	UNdomiel, All i want is a quote saying that in the SWU it is palpatine's balcony. NOt just the set, but "Palpatine's Balcony" If i get that that could affect my opinion greatly cause it would prove that Sidious is takling with Maul on Palpatines balcony (well dhu) But the theory of the clonde could hold up if Palpatine was aquainted with Sidious in anyway, whether he new he was his clone, or a sith lord. 	I'm not talking about that. I want to know how one can draw that conclusion, when everything else points in the opposite direction? People assume too much when they assume that they are clones. I want to know based on the movies, novelizations and scripts where there is any hints of Palpatine being a clone. 	PLO, The problem with your theory is this: If Palpatine is a clone of Sidious and Sidious is allowed to use Palpatine's balcony for late night excursions with Maul in TPM, then the point of having the clone in the first place is baseless. In fact, the point of having a hideout in the slums of Coruscant would also be meaningless. If Sidious feels he can travel all over Coruscant, including the Senate Building, Palpatine's office and balcony, then why would he need a clone? He would be just as quickly discovered if he hung out on Palpy's balcony as he would if he walked down the main corridor of the Senate building. Walls don't mean much to jedi. What does appear to matter is distance. Now, if his hideout is on the other side of Coruscant, let's say, then the possibility exists that he could block his presence from the jedi, or at least diffuse it so he couldn't be pinpointed. But that's provided we have even an inkling for how the sith masking power works in the first place.
