Im about halfway thru Night Train to Rigel. Its pretty good so far. Glad to hear that there's a sequel out, too.

Back in March Tim met with us at Stellarcon. We are reading all his SW novels this year in our book club. It was wonderful to sit down with him and ask him questions we always wanted to ask him. He was extremely approachable and personable. Here is a pic of some of us with him:
I'd personally love to see a Clone Wars era novel from him too but, at the risk of being controversial, I'm wondering if he will write a SW novel again.

I'm wondering,too. And I am hoping fervently.
He could do some Thrawn in early Imperial campaigns and the general establishing of the new order. He's good with politic zigzag.

I have been waiting for him to do a Clone Wars novel with young Pellaeon. And maybe, just maybe, we can see him do a bit of Padme.
Zahn was the first person outside the films to mention anything about the Clone Wars, I am VERY surprised he hasn't done anything yet. And neither has Stackpole even though his characters have been used, and poorly I might add.
But he's sore from Mara Jade's death, isn't he?
