Hey there, guys. I'd just like to thank you all for the nominations in the awards. I'm a bit overwhelmed. This story has been nominated for Best Canon, Best Drama, Best All Round, Best Epic, Best Canon Male (Anakin), Best Canon Female (Tahiri), Best OC Male (Blue) and I've been nominated for Best Author. What a way to get rid of the winter blues. (No pun intended) LOL Thanks so much.  You all rock.
I hope to be able to post the next bit soon - but I thought it best to tell you that my daughter is expecting her second baby any day now, so once that happens I'll be looking after my granddaughter and helping my daughter out. That may delay things somewhat. Here's hoping for a trouble free birth.

Hi there Bel - lovely to see you here. The story is nearly finished - not far to go now. I'm so glad you like what you've read. Thanks so much.
Hi everyone. I thought I'd better inform you all that, although I'm working on this story, my next post may take longer than I'd hoped. I've had a family crisis and so am a bit distracted with that, so hope you'll understand why I'm going to be a bit late. My daughter, who's due to have her second baby very soon, has had her partner leave her (useless moron) and so she has moved back with me until she's had her baby and feels well enough to go back home. That may be a while as she suffers from depression, and is quite down at the moment for obvious reasons. I may have to move in with her for a while until I'm sure she can cope okay.
I have every intention of not letting all this take away my writing time - but it will certainly slow me down.
If you can keep my daughter in your thoughts/prayers, whatever works for you, I'd be grateful. She's been through some tough times - seems to be the kind of girl who attracts disaster!! - but she certainly doesn't deserve a lot of the muck that life throws at her.
Thanks - and hope you won't give up on the story. I've had a lot of things happen like this ever since I started posting, and although I know I've lost a lot of readers through my poor posting schedule, I truly appreciate those of you who've stuck with me.

JA - No, like a few young guys these days, he's basically a self-obsessed, narcissistic loser. If I see any of the Black Knights, I'll give them his number. Street justice sounds GOOD. Although sadly it doesn't solve the intrinsic problem that creates these kind of people in the first place.
I don't know why my daughter insists on teaming up with that kind of guy - it makes no sense to me when my other kids have always been pretty choosy with whom they associate with. Oh dear, that sounds snobby, doesn't it! I guess what I'm trying to say is that they tend to have friends who have similar aspirations to them. Jess, however - I think - seems to think she can redeem these loser types!!! So far - it hasn't worked out that way. I HOPE that this time she'll realise that she needs to start respecting herself and avoiding people who will try and pull her down.

The baby was born on Friday morning - 2am. Her name is Imogen Mary - and she was 8lbs 4oz, and is absolutely gorgeous. We almost didn't make it to the hospital though as she was coming very fast. We might have to give her the nickname Ferrari. LOL
Anyway - my daughter is coping well and goes home tomorrow. I'll be staying with her for a few days.
I hope to get writing again later this week. Thanks so much for your patience, everyone.
