eBooks seem to be the craze with the NJO authors at the mo (but none of them have been lucky 'nuf to be called back for a prequel book!).

Traitor has caused me to look at Jacen in a whole new light. It has catapulted him to the top of my list as favorites in SW and it is largely due to your writing style Mr. Stover. Thank you for writing such a great book.

Let's not forget that Mr. Stover himself will be writing a prequel novel featuring Mace Windu entitled Shattershot. grin

Shattershot?

Whatever happened to Shatterpoint ? I know Stover titles are always subject to change, but sheesh, we just heard about the book's title a month ago.

Youre right, it is Shatterpoint. My mistake.

Mr. Stover,

I must say that I really enjoyed Traitor. It is my favorite book in the NJO series thus far. Also, its great to hear that you will be writing another Star Wars book.

But wait a second here. Caine Black Knife. Another Caine novel?! Now thats exciting. Is there anything you can tell us about this novel? Will it be a sequel to Tyshalle or a prequel of sorts? Please any info is appreciated.

Thanks, Gath -- great review.

To everyone else: I'd like to emphasize a point that he made, too: all the Acts of Caine -- HEROES DIE, BLADE OF TYSHALLE, and the forthcoming CAINE BLACK KNIFE -- are at least rated R. BLADE is more like NC-17. Anyone who's young enough that their parents worry about what they're reading should probably stay away -- or at least check with them first.

O_s: CBK will be both sequel and prequel, taking place both during Caine's Acting career, and a few years post-BLADE.

But I have to finish SHATTERPOINT first.

Mastadge, is there some way I can help to convince the publishers to print more copies of Iron Dawn and Jericho Moon?

CBK is going to have a flashback similar to the one in Blade? I thought the Blade flashback was awesome. At the end of it, I thought, Gee, that was an excellent story. Then I turned the page and discovered there were many more pages. That was a great moment.

Thanks Matt, that was my review. I hope it was fair and honest enough. I'd do one for Blade of Tyshalle but I read it a few months ago and I'm not sure I could quite do it justice at this point. The Heroes Die review was written months ago, so I did that one with it fresh in my mind, in case that seemed contradictory.

Thanks Mastadge, I'll read Br'er Robert as soon as I get a chance to really sit down with it and I'll try and track down the other one. On a side note, thanks also go to you because I'm almost positive it was you that convinced me to pick up Heroes Die earlier this year in some other thread.

Cool, it's like The Godfather pt.II wink

Hey, Bogga -- sorry about the mix-up. The Gatherer's "I have posted . . ." line confused me. I don't really pay attention to people's real names around here.

Except mine.

Thanks for the great review.

Don't worry, I meant nothing by it. I was just very pleased to see the review finally posted.

Anyway, just ordered Iron Dawn and Jericho Moon from Amazon. Hopefully my courses won't require too much reading... my eyes can only handle so much a day.
