Alright. Here's my challenge to you.
Prove with 100% scientifically/empirically based facts -and proof- that you exist, that you are alive.
In case you'd try, a nice effort, but you can't. It's an illusion, it all comes down to faith and belief.
(Don't get me started on courts, I studied law, I know the reasoning behind them.)

listen all you matrix people!!..stop dreaming this in not the real world..we are here "alive" and we are not controlled by aliens ok. im typing this, so im part of reality and reality is this. the way the eye sees it. if all eyes see the same thing, then that's the way it must be. if cameras and video see the same thing ..that is what we are, human people that are born and die.
this is life, on earth. no we do not live in a computer generated world controlled by aliens....no..we cannot defy the laws of physics...no we cannot dodge bullets or travel trought phone lines.
to think that we are not real...is to be insane..to think that we do not know who we are is ignorace.
the matrix is based on earth. and earth is what it is. so dont try to tell me its not this....ok
now star wars...anything is possible..hence it does not take place on earth, i can believe anything in the film, because i never been there...
but i know what this life is.

First of all, this argumentation has nothing to do with any movie whatsoever, not the Matrix, not Star Wars, not Star Trek Voyager.
You'd use the argument of relation to any movie or film just to put up a smokescreen because you think that they would have influenced what I say here. Let it be clear, they do not.

Prove that you in fact do breathe. You say you feel it, realize you are breathing? No, you do not, you believe it to be so, it is all in your mind, based on belief and not on empirical proof.

Yet all eyes do not see the same thing. Each person's view and perspective are unique and different. But that was not the purpose of my statement.

What is real to you? Your vision of real is your own and not that of others. Your reality is unique to you.
You misinterpret my statements, I am not trying to tell you in any way that earth is not this. You are not thinking about what you read. You see one or two elements that are not related to the topic at hand (e.g. my user ID) and jump to the -wrong- conclusion that I am talking about 'earth not being real and not being this'.
How would you define someone as being 'insane'? Just a man or woman who doesn't share your beliefs or views? Then many will be insane to you. It's simply a term you use because the human brain is complacent and categorizes everything so it can be more easily processed, hence those who do not act according to your thought patterns are labelled as insane.
You 'know' what life or anything is? Sadly you do not, you believe, but you do not know.
Does anyone 'know'? Perhaps, perhaps not.
(Btw, I think the saying is 'I think therefor I am.' from the famous Latin saying 'Cogito ergo sum')

look bud. i dont mean to burst your imaginary matrix bubble or whatever you wanna call it. i live in reality ..seems you deny reality and try to bend things into a dimensional point of you that you think might exist, but it doesnt. sure ive taken philosophy, ive studied plato and socrates and the greeks. let me tell you something, what you see is what is. we all see the same thing, the same colors the same senses, the same everything..maybe in the end we think differently about what we saw, but that is due to memory loss. explainable due to chemical imbalances in the brain. clearly you have a brain lession going on somewhere making you believe this nonsense about reality and the matrix and guys in black tights running around roofs and carrying illegal guns.

No you didn't. You saw AOTC from your perspective and I saw it from my perspective, each unique. (As such different for everyone who saw it, they each see it from their own perspective, hence it is different. It is perceived differently.)

That's poor form. As I stated before this discussion is not related to the Matrix or any other movie. Perhaps you are afraid you cannot force your views upon me or are realizing that in fact you might be wrong and hence need to resort to trickery to derail the conversation by sticking to a movie link that is not the issue and not present.

You live in 'your' reality. Reality is different for each individual.

I do not believe I deny reality. You perceive it as such because you seem most convinced that they way you see the world and the way you see relaity is the universally true and definate reality. Which is incorrect, as said before your reality is determined by who you are.
Actually it is scientifically theorized this is largely due to how the human brain functions, it objectivises and categorises to enable easier processing of information, hence it assumes its own view and relaity are common if not universal.

So ... what about blind people? Those who are colorblind? Your eyes can very easily deceive you.
Look up at night, at the stars, the light from those stars you see, that 'are', well many of those 'are' no longer. They have already faded out or burned up, the time it took for their light to travel to earth is just so extensive that what we see is actually what 'was' so many years ago.
