	Hey Darth-Solo, "Racism is the system of racial subjugation against NON-WHITES in EVERY area of human relation, education, entertainment, labor, politics, law, religion, sex, war and economics." Racism is not about hating someone of another race, it's about having the POWER to completely oppress a race physically, socially, economically and spiritually. The definition has been changed to accomidate such ridiculous notions as reversed discrimination and reversed racism which are illusionary tactics for the guilty party to place racial crimes on their victims to reliev themselves of the blame. Prejudice, however, just means to pre-judge someone. Sam Jackson/or Larry Fishburne have been pre-judged by white people who mostly can't tell the difference between one black person and the next.

	Well most people use the arguement that others think Mace is a traitor based on him being played by a Blackman (Sam Jackson) and the record of Lando being a 'supposed' traitor which is blown out of context. The arguement is if GL wants to create parallels he'll have another Black person be a 'traitor'; when this comes up people try to defend themselves for not being 'racist'. It's still about Mace. From a certain point of view.

	Reasons to believe that MASTER MACE WINDU is jedi traitor: After I watched AOTC for the third time last week, I notized that there was something very strange in Samuel jackson´s performance. His character acted different than the last time on TPM. He looked very insecure, concerned, and sometimes suspicious. Here is the list of facts that made me believe that MASTER WINDU is the Jedi traitor: 1. There is a JEDI TRAITOR in this new trilogy: -Someone ordered the new clone army without consulting the jedi council and The kamino´s leader said they received the order from a jedi master. -Someone erased KAMINO from the library archive. Only a jedi could have done that. 2. WINDU´s interest in knowing if anakin is really the chosen one: -Just like in TPM master windu talks about the fact that anakin might be the chosen one. He told obi-wan to not worry about anakin´s attitude. -He seems to like the idea of anakin being on his own, and not under obi-wan´s leadership. He´s the one who asked anakin to protect padme on her trip to naboo. -He asked anakin to stay in Tatooine and not going to geonosis to rescue obi-wan. 3. WINDU´s supporting of the clone army: -“we are keepers of the peace not soldiers”..he told palpatine. That can only mean that he knows that the war is about to begin and that the jedi cannot fight it alone. -When obi-wan told yoda and windu about the existence of the clone army and after yoda said ..”blind we are if the construction of this army we could not see...” , Master windu suggested yoda to tell the senate that the jedi are no longer capable of protecting the republic. -After palpatine aproved the creation of the army in the senate, Windu said to yoda “ WELL.....IT IS DONE” acting like he knew that it was going to happen soon or later 4. WINDU´s knowing about DOOKU´s plans -When padme said that she believed that DOOKU was trying to kill her, windu defended him by saying that dooku was once a jedi. -It was windu´s idea to send padme back to naboo, making it imposible for her to vote in the senate -When he arrived at the arena, windu didn´t try to strike dooku down with his saber. He could have done it because dooku was not facing him at the time, but he chose to intimidate jango instead. -Altought yoda told him that capturing dooku was important in order to stop other systems to join his crusade, Windu seemed more interested in talking control over the clone army than helping obi-wan and anakin to stop dooku 5. WINDU´s killing Jango Fett: -Yoda asked obi-wan to capture jango in order to interrogate him. If jango got captured it could interfere with dooku´s plans because he knew too much. So jango had to be killed. Besides he was not useful to dooku anymore. -Jango told obi-wan that he was hired by a man called TYRANUS (dooku). That could means that jango didn´t know that mace was helping dooku and explains why jango tried to kill him the arena. -While the other jedis were fighting the droids, windu seemed more interested in killing Jango -Right after killing jango windu had that “UPSS....I´M SORRY....I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE....” kind of look on his face CONCLUSIONS: I have come up with 2 different conclusions: 1. Master Mace Windu betrayed the jedi because he believed in the necessity of changing the structure of the jedi order to bring the balance to the force. He didn´t agree with the jedis not supporting the creation of the army because he wanted the clone army to be under the jedi orders to use them to stop the corruption of the politicians and protect the republic from the dark side, so he helped dooku order the army without the council approval..He wanted to create a new jedi order, one that will emerge as the leader group of the republic instead of the old senate, one that will use the army to control the separatist movements, one that will have anakin skywalker as its great leader and will see him become the greatest of all jedi just like the prophecy said. He used dooku´s help because windu believed in the ex jedi´s good intentions of stopting the sith lord and stopping the corruption in the senate. He didn´t know about dooku being Darth tyranus and Palpatine being a sith. Or........ 2. Master Mace Windu betrayed the jedis because he believed that HE was the chosen one (not anakin) and it was his destiny to bring the balance to the force. He didn´t agree with the jedi council decisions and wanted to dissolve it He helped dooku order the creation of the clone army to use them to control the other jedis and help him stop the corruption of the politicians and protect the republic from the dark side. He wanted to create a new jedi order, one that will have HIM as its great leader and will see him become the greatest of all jedi just like the prophecy said. He used dooku´s help because windu believed in the ex jedi´s good intentions of stopping the sith lord and helping him take control over the jedi order. He didn´t know about dooku being Darth tyranus and Palpatine being a sith. MASTER WINDU BETRAYED THE JEDIS BECAUSE HE WAS MANIPULATED BY DARTH SIDIOUS AND DARTH TYRANUS.....WELL...THAT´S JUST MY OPINION....WE´´LL HAVE TO WAIT TIL EP III COMES OUT TO SEE WHAT UNCLE GEORGE IS COOKING. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT IT????

