Even Piell wasn't there, or at least if he was, then he survived, according to Clone Wars Chapter 21.
Oppo Rancisis is a reknowned Jedi strategist, my guesss is that he accompanied Yoda to Kamino, and possibly formulated the plan for the ground assault to rescue the Jedi in the arena.
Eeth Koth was presumed dead along with Tarados Gon and Sora Bulq when their gunship was downed after escaping the arena.
Depa Billaba remained at the Jedi Temple in order to lead the supervisation of the Jedi Younglings.
Adi Gallia returned from Lok with Siri Tachi and Nym's pirates and fought an air battle above Geonosis.

adi gallia is in a prototype jedi star fighter above geonosis. she escorted the ships that transported the clone troops and she fought in the space battle above geonosis. She's the main character of jedi starfighter which was released to the ps2 and xbox about a month before epII came out. It leads right into the battle of geonosis.

Poof died in one of the comics. I believe it was the first Zam Wessell comic.
In regards to Oppo, I also find him a very odd character. It would be interesting to see how they would make him move since he is a serpentine creature. Another interesting thing about him is that, according to the OS databank, he was a master of malacia, a Jedi technique that produced powerful dizziness and nausea in his targets. The results cause incapacitation. That would be cool to see. It would be interesting to see some scenes with Oppo in ROTS or at least some other new Jedi abilities.

Just because a Jedi is no longer on the council doesn't mean they are dead. According to the visual dictionary: There are 12 council seats, 4 permanent seats, 4 semi-permanent seats, and 4 rotating seats. It's possible that some of the Jedi who are no longer on the council in ATOC have those semi-perm or rotating seats. Although Yaddle seems to be dead for sure.

Half the jedi council is missing during the battle of Geonosis. Where are Saesee Tinn, Even Piel, Depi Billaba, Adi Gallia, Yarael Poof, and Oppo Rancis?
saesee tiin - probably in his starfighter as we always see him
even piel - too short to fight any real battles
depi billaba - who?
adi gallia - killed between tpm and aotc
yarael poof - same as adi
oppo rancis - how do you expect him to stand up? he has no legs!

Tiin can be seen in the circle of Jedi in the arena before Yoda arrives.

Adi Gallia is still on the Council when Obi-Wan and Anakin meet with the Council after Zam Wesell's second attempt to assasinate Amidala. The footage used for the establishing shot was a blending of footage that was taken from what was filmed for TPM and new footage filmed for AotC. Production wise, they attempted to replace the actor playing Adi Gallia and have the character be in the arena on Geonosis, but the new actor and the former actor ended up looking too different for it to be pulled off, thus the new one was given the backstory of being Adi Gallia's cousin.
At least, this is what I've come to understand happened from all the things I've read over the years since AotC's release.

In TPM, the Jedi Counci was as follow:
Yoda
Mace Windu
Ki-Adi-Mundi
Plo Koon
Eeth Koth
Saesee Tinn
Oppo Rancisis
Adi Gallia
Depa Billaba
Even Piel
Yaddle
Yarael Poof
In between TPM and AOTC, Yaddle and Yarael Poof die, and are replaced by Shaak Ti and Coleman Trebor.
