Star Wars The New Jedi Order Genesis
Authors Notes: I was inspired to write this by Genesis Wave Book 1. I thought that maybe, just maybe, the Old Republic might have experimented with the Genesis effect and the Vong might try and get hold of it. There will be an explanation for why Anakin is alive and fighting to stop them from getting it in chapter two, all right. Oh, and I don’t own Star Wars, Halo, or the Genesis Project (although I do wish I owned the last one.).

Chapter 1
In the main medical bay of the Nightingale, Jacen Solo sat, watching the shattered young woman he had regarded as a sister.
There was nothing he could do for Tahiri that he could see, and that made him feel even worse. He already felt partly responsible for Anakin dying, and seeing Tahiri like this made it worse.
“Friend Jacen, if you do this to yourself, then it will destroy you. And I do not wish to see that happen” Tenel Ka stepped almost silently into the quiet room, but to Jacen it seemed like she was the only thing in the universe. He’d lost contact with her for a while after graduation from the Academy, and their relationship had suffered as a result. They were only just getting it back together.
“I understand that, Tenel Ka. But seeing Tahiri driven insane by losing Anakin makes me doubt myself, makes me think that I should have done more to save him.” Jacen stood and started for the door. All he wanted to do was go back to his quarters and sleep until the Yuuzhan Vong left the galaxy, and he wasn’t being hunted from one end of it to the other. Then, the five-hundred meter long escort frigate shuddered from what sounded like an entire fleet pounding it.
******
On the bridge of the frigate, although not the main bridge but the backup nestled deep inside the armoured hull, Jaina Solo and her fellow Jedi crewers fought to keep their ship from turning into space dust.
“Guns down!” Valenthyne Farfalla bellowed from the tactical station.
More reports of systems hit echoed around the bridge as more plasma balls and magma missiles punched into the reinforced hull.
Jaina spun around as Jacen climbed onto the bridge “Good, you’re here. Things aren’t going well. Valenthyne did his best, but we never really had a chance.”
Farfalla smiled grimly “A dozen Yuuzhan Vong cruisers against a single, undergunned Nebulon-B frigate. With those odds I’m content with four kills.”
Jaina nodded at her trustworthy gunner, and then turned back to Jacen “I want you and everyone else to get off the Nightingale now.”
Jacen very nearly exploded with anger “While you do what?! Go down with the ship?!”
The look on Jaina’s face could best be described as suicidal determination “In a manner of speaking.”
She pointed at the planet on the view-screen “Serran. I’m going to land the Nightingale on it.”
Jag was the first to object “Jaina, with all due respect, this war has enough dead heroes.”
Jaina smiled “You can stay with me then, colonel Fel. The rest of you, this is an order, abandon ship.”
The Jedi present left without a word, except for Farfalla, who saluted Jaina “Good luck, Captain, and may the Force protect you.”
*********
As the Nightingale accelerated towards the mottled blue-and-green surface of Serran, a lone escape pod dropped from the ship and angled for a slingshot course to base Serran-T-1.
“Anyiel, turn on vector 7. Mark.” The small lifepod banked sharply towards a cluster of greyish buildings.
*******
Down below, inside the base, or more accurately inside a vast cavern below the base, one of the hundreds of military personnel looked up at the ceiling. He’d have to speak to the captain, soon.
*******
On the bridge of the Halcyon-class cruiser Pillar of Autumn, Captain Jacob Keyes looked out at the green jungle of the first-stage Genesis experiment.
He was facing the window, but he heard one of his men entering the room “What is it?” he asked.
“We’ve got an incoming lifepod. Going to touch down twelve klicks south-by-southwest. I need to take a team out to investigate sir.”
“Very well. Take Ryans, Lopez, Ross, Burton, and the Master Chief. Echo-4-19’ll give you transport to and from the crash-site.”
“Thank you, sir. I… Well, I wanted to thank you for looking after me. I’m sure it can’t have been easy losing your family on Reach.”
“You have more sense of lose than some people twice your age, son. You make an excellent soldier.”
“Thanks sir. I’ll get underway at once.”
Keyes turned to the quarter-size holo of Cortana next to him “I hope that kid knows what he’s doing.”
“You have to believe that he will make it through. And, by his brain activity readings, he was focussing on something else while he was talking to you.”
Keyes nodded, before taking out his pipe and lighting it.
