to the red polka dots!
Can you believe the nerve she has?

Very cute!
I'd never even imagined Sannah liking Anakin before, but you've certainly written it well. Nice job, I enjoyed it!

Ok, now I'm officially stalking.
Because this was yours, I had to pop in and see what it was all about. And in true Kidan fashion you surprised me at the end with Tahiri wearing the same bikini.  
Not as dark as your other stuff but just as enjoyable.
I kind of felt for Sannah. Her plan gets foiled by the one person who technically was standing in her way of happiness, and it was most likely not even intentional.
Great job.

Kidan: great 'fic!  Nicely-handled, and an interesting choice of POV character. And of course, Sannah is in her element in the water...

Well, I was going for fun....so not dark...eh, it's close enough to fun for me...

lol. it's more along the lines of the fact that prime and secondary characters dont care about tertiary characters....and unfortunately, that's poor lil Sannah's lot in life...

Great fic, terrific ending! I really like how original this is. When Whitey issued this challenge, I tried to think of all the different things people would do with it. Writing it from a a jealous Sannah's POV was not one I would have thought of in a million years
Loved the voicing, Sannah was great. It seemed very much like a young girl talking to us. And the ending was very clever and cute.
