After Kreia left Harry slowly lurked off. Eventually, he came to a secluded corner of the ship where there was a pile of boxes which he fashioned into a chair. And he fell asleep.
When he awoke it was to footsteps. His eyes snapped open. Caelcum was in front of him.
“Were nearly there.” Caelcum's voice was gentle. “Before we arrive we need to discuss the powers that you have.”
Harry felt panic rise. What do I do, Professor, he thought. But there was no response. And then Harry realized that Dumbledore hadn't spoken in a while. In hours. And most likely, he was gone.
Seeing him panic Caelcum spoke reassuringly, “You don't need to tell me anything... We all have are secrets. Just be careful. On Telos it will raise eyebrows if you use it. Or perhaps more than eyebrows.” Caelcum tried to joke, seeing that the panic hadn't faded.
Harry forced himself to stay calm as it sunk in for the first time that he was alone, except strangers, in the middle of a spaceship, headed toward a planet he'd never heard of before, having narrowly escaped one exploding.
“Come. You can see the landing.” He lead Harry to the cockpit.
AN: Chapter 1 is done. Constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated so that I can improve before it before I post the final version.
Also, does anyone know how to automate the PMs? I started thinking about it but besides coming up with lines like "With BASH a computer can do anything" I couldn't think of anything

Decent cross-over. I'm not usually a fan of crossovers, but I'm a huge fan of Kotor, so you're in luck.  . You can add me to your PM list if you like. And as far as automating PM's, you can't automate PM's on this forum, as far as I know.

The landing began with Hyperspace ending. The blue rings disappeared. The Ebon Hawk swooped through the atmosphere. Then they saw Telos.
As they entered the atmosphere, Harry saw something that would haunt him for the rest of his life: The ruined face of a once lush planet. And for a moment Harry thought that he could almost feel the pain of the planet. But that wasn't possible.
Suddenly a wall of blew energy appeared on the horizon. It surrounded a comparatively small area. Inside it was a glimpse of what Telos had been; green plants cropped up everywhere.
They sped toward a floating city. They weaved between towers and then Atton landed them in a hangar.
A speaker sounded, “Welcome to Telos. Please remain in your ship. Colonel Grant will be there shortly to... welcome you.”
“I've got a bad feeling about this.” Atton repeated his mantra.
“Exit!” A man arrived flanked by two other men with guns.
In contrast to Atton's nervousness, Caelcum and Kreia were the image of serenity. Caelcum calmly led them down the ramp.
“You're under arrest for the destruction of Peragus.” So much for welcoming.
“That's a big statement to make with. I hope you can back it up.” Caelcum wasn't fazed at all.
“The fact that you were there was a pretty big clue.”
“So was one of your own ships, the harbinger, and it fired on the asteroids.”
“We'll see. For now you're going to hand over all your arms.”
“Wait! Will we get them back?”Atton interjected.

They had been lead away from the ship to what appeared to be their equivalent of a police station. They were forced to surrender their weapons but Harry was able to keep his wand. As the man said, “It's not like he could do anything with it.” His travelling companions were lead off without him.
The man knelt down so he was eye-to-eye with Harry. “So... how did you end up travelling with them?” Apparently subtlety was not the mans strong point.
“They rescued me from Peragus.”
“Well, what did they rescue you from? Listen. Don't worry about them hurting you. Just tell the truth...” Obviously he thought that Harry was his ticket to convicting them.
“You seem to have made a leap in logic, Sir, as they've never heart me and have saved me. Is it even legal for you to presume some one is guilty like this? I thought people were innocent until proven guilty...”
If the man felt guilty he hid it. “The fact that they were the only ones present at the explosion of a planet is quite a bit of evidence on it's own.”
“They didn't blow it up! There was another ship. A Republic one or something...”
“We'll see...” With that he stood up and walked away. He approached a woman and started talking to her. It was strange that they weren't quieter. They were acting as though they were whispering but Harry could hear them if he focused on them.
“They're guilty. I know it.” he said.
“Perhaps, Perhaps not. Only time will tell,” She responded.
“Even if they are, the boy won't go with them. It's way to dangerous.”
“What will you do with him? Put him in an orphanage? You know their a one-way ticket to the spice mines. Besides, what legal grounds do you have?”
“They're not his guardians. That's all the grounds I need.”
“You're forgetting something: despite being an exile, the Exile has the rights of a Jedi. That includes taking a Force-sensitive as an apprentice.”
“You think he's Force-sensitive?”
“Why else would he be with the Exile?”
Harry stopped listening as he noticed an officer walk in. He felt... Wrong. He walked toward where Caelcum, Kreia, and Atton had been lead.
A minute later there was the sound of fighting. The man and woman both ran the way the other man had went. Harry followed.
An officer shouted, “Man down; call a medic!”
The woman approached and said, “That's Batu Rem,” Then she took a closer look, “That's not Batu Rem. It's an impostor.”
“Yes,” Caelcum agreed, “He was quite talkative before trying to kill us.”
“Batu Rem is supposed to be on vacation,” the man confirmed, “In any case, were moving you to a residential complex where you may stay while the Republic investigates. All visitors will be checked by me. There won't be another incident.”

Ah, I nearly forgot about this fic. Sorry.  Oh well, I just needed some catching up. 
Very good work there.  And I liked the characterisation of Harry, well done.