*******
“Hitting LZ in thirty, people. Get ready for touchdown Foe-Hammer.”
“Roger that Foe-Hammer. Music to my ears.”
Sergeant Steve Lopez sat back and waited for touchdown. He passed the time by checking his modified sniper rifle. It had a ten-round clip instead of the usual four-rounder, had a scope with, as well as night-vision, thermal, electromagnetic, and magnetic resonance view options, and on top of that it was capable of automatic fire if need be.
He looked across the carriers’ bay at lieutenant Solo. The kid looked distracted, which wasn’t good if you might be going into combat.
“Touchdown! Hit it boys!”
“Go! Go! Go!” LC Ryans yelled as they leapt clear of the Pelican and ran like hell for cover. The Vong on this world had taken to hitting the Pelicans on landing runs, as at full speed almost nothing could catch one.
Steve and the Chief moved up behind Burton and Solo, with Mike and Anya bringing up the rear. Standard UNSC procedure, with the scouts at rear to cover for ambushes, the sniper and squad SPARTAN-II central for optimum fire arcs, and the HWO and squad commander on point to assess the objective.
Solo suddenly stood up and ran straight into the centre of the clearing, apparently going for the escape pod. Not good. With the lack of cover in the clearing, the LT was in trouble if the Vong had a sniper set up. UNSC body armour was durable but not invincible, and Steve had seen what razor bugs could do to unprotected flesh. Not pretty.
“Steve, cover.” Ryans yelled as he moved forward, zigzagging to make himself a more difficult target.
The lanky marine nodded, flicking the scope over to thermal vision mode and sweeping it over the other side of the clearing. There, on the left. Steve tapped the trigger once, holding on tightly as the rifle bucked.
The enemy sniper flew backwards as the kinetic kill round punched a gaping hole in his chest. “Sniper is cold! Repeat, sniper downed! You are clear of fire.”
“Roger that, Steve. Solo has the escape pod covered and is checking it now.”
*******
Anakin concentrated. He had to get to Tahiri, fast. She’d slowly gone insane over the two years since his ‘death’.
He had to make sure that she could find her way out of the darkness, and for that, she needed a guiding light.
Anakin drew the Force into him. Everything on Serran positively shone with the Force, so he had no trouble getting the power. Now it was just a matter of focussing it.
Light reflected off the gleaming metal walls of the escape pod as energy coalesced and blossomed into a glowing ball of light surrounding the two young Jedi.
Anakin overlaid his voice with the Force as he spoke “Tahiri, listen to me. I am here. I will always be here for you. I will not leave you again.”
As the energy he was channelling sapped the last of his strength, he heard Tahiri whisper “I love you, Hero-Boy.”
*******
Steve and Ryans watched the lightshow from the escape pod hatch.
“How’d he do that?” Steve asked.
“I don’t know how, but they’re both out. Ground team Zeta to Echo-4-19. Need extraction ASAP.”
“Roger, Zeta. I’ll be there soon.”
Ryans pulled the assorted unconscious inhabitants of the escape clear and waved to Foe-Hammer.
As they lifted off, he wondered what that was Solo had done in the pod, then shook it off. He’d find out later, he knew.
Author’s notes: And so concludes the first chapter. You know the rules: Read and Review, or there will be trouble.

RE: Star Wars: The New Jedi Order: Genesis
Chapter 2
The first thing Jacen realized when he woke up was that he had really hit his head too hard this time.
“Friend Jacen, you need to stop faking sleep. We have a briefing to attend, and you are not going to make a good impression falling asleep in the middle of it.”
Jacen groaned. “How sharper than a serpents tooth, is the tongue of an angry girlfriend. Anyway, I wasn’t sleeping. You try hitting your head that hard, and we’ll see how long you stay out.”
Tenel Ka laughed harshly “No thank you. I have no desire to end up in a hospital bed. Now get your clothes back on and follow me.”
As she spoke, Tenel Ka tossed him a camouflage jumpsuit, and what looked like body armour “When you’re dressed, come to the bridge. The path to it is marked on the floor.”
*********
Jacen was surprised, to say the least, at what greeted him on the bridge. Not only was Anakin standing there, but it seemed one of his eyes had changed colour.
