I've already made one gingerbread house this Christmas, but it was with some friends and is not displayed at my house... there's some pics here if you'd like to see how it turned out.

Actually, it was our exchange student from Germany who wrote that... It's also written in korean somewhere...  Since we had some exchange students we sort of made an international gingerbread house...

Hello friends.
No more college for a month for me. Yippy. Its good too, I still
have to do all my christmas shopping. lol.
Canada is an awesome place, Really beautiful cities up there. 
Nina, that is a wonderful ginger bread house. I love making them.
Its so fun. Hopefully I'll have time to make one this year.

Yes Canada is a nice place Pete How is everyone doing and are you all ready for the holidays !!!Jeannette and I have been quite busy. It is so nice to be together for the holidays Jeannette put up a Christmas tree yesterday that she picked out from several stores in the last few days. She will be working on a gingerbread house in the coming days

Aww, Mike your Christmassy colours are starting to get me in the mood of Christmas now!
Aiyooo there is a deliberate plot to get me all hungry..enough to eat a house! 
That's a pretty picture up there!  Nina that's a really talented bunch up there. You guys have done such a beautiful job on that house!  Well done, honey!
Mom made her Christmas cake some time ago and it tastes lovely...fruits galore ans she added some extra almond essense...yummers!
Pete! Hey! Funny but Sri Lanka has been getting cold during the mornings...then at work they crank the AC up so high I am threatening to take winter clothes with me to work! 
Ohh...the tree. Mine is in the living area and the lights are already on it. I need to now add the streamers and ornaments. All the decor will be red, silver and gold. Verry Christmasy and it's what I've have done for a few years now.

Yes, We have lots of snow up here in Northern NY too.
Its wonderful. Mike where in Canada do you live?
I've been to Kingston, Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa.