	How can anyone say Sam Jackson is over rated? i'm white and he's my fav actor and i know movies , he's one of the best in the business. 	yeah, your theory has holes, go read the whole thread again. Kia-Adi-Mundi defends Dooku first. Yoda orders Anakin on his own. Mace only stated Anakin's skills are impressive, nothing more. He's a serious actor with his character having serious problems at hand: Dark Side growing, war about to start, Yoda sensing pain & suffering in Anakin (dubbed temporary chosen one), leader of anti-clone movement almost killed (twice!!), nearly 200 Jedi wiped out in a day. I would be concerned & insecure too. Not every day the galaxy erupts into war. -----signature----- "hmmm....."

	After watching it for the 7th time baby I have to agree that I believe Mace is a traitor and will ultimately lead the JEDI to their deaths.. Oh wait, he already did that by having them nearly wiped out by the SUPER NUMBERED DROID armys. Jedis would foresee that being an impossible victory. Mace said "I will take what JEDI I have left and try to save OB1" lol hahahahahaha Nice set up MACE Also, Mace was nosey on whatever Yoda was doing! This too concerns me, but since I am a darklord, Episode 3 will definintely be my night! THE JEDI BATTLE IN AOTC was spectcular -----signature----- If all the JAR JAR Scenes were removed and they built up the darth maul charecter more and cut the anakin cheesy scenes, that movie just might have been great! More and more action!!!

	I still don't think that Mace is a traitor,but his comment to Lucas still puzzles me. He said something to the effect of "I want to go out in a blaze of glory and not die like some punk" That was a very odd choice of words. Why would he think he would be percieved as dying like some punk? One could speculate that Sam knows that Mace is a bad guy,and that's why he said that. I'm hoping that this is not the case,but there is no doubt that there is support for the arguement. BTW in case anyone is interested, Samuel L. Jackson will be hosting the Espy awards on espn. It's scheduled for July 10th at 9PM est.

	It is indeed... homeless_jedi just stated that he believes the more people that seem to agree with him, the more likely it is that Windu is a traitor. Some pages back the same homeless_jedi stated that a traitor is always the one you least suspect. So just save yourselves some energy, put those 2 points together and you get - Windu is no traitor. Btw, go read the book and you won't wonder about this anymore.