Anakin noted his older brother’s scrutiny “I lost it to a Vong warrior, and they couldn’t match the colour. Purple was the closest they had in storage.” Anakin tilted his head slightly, and Jacen saw the long curved scar running down one side of his face. It suggested some of the violence of the attack that caused it.
Jacen reflexively snapped to attention as a tall, grimfaced, man, wearing a name tag identifying him as ‘Captain Keyes’, strode into the room.
“At ease, all of you. I don’t like formality. We need to clear some things up. One: Why a Jedi Knight, who you all saw die, is standing here alive and well. Two: What the Yuuzhan Vong want on this planet. And three: How we are going to stop them from getting it.”
Anakin stepped forward “I can answer one and two at the same time. This planet was used as a test for the Genesis effect, sometime around the formation of the Republic 25,000 years ago. It was designed as a rapid terraforming device, capable of duplicating any environment you programmed into the matrix. However, it went wrong. The Genesis effect spread beyond Serran. The Republic was forced to destroy a star in the path of the wave to stop it. This brings me to how I was revived. Apparently, the Yuuzhan Vong tried to shape me. They would have done it too, if not for an accident that caused one of their ships to crash on the Old Republic base here. I was very near to death, with no memory of who, or what, I was. That changed when the protomatter used in the Genesis wave came into contact with my body. It seems to be living, connected to the Force. It knew who I was, and it restored my body, soul, and memories. When the Pillar of Autumn managed an emergency landing here, I offered to help them fight the Vong.”
Anyiel Vos raised her hand. A Kiffar, she had extremely high psychometric powers, and was of the same clan as the renowned Jedi Quinlan Vos. “I wish to know why you have not contacted the Republic. Surely it could have provided more resources than one ship.”
Anakin nodded “I stayed silent out of necessity. If the Vong could find the Autumn, then this battle would be over in a few short hours. They have a lot of forces here, with more troops than we can hope to fight.” Anakin’s wrist-com beeped, saving him the trouble of continuing.
“This is ground team Sierra to Autumn. We found the Nightingale, but there weren’t any bodies aboard. Looks like who stayed on the ship is now enjoying the Vong’s hospitality. We’re heading back with all the weapons and whatever else we could salvage.”
“Roger Sierra. Autumn out.” Anakin started muttering curse after curse under his breath.
Keyes, his military mind already plotting a rescue mission, activated the ships intercom “This is captain Keyes to all hands. Stand to combat alert Alpha. I repeat, combat alert Alpha is now in effect. All departments are to be at full battle readiness by 1600 hours, ship time. Keyes out.” The tall officer looked down at Anakin “Don’t worry son, we’ll get them out of there. And then we can blast off this hellish rock and join up with the New Republic. I need a full inventory for whatever mission you plan, and don’t spare the horses.”
Ikari Cula, a tall Clawdite whose preferred form was that of a young woman with a long brown braid and violet eyes, flashed Keyes a grin “Give me eight or nine people and I can get them out of there.”
Cortana decided to chip in with some advice “I’d recommend taking the Master Chief with you. He can definitely handle stealth and combat, so this will suit him.”
Tenel Ka nodded in agreement “Now we have a plan, we need the equipment to pull it off. I suggest raiding the Autumn’s armoury. That should have everything we need.”
Valenthyne pledged his support with “My lightsaber is yours friends. Now, let us first spill wine together, and then we shall spill blood.”
Anakin and Tahiri announced their participation with a joint “You aren’t leaving us behind!”
Ryans nodded “Well then, let’s saddle up. It’s time to lock..”
Steve finished “.. and load!”
Anya, who’d been passing, shook her head “Well, I’d better come along too, just to make sure that you don’t get yourselves killed.”
The Master Chief made it unanimous “One for all, and all for one.”
Author’s notes: Well, it looks like the Vong are for a nasty surprise. I’d suggest sticking around. There aren’t many things more fun to watch than a team of heavily armed Jedi going to town on a bunch of unsuspecting Vong.

Chapter 3
Author’s notes: Well, I promised Jedi ass kicking, and I will deliver. Oh, one last thing: the Covenant are involved, as of this chapter.
“All teams are ready and in position. Give the word and we’ll put on a nice, pretty display for the YV.”
“Confirmed, Corporal Burton. We just need a minute to get in position, then you may fire at will. Give them an argument at least.”
“Roger. All squads confirm readiness. We have some nasty surprises planned.”
