This a New fic, i know the first post may make it seem like its in the wrong forum, but beleive me its in the right one. This is an EU fic.
A Jedi master is haunted by dreams of a past he never knew, now he must understand his long history, if he hopes to save the
future for an entire galaxy.
I am not GL, so no this is not my characters, his our his mine our mine, we see eye to eye on this one.

So with out further ado...

I am hate in human form. I am anger unleashed, uncontrolled. I kill, I destroy and I don’t look back. I am darkness that overpowers the light. I am evil sent to destroy all that is good. I am no longer man, but wires and oil and robotic joints. I am the Dark Side. I am Vader.

The cold depths of space, where stars hung like diamonds on black velvet, there in the mist of all the beauty in the galaxy, hung the symbol of fear. An Angular, wedged shaped ship that went on forever stayed, sitting and waiting in the blackness of space. Inside, the clicking of boots hitting the metallic floor echoed through out the ship. Silence followed as all the officers and workers on the ship stopped what they were doing the minuet the black boots and the cape, dancing behind, past. Darth Vader stopped at the bridge looking out the veiwport window, and the sky, dotted with stars.
He turned and looked over the workers who immediately went back to work.
“Captain!” Vader ordered.
Running up in front of the dark clad man was a smaller, but still a powerful man that stood and faced the dark knight.
“Yes Lord Vader?”
“Why haven’t we entered hyperspace yet? I would like to get home before I am Emperor, can you please give me one good reason we are still in this Hell hole.”
The officer stammered, as fear crept into his body, as he knew the nature of the dark Lord. “Sir, we scanned the area and found that three ships, all using codes of the Rebellion. Reports also indicate that there is a Jedi on board one of these ships.”
Vader turned and looked out at the planet that was lying in the lower right corner of his view. He turned back to the Captain, a smile hidden behind his dark mask.
“Prepare my shuttle, I am going down to the planet.”
“But sir the ships-“
“The Jedi is on the planet, the ships are here to pick him up.”
“Yes, sir your ship will be ready, what do we do with the three ships?”
“Destroy them all” Vader began to turn, but was stopped by the Captain’s voice.
“Sir, protocol says that we are to warn and then capture, not destroy”
“I know what the protocol is Captain, I wrote it. I have the right to say when it is used and when it is not. Now destroy those ships or I will dispose of you and get a Captain who will.” Vader’s voice dripped with anger.
“Yes sir, I am sorry sir.” The Captain said who turned quickly and left the bridge.
Vader turned and looked at the window again as the planet began to take full view. A smile crept across his hidden face and he turned and left the bridge.

The white Imperial shuttle landed in a soft, green pasture surrounded by trees. The ramp slowly lowered, and out walked Darth Vader, flanked on both sides by three Stormtroopers. Once Vader was off the ramp he looked around, and reached out to feel the Jedi, the coward that was hiding on this planet.
The planet, Aruro, a forest planet, had many hiding places, with its tall trees and dark forest. The Jedi could hide well, but now matter where the Jedi hid, Vader would find him.
Just then, three explosions lit up the sky, braking Vader from his thoughts. He saw as the three rebel ships, became vaporized.
I hope you saw that Jedi, I hope you know I am here, he thought to himself.
He turned to the six Stormtroopers and said “Stay with the ship, I will go alone”
“Yes sir” the head Stormtrooper replied to Vader.
Vader turned and began to search the jungle for the Jedi; he used his red blade to light his way.
In the shadows, being careful not to draw attention to himself, a
Jedi, well no longer a Jedi for thanks to the killer that was after him and the new Empire that was in control, there were no longer any Jedi, saw as the red blade came closer and closer.
It is my time he thought, my chance. He reached down and grabbed his lightsaber from his side and walked out in front of the killer, the man in black armor, the man that was machine, the one that was a Jedi, but now killed them all.
“So you do have strength, I thought I had made you all fear” Vader said the Jedi.
“I will never fear you; I will die before I fear you” The Jedi said defiantly to Vader.
“Oh believe me; you will fear me before you die.”
And then everything went black.

Darkness turned into sudden light. Bright, artificial light that made him close his eyes again. The nightmare was gone, but still so vivid in his mind. He heard a voice, calmly screaming at him, he recognized it. It was comforting, he was beginning to remember who and where he was. The mask had returned to haunt his dreams like it did so many years ago, since the first time he faced it.
“Luke! Luke! Wake up. Wake up” he heard it well now, very loudly.
The blinding light began to focus and he saw her, red hair emerald eyes, her slim frame, it was his wife and he remembered he was Luke.
“What?!?!?!” He yelled sitting up quickly.
“You were having a nightmare” Mara told him.
“I was? It seemed so real, almost like I was there.”
“Was it Vader again?”
“Yes, but different than before. I was almost like watching a vid, a history vid. I knew what was going on.”
Mara kissed him and rose from the side of the bed “Hungry?” she asked.
“No, I’m fine, I’ll grab a nutriment pack later; it was so weird though like it was vision or something. It was trying to tell me something Mara, but what I don’t know.”
“I guess that is what you have to find out. Don’t forgot you have a group meeting today, all the Jedi will be arriving in time for your speech.”
“That’s today? Sith I knew I would forget, Thanks for reminding me, oh and before I go, remember don’t tell any one about my dreams, not until I know what they mean first.” He got out of bed and walked over to where Mara was sitting and kissed her on the neck. He then began to make his way to the ‘fresher.
“Oh one more thing, the Auling have asked us for assistance against the Imperial threat they are facing. They want a peaceful solution.”
“Looks like I won’t be sending Kyp, thanks, this might just be a mission I have to go one myself, we need them to stay neutral so the Empire does not get a free ticket to raid the New Republic.”
“I thought you would say that, I’ll make the arrangements to leave by tonight, morning the latest.”
“I’ll talk to Han and Leia as well we could use their help in this”
Mara nodded in agreement and Luke went into the fresher still thinking of his father as he closed the door.

Well there you have it, well this is going to get tricky so here is as run down of how the post will look from now on.
They really won't look very much different, but Dreams or visions will be labled D/V, real time is labled RT. and any time i go back in time to explain a vision but it is not something Luke dreams it will be labled BinT

Hey guys sorry about the long wait but something have happened recently that have taken away my attetion. A friend of mine passed away last week and so that has been were i was. I get back to the writing of this and my other fic to get that one done this week. Again i'm sorry about the long wait.
