Still, just knowing an Ewok Jedi exists seems to make the world alright.
You're alright, world. You're allllright...

Thanks for your post, Bando.

There's an Ewok named Simon in Galactic Battlegrounds?

Well he is a cheat code character in the game, so he is not fully canon yet.

Ah, Simon... good times. The fellow was better than any WMD the Empire could come up with. Pit him against an army of Sio Bibbles and things got down right nasty.
Hey, Sev'Rance Tann is in GBG too! And both their names start with "S"! And... and if I come up with a conspiracy theory on this, I'm going to loose what few brain cells I have left.

Ooh! A homicidal Ewok secret character? I'm loving this. Anyone have any screen grabs?
I...I foresee a Simon and Max joke, Force-willing.

Isn't it a shame? I'm sure Ryan would've laughed his choobies off at that too.

Abel...on the topic of "Simon"....according to Leland Chee:
Simon the Killer Ewok is about as canon as the hyperkinetic rabbity thing, Max.

We might need clarification on that one.

Well, you know, sometimes I feel clarification is what ruins the fun. I'm not especially keen on clarity for clarity's sake, in other words, just to relieve anxieties that, "oh no! A homicidal rabbit from another universe is now in Star Wars! Is it really true, Lucasfilm? It's the end, it's the end!"
Relax, brother. All the "sneaky" refs in my work, from Max to cyborg Darth Maul to Thrawn buying Grievous' mask (and there are others), are all very carefully framed for intentional ambiguity.

Well played, Rogue. Well played.
BTW folks, Italy From A Backpack, the travel anthology with my short story "Between Naples and Memphis," is now available. Do me a favor and check it out.
Take care,
Abel

No, no, I agree with you whole-heartedly with you on this. Ambiguity is a great boon when used correctly, and I think Star Wars canon is one of those places where its use is appropriate, if not outright necessary. To make a shoddy simile, canon is like clay. You can mold it and shape it to perfection, but once hardened, your carefully constructed creation can be easily shattered...
I like sneaky. Keep it up.