Anakin looked at the others “I’m not saying this will be easy. So, any of you who want to leave now, do so. I won’t hold it against you.”
No one moved, except to shake their heads.
“Fine then. To victory.”
The team saluted.
“Lets go. Till all are one.”
“Till all are one.”
The group moved, crouching low as they slipped through the trees.
“We’re ready Barry. Fire at will.”
Tracer fire lit up the night as two starshells burst high over the forest, illuminating the area in shades of blue.
“Go, while we have cover fire!”
As they reached the entrance to the, Anakin cursed.
“They’ve changed the access pattern. It’s locked. I can’t get in.”
The Master Chief stuck his fist through the door.
“Unlocked.”
“Thanks Chief!” Jacen said as he ran past.
The rest dived into the shadowed entrance, taking up cover positions as everyone else moved deeper in.
***********************************************************
As Barry fired another 7.62mm burst at the enemy unit advancing on his position, he got a burst-com report from the infiltration team.
“We’re in. You can break off whenever. Code word is Harvest. I repeat Harvest.”
“Main assault team to all units: break off now. Package has been delivered. Fall back to the evac point.”
A chorus of affirmatives greeted the order, followed by a pick up request confirmation from the Pelicans on station.
Barry silently wished the infiltrators luck. They were going to need it.
***********************************************************
Anakin ran through the corridors, trying to stay calm.
Keyes had sent him a silent message, which said they’d detected Covenant ships incoming.
That was possibly the only thing that could have gone wrong right now.
The enemy fleet was four CCS class battlegroups, making it twelve ships.
The POA, even fully repaired and stocked with munitions, couldn’t destroy more than seven and then the remaining five would eat it for breakfast.
On the ground, the Pillar’s marine complement would be butchered wholesale by the shear numbers of troops carried by a fleet like that.
Their only real hope was that the Yuuzhan Vong spotted the Covenant first, and the resulting firefight created a big enough distraction for the Pillar to escape.
The Master Chief stopped, raising his hand to indicate the rest should as well.
“Yuuzhan Vong, a bunch of them. I’m not sure how many, but at least ten-fifteen, maybe more.”
“Get ready people.”
Anakin unslung the M90 combat shotgun he’d selected from the Autumn’s armoury. It offered decent ammo load combined with enough power to drop a rancor.
Something was wrong. Yuuzhan Vong should, no, would have attacked by now.
“GET BACK!”
The Hunter fired its plasma cannon, blasting apart a wall section. Hunters were massive, approximately twelve feet tall and weighing well over a ton, armed with a plasma cannon integrated into their left arm and a shield almost two meters thick on the right one.
It made the mistake however of lumbering round the corner blindly, right into John (the MC).
He grabbed it by the throat, forcing its arm up and jamming his sidearm into a crack in its armour.
The .45cal round exited the back of the Hunters skull and buried itself in the wall, leaving a nasty scar.
“We should move on”, John explained, “those things never act without support, even if they do tread on it occasionally *.”
They moved rapidly away from the corpse, trying to put as much distance as possible between them and it before the roving Jackal patrols found out what had happened.
A minute later, an echoing howl shook the Yuuzhan Vong base to its foundations.
“Elite. We need to move fast. They’ll be on us if we stay here. Set your proximity grenades and deploy them. That’ll slow them down for a while.”
***********************************************************
John was worried. All the others on this mission weren’t Spartans, so he had to protect them.
Normal humans were so much more fragile than a Spartan in Mjolnir armour, and they had nowhere near as much training.
They were his charges, and he would not let them be hurt.
In a way, he longed for Sigma Octanus again. To fight alongside Kelly, Linda, Joshua, James, and Fred again. But those friends were gone, mostly, and the one who hadn’t been killed was lying in a cryostasis tube back on the POA.
He wouldn’t allow that to happen to his new friends, no matter what.
Suddenly, the motion tracker in the corner of his HUD beeped showing multiple contacts, Grunt-sized.
Chazrach slave troops. The very thought of them made him sick. Something being planted on his body that sapped his will and turned him into a servant to conquerors. That was no fate for a Spartan. And though him and his brethren were not the Greek warriors of legend, they still held honour and loyalty foremost among all of their considerable qualities and dying a slave to cowards was not first on his list of honourable deaths.
