Three Days Later, Block Thirty-Seven, Imperial Detention Center
The Imperial Detention Center was the most darkest, and coldest place imaginable, on Coruscant. In nearly twenty years, the place hadn't changed since the last time, Leia Organa Solo, had first layed her eyes on it.
The first time was shortly after Leia became a Senator in the Imperial Senate. It had been three months pass her fourteenth birthday.
Her father had given her an assignment to see after a Alderaanian Law Council Member.
They were chosen for Court Cases where the Defendants couldn't afford their own Defence. It had been Law Council Member, Layshana Kastree, who had been accused by an Aide of Emperor Palpatine, of false claims, and deceptions, against his House.
Aide Ereck Lovana, in more simple terms, was being accused of Rape against the House of Kastree.
Rape against a Royal House was much different than a person of course, but no less considered as a terrible offence.
It was being accused of trying to intentionally break up a happy Marriage.
And Layshana had been happy in her Marriage. She had been wed to her husband of sixteen years. They had three young children together. Three lovely, young daughters.
Ereck had been Layshana's Fiance before she had met Dann Kastree. Layshana fell in love with Dann, and Ereck had agreed to step away from their engagement. But as the years went on, Ereck had come to deeply regret his decision. He had still loved Layshana very deeply, and never recovered from losing her.
Ereck had gone on to marry someone else, but the union didn't last. His wife had suspected his feelings for his old love, and promptly ended their three year marriage, and took their baby son with her to start a new life.
The loss of his family had only intensified Ereck's outrage of losing Layshana so easily, and he vowed to one day make her his again, so they could have the life that was robbed of them, by her falling in love with Dann Kastree, and eventually marrying him instead.
The story still often made Leia remember the back story that had lead to her own Marriage. It had taken a threat of Prince Isolder of Hapes, to make the man she did love, realize that he would lose her, if he didn't want to change afew things about their relationship.
Their Romance had been about the most amazing experience of Leia's life.
She had loved him all long.
But Leia had also longed for so much more with Han.
Marriage, love, family.
Leia often wondered what would have happened if her engagement to Isolder didn't take place. Would have Han married her anyway, eventually, if the threat of losing her hadn't been there?
Han Solo wasn't a man that shared his deepest thoughts. The way he still guarded himself would make strangers think that he was the Jedi in their little Household.
But Han did love her. Leia had always known that. That was enough.
Layshana had continued the charges against Ereck. But before the case went to trial, Layshana had been mysteriously killed in a Shuttle Accident. Leia knew that Ereck was responsible but had never been able to prove it in Court.
He had been set free and left Alderaan afew months later.
That was ten years ago to this day.
Leia ignored the chill she felt as she entered Block Thirty-Seven.
The Jedi woman, that tried to kill her brother three days ago, was waiting to speak with her.

Leia allowed an escort of one Guard to Jade's cell, due to the fact that news of this visit would get back to
Han eventually, and he would be even more furious if he learned his very pregnant wife interviewed a known
would-be killer, alone.
Jedi skills didn't matter. Han, was, and would always be, protective of her. Even more so when the twins
would decide to arrive, which would be in less than a month now.
Leia briefly could see a image of two tiny children in her minds eye. The girl would have her looks, but would
be her father's child in every other sense of the word. The boy, would have his father's looks, but Leia
couldn't see anything else in the Force of her son. She didn't know what that meant.
"Miss Jade," Leia said, as she finally reached the corridor that was outside of Mara's cell.
"Come to stare at the freak show, Your Highness?" Mara spat coldly. She was seated on a hard cold bench,
and didn't bother to rise at seeing Leia.
"Pardon, me?" Leia retorted, shocked at the manner Mara used, before she could even get out a sentence.
"What other reason could you be here, then?" Mara accused. "Surely not to set me free, if I promise to be a
good girl from now on, and not kill that stunted slime of a Jedi Knight you call baby brother."
"Actually, Luke and I have no idea who is older," Leia stated. "We've never been able to find our birth
records in the Imperial archives."
"That's because they were removed." Mara replied.
"Obviously," Leia agreed. "Now back too-"
"No," Mara smiled. "Don't you want to know who removed them?"
"Not really..." Leia said shortly.
An uncomfortable silence hanged in the air before Mara spoke again. It cut through Leia like a sharp blade.
"It was..."
"Mara," Leia began warningly."
"Your mother." Mara taunted darkly. "Doesn't that bother you, Princess? That your own mother deleted your
birth records? That she didn't care to even let you know who you really were?"
"Shut up!" Leia snapped. "You can't possibly know anything about my mother. She would have died before
you were even born."
Leia turned sharply and began to leave. This was clearly a grave mistake.
"No, Organa Solo," Mara continued to taunt, as Leia hurried away from her. "She died on the second Death
Star. The Emperor had her quickly executed, after learning Vader went after Skywalker on Endor. She
had been forced to live within the Empire for years inside of Vader's different compounds through out the
galaxy. He protected her for years after you were adopted by Organa. The Emperor only discovered she was
alive a few months before Endor. She'd been living in the Bakura System for all most five years. Vader put his
plan in motion to get your brother, and sent for her. That was his greatest mistake."
Leia froze in mid motion. It was difficult to breath. Her mind began racing as she fought to find some proof in
the Force that it was all a huge terrible lie. That it was impossible. Her mother died when she was a young
child. Her father had told her so. Would he have lied to her? Leia longed to believe no was the answer. He
had known how desperately Leia had loved her.
But somehow, it made some sort of sense. Leia could feel the truth behind Jade's words, even though she
clearly was using the truth as a weapon, as Vader once did with Luke on Bespin.
But she would not let it touch her like that. She would not lose all sense of control.
But the angry, devastated child, inside of her, that lost her mother at such a young age, stole control from the
harden diplomat that Leia had grown up to become. But this time the child could strike back at those who
threatened her so personally.
Before Leia knew what was really going on, she reached into the Dark Side of the Force, and lifted Jade off
the ground, highly so, before slamming the woman into the near by, cold brick wall.
The broken body crumpled to the ground easily, and the darkest part of the Jedi Princess smiled.

I've always just felt that Leia has never really used the Force, at all. But yet, she has the potential of Luke at least. Maybe even beyond that. So, in my stories, Leia usually takes advantage of that.
