My interview starts at the seventeen minute mark in part one and at the nineteen minute mark in part two but be sure to check out the entirety of each program and give them a listen.
In this week's second half of the interview I discuss my work for Star Wars Insider, Dark Horse Comics and my Expanded Universe Jedi Knight character, Kai Justiss.

I'll still be posting news and chatting Star Wars here of course. In fact, I have a new SW project coming coming up in early '07 that I'm looking forward to discussing with all of you here 
In other SW art news, I'm currently working on new print artwork for Celebration IV. I've got half of my drawing for it done now and the theme/content for the piece is A New Hope. The artwork features Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader pretty large back to back, the Death Star, the Falcon, some TIEs and X-Wings, Leia and a large full figure of Luke. Right now I'm working on the lower half of the drawing which has Han and Chewie, the droids, Tarkin, Stormtroopers and Tatooine (the upper sphere of the planet frames the bottom in the background. I can't wait to share this piece with everyone soon!

any chance of you making an appearance over here for the event.

I'm definitely interested in participating in Celebration Europe and am really hoping I'm able to attend. I'm working out the schedule and budget specifics now and am in touch with the CE promoters so I'm hoping it works out. Cross your fingers! It's great to know I have some fans in the UK too

Yep, I'll be attending Celebration Europe too and I look forward to meeting you there Though I'm not sure yet if I'll be offering the same limited edition artwork at both shows or if I'll be creating new Star Wars artwork for CE. I've got a variety of concepts in the approval process currently and have some options I'm working out.

That's a really nice print for C4 (some great work from Justin and Chris too)  All of the artists are turning in some good stuff. You know Kim and I will be down for one of your prints so make sure to save us one

Hi Everyone,
I hope everyone is getting geared up for CIV soon. It's just around the corner and even though my new exclusive print artwork for the show is done, I don't think I'll ever feel fully prepared for the show. I mean nothing could have prepared me for the madness that was CIII but I loved every minute of it
Star Wars.com previewed my Celebration IV limited edition print last night but if you head over to my official site or my Myspace page you can view a larger version of the artwork now. I'll be taking reserve requests for my print as well. Just check out my News section at my official site or my latest Myspace blog update for all of the info. I hope everyone enjoys the new artwork! I had so much fun creating it and it's a really special piece for me.
I look forward to seeing all of you at Celebration next month!

Hey Kieron! Glad you enjoy my new Star Wars print. I'll definitely hold one for you. I'll put you on my list right now. Justin Chung's and Chris Trevas' pieces look amazing! Everyone really pulled out all of the stops this time. Looking forward to seeing you and Kim again at the show

I'm pretty sure Chris Trevas' print is also $50 and Justin's might be a little cheaper actually.
I've got a room booked at the Omni, which is about ten or twelves blocks from the convention center (luckily I have few friends there with cars for transportation just in case). It's where most of the LFL artists are staying I believe since they reserved rooms for us there.

I am currently taking reserve requests for my exclusive print artwork and a number of them have been reserved already. I wanted to keep you guys updated since some of you have purchased artwork from me in the past and I didn't want anyone from the forums here who really wants one to miss out.
Just email me at joe@joecorroney.com or PM me here with Celebration 4 Print in the subject line and I'll be sure to hold one for you at the show. They're limited to 250 signed and numbered editions, 19" x 24" and $50 each.

I just read the Marvel species article in Gamer 1, and I just wanted to say how much I loved your illustrations in it. It's great seeing all these species rendered in such a different and more detailed style than the Marvel comics. The Iskalonian, and for different reasons, the Zeltron one , were my favorites. The Em'liy one was pretty cool, since these guys were obscure even in the Marvel line, and seeing a "modern" adaptation of them was something I wouldn't normally expect.