One dropped from the ceiling, screaming incoherently and swinging its shortened amphistaff, knocking Lopez to the deck and bringing the weapon back for a slash to the marines unprotected throat.
John dived forward, slamming the blunt end of his rifle into the reptilian creatures’ forehead.
It went flying backwards and then launched itself at him again.
He felt, for the first time in his life, rage. He wanted to take this thing apart, to make it suffer, to avenge every world, every species, every Jedi Knight, murdered by the Yuuzhan Vong.
The he remembered sergeant Mendez’ words.
“Your priorities are to follow the orders in your chain of command, and then to preserve your life and the lives of your team. Is that clear?”
Now John understood. The Chazrach had to be killed, but not for revenge. It had to be killed because it was a threat to his mission, and to his teammates. For no other reason.
He broke its neck without any effort, ensuring a quick and painless death.
For the first time, he understood why normal humans put their lives on the line for friends and family. They did it because, often, they were the only ones who could do it, or the only ones willing to do it.
Spartans only did things like that because they were ordered to.
John began moving again. Each motion was perfectly planned for maximum damage and minimal pain.
Then a scream of pain cut through his ‘battle mode’, stopping him dead.
Looking around, his near-perfect nightvision told him where that scream had come from.
A Yuuzhan Vong warrior had knocked Tahiri to the ground, and held his amphistaff poised for a killing blow.
John snapped. He’d seen countless men and women killed by the Covenant, but at least their deaths were generally quick and painless. But a seventeen year-old kid stabbed to death? That went beyond warfare, beyond torment. It was malicious, plain and simple.
He noted the ‘warrior’, if such an honour-less being could be called that had slashed through her body armour at the waist, leaving an incredibly painful wound.
He went berserk. Charging forward, John brought every bit of his biologically-and-technologically-enhanced strength and speed to bear.
Although the descending blade must have been moving quickly, for a SPARTAN-II at full speed it was almost too slow to seem to actually be moving.
John blocked it with one hand, then balled the other into a fist and slammed it through the aliens armoured chest. Vonduun crab armour was tough, but Spartans had been known to tear through titanium plating while restraining themselves.
The blow hit something important, causing the Vong to spasm. John hoped he didn’t pass out just yet.
He flipped the bulky being onto his back, then started pummelling his upper and lower body, barely aware of anything other than the overpowering need to inflict every bit of pain his training could on this murderer.
He stopped when Jacen Solo placed a hand on his shoulder.
“Stop. You’ve killed him.”
“I-I wanted him to suffer. Despite everything I was taught by Dr. Halsey and sergeant Mendez, I just wanted him to feel every bit of pain he’d inflicted on someone else. Is that wrong?”
“No. Everyone feels the need for revenge at one time or another. It’s what makes us human.”
“I just don’t want to lose anymore friends. And when I saw what he was doing to Tahiri, I couldn’t stop myself. I know about the shaping, I know they messed with her head, tried to make her one of them. Now they’re trying to kill her. It just isn’t fair that she gets caught in the line of fire so much.”
Jacen nodded.
“Come on soldier. We’ve got a mission to finish.”
Sorry about the shortness of this chapter, but I’ve got a lot of homework to do, so not much time for fic writing.
* This refers to an incident in the Fall of Reach where a Hunter walked over, literally, a Jackal that got in it's way.

Chapter 4
Anya ran through the medical drill developed for amphistaff wounds.
First, check for poison. Second, if necessary apply antivenin. Third, apply biofoam to the injury, sealing it and preventing blood loss and infection. Fourth, get the injured soldier to a medical facility ASAP.
Unfortunately that last one wasn’t an option, as they couldn’t evac this deep in enemy territory.
The biofoam solidified in seconds, sealing the gash in Tahiri’s stomach.
It wasn’t pretty, but it would hold unless a Needler spine got stuck in there.
Then again, if a Needler hit you in the stomach, then the blast would tear your insides to pieces and cause massive internal bleeding and trauma.
“Best I can do without a med bay. The injury wasn’t that deep, but it did pump in some poison. The antivenin should work, but I’d keep someone with her to make sure nothing happens.”
“Clear. We’ll move as soon as Lopez gets back with the scouting report.”
Steve arrived back a few minutes later with bad news.
