Have you ever seen the black slugs around the Emperors Eyes in ROTJ? Those are not Special effect, nor Mere Sharpie Pen Marks... Nay IAN HIMSELF Willed those into existense much to the shock of Lucas and the Cinematographer who first noticed them during the screening of the Dalies.
IAN'S Purpose for them Remains Inscrutible... as the WILL OF GOD Should.
