	Homeless_Jedi, Just curious, I took some psych courses too, and two of my friends were psych majors, must have missed the class that taught you to read faces. True you can tell people are lying (some people) by nervous habits, but not everyone can be caught lying by looking at their face. As for Mace Windu being a traitor, I'll rank that right up there with the Sidious is not Palpatine theory. 	Mace could kick all y'all a$$es. He's the man! The best! Sidious has to go so deep undercover to take care of him. Sidious isn't stupid. He knows Mace has both the light and darkside of the force. Yoda? Yeah, Sidious could take care of him. Mace? Hmmm. Need some sneaky, underhanded planning to get around him. That's why Dooku jumps when Mace dispatches Jango. He's like, "Master Sidious was right.". Dooku didn't even flinch with Yoda. He just doesn't know the darkside that well, he's an apprentice. Yoda was able to deflect his shots. Let him go against Mace. It woulda been a different story. Dooku: Master Windu! You and your Jedi have interfered with our plans for the last t---- (head SLICED OFF) Mace: Oh, I'm sorry. 	Someone just said Mace sits idly by. yoda doesn't do anything either. What teach some Padawans and meditate? I can do that. And, c'mon, how can you say Mace doesn't do that or isn't doing it at the same time? What about Ki Adi Mundi. I don't see him doin' anything but I don't call him a traitor and say he's sitting idle. Mace is handling the politics with Yoda. Both he and Yoda don't do 'anything' until fighting in the starting battle of the clone wars.

	The Negociator is the most UNDERrated movie ever. Sam kicks some tail and takes names. I loved Sam in that movie. He had everybody fooled like he was crazy. Maybe that's what Windu is all about. Fooling the audience (which doesn't proove to be a hard job) and then BAM! He's gonna be big with heroism in Episode III!!!!

	Yes, I said over-rated actor . . . I got two words for you: Loaded Weapon And PLEASE, Sam Jackson was Bad . . . in PULP FICTION not TPM or AOTC. His lightsaber doesn't say Bad Mother . ., his wallet doesn't say that either. FYI - I liked the Negotiator too. He can shine, but it has to be the right project. So far, he's only Yoda's yes man. EDIT: Lando's_Pimp_Hand - I knew someone would make a stupid comment like that. Don't ever presume anything about me. Especially over a message board. BTW, I always get Fishburne and Jackson confused. 	Whatever . . . keep on flaming. I am only stating my opinion that I don't think he is as great as an actor as everyone says. I think he's a neat guy and interesting, but not Oscar caliber. And anyways, isn't this discussion about Mace Windu?????????? I was making a point that GL better have used SJ for a plot reason, not just to put him in the movie. I believe he will be a major pivotal point in Eppy III, just because he has been under used in TPM & AOTC. In TPM and AOTC his lines are weak and his scenes are almost "background." I just hope he plays a more major role in Eppy III that will actually require him in the movie. As of now, his role in TPM and AOTC could have been pulled off by Yaddle. As for hockey equipment . . . it's a great sport. EDIT: Get off your high horses. It's my opinion, you can't change it. 	See, my brother and I had speculated before TPM that, no matter how powerful Anakin was, he wouldn't be able to kill all the Jedi by himself. We thought there had to be an inside man. After seeing TPM, I thought it might be Mace. I didn't think he would be 'evil' in the sense of 'Sith', but maybe arrogant, desperate and misguided. This has nothing to do with him being black; it's a cool role to play anyway! After seeing AOTC the first time, the same things Homeless mentioned really hit me. But, after seeing it 3 more times, I am getting less and less convinced that Mace is a traitor. I agree with the person that said it doesn't make sense. It made sense for Lando to make a deal; unfortunately, he found out what happens when you bargain with Vader. It doesn't make sense for Mace to sell out his colleagues. Read the novelization as well - I don't think there's even a HINT of treachery in the book. Mace is simply confused, frustrated, hesitant and, yes, arrogant. This does not make him evil or a traitor. He is also kind, concerned, and perceptive, unless that's all a huge act. His discounting of Padme's Dooku theory; why is this so often mentioned? Ki-Adi totally agrees and discounts it, maybe he's a traitor too! And Yoda doesn't contradict them, I bet he's in on the plot! I think GL really tries to imply that Dooku erased Kamino. There's far more evidence that he did rather than Windu. He sent away Padme before it was conclusively decided that it would come down to a vote; it looked to me that the ploy to get Jar-Jar to vote Palpatine emergency powers was set up by Palpatine (Sidious) and Mas Amedda. I could go on here, but I won't. Perhaps Sam did such a good job as Jules in Pulp Fiction that in every role he plays now, we're convinced that he is a BMF. BMF does not mean 'bad'. It means don't mess with him, which is exactly what you don't wanna do with Mace. 	People mistake me for Laurence Fishburne all the time. And he always gets mistaken for me. (And why not? We've both starred in Spike Lee movies, haven't we?) Even when we're standing together, people have called him by my name and me by his. A woman recently ran up to him and said, 'My daughter loved you in Pulp Fiction! Could she have your autograph?' So he signed it, 'Respectfully yours, Samuel Jackson.' --Details, February 1996 I thought this fit nicely. Back to the topic. So are we saying that Mace is a traitor because he has a purple saber and he has some strange facial expressions? 	Thanks for posting that Samuel Jackson quote. I'm tired of hearing the racism posts. Sure there are racists(skin color doesn't determine a racist)but get the chip off your shoulder. Not every comment made is a racist remark.