“The tunnel splits up ahead. There are three paths. I don’t know what’s down any of them, and I don’t want to find out. Motion tracker registered what has to be an entire army of Covenant up top, and I used my fibre-optic probe to check it. At least four landed carriers, and all their troops. Must be that group that followed us from Reach. They’re gearing up for a major offensive. I bet my rifle that the targets the Yuuzhan Vong. Even we don’t merit that kind of force.”
John nodded.
“If we had a HAVOK, then things might be looking up. As it is, we have to get back to the Autumn and launch a Shiva warhead from there. We have to move soon. Pack everything, and don’t leave a trace. Jackals can track over snow, sand, and water. We can outrun Grunts and Hunters no problem, it’s the Elites and Jackals I’m worried about.”
Anakin walked over to them, casually readying his rifle.
“Anya says Tahiri is stable enough to move. Which I think we’d better, as I can sense Hunters incoming. Lots of them.”
“Right. People, lets move!”
***********************************************************
Keyes checked the battle-readiness report.
All hands were ready and at combat alert alpha, and every system on board was at peak efficiency.
He just wished he knew what was going on with the infiltration mission.
“Sir, this is cryo 3. We have her awake and are running diagnostics now. Should be finished in about three minutes.”
“Good. Send her to the bridge as soon as possible. Keyes out.”
Five minutes later, a SPARTAN-II, with the same dark-green armour as the Master Chief, stepped through the bridge doors.
“Captain Keyes?”
“Hello Kelly. We’re sorry for bringing you out while you were still healing, but we’ve got trouble. Are you up for a commando mission behind enemy lines?”
“Of course sir. A Spartan never flinches from duty. The mission?”
“Retrieving a team dropped behind enemy lines two hours ago. The Covenant controls the area, so no vehicles or heavy weapons. Take whomever you need from our marines.”
“I only need transport to the insertion point sir. From there I can handle it alone.”
“Understood. Requisition yourself a weapon and get moving.”
“Aye-aye captain Keyes.”
***********************************************************
Anakin slid his lightsaber up to the hilt in the locking creature on the cell door. They’d taken out a further ten Covenant patrols using Lotus anti-tank mines and grenades, but they were low on weapons.
And, just to make things worse, the antivenin hadn’t done enough. Tahiri was dying and he couldn’t do anything about it.
As the energy blade cut through yorik coral and whatever else had been used in the growth of this place, Anakin felt a ‘spike’ in the Force, similar to what happened when a Jedi used their powers for the first time.
Shrugging it off, Anakin pulled the door membrane aside, revealing both Jaina and Jag, battered but relatively intact.
“Thanks for the save little brother, but aren’t you supposed to be dead?”
“Key words there Jaya. ‘Supposed to be’. Supposing something doesn’t make it so. Anyway, we have to get out of here now.”
“Understood. Got my ‘saber?”
“Here.”
Anakin handed her the weapon and tossed Jag a rifle.
“Come on. We have to go NOW.”
The group ran, following the nav points Cortana provided on the helmet HUD.
Anakin hung back, helping Tahiri along, not letting her fall behind, not willing to risk a Covenant attacking her while he wasn’t around.
A flare in his danger sense alerted him to the Elite sprinting forward, arm raised and aiming a weapon at Tahiri’s lower back.
Anakin moved without thinking. Shoving Tahiri to the ground, he opened fire with the shotgun.
The first shell dented the beast’s shields, and the next took them down.
By then, it was ready, and fired, one shot, a single purple crystal shard that embedded itself in his chest plate.
The thing did nothing for a while, long enough for Anakin to fire again, pitching the thing backwards with dozens of small holes leaking blood all over its torso.
Then the Needler round exploded, shattering the kevlar body suit and sending shards of shrapnel tearing through Anakin’s chest, penetrating internal organs and causing massive damage.
***********************************************************
Kelly buckled as the shock pulsed through her body.
It was almost like someone had exploded a Needler shell in the middle of her chest.
But when she put her hand there, there was no blood, no microshards.
She hadn’t been hit. So what had just happened?
***********************************************************
“Oh my god. The shrapnel punched through most of his major organs. We’re losing him, and fast. We have to move now, or we won’t get him back to the medical bay in time.”
John lifted Anakin up like he weighed nothing, and then ran, pushing his speed to the limit.

I know, but didn't you notice how Kelly felt it when Anakin got hurt?
That tells me she might just have Force sensitivity.
