	I know I'm a bit early, but I don't know if I can find the time during the week. The year was kinda hectic and it has to end in the same fashion, hasn't it? rolleyes * * * * * * * * * * Hyperspace jump complete in 86 seconds The computer voice exuded no emotions which was the complete opposite of the Captain flying the ship. Her nervousness increased to the second the closer they got to Coruscant. It's a trap, her imperial trained mind screamed. Turn around now and go back to Commenor! She'd never been able to silence that part of her completely. At first she had tried to purge herself of any single trace of her former self, but she had realized that this wouldn't work. She couldn't deny who she was and she couldn't ignore that part of her since it defined a part of who she was now. It could be a trap - she knew it. Someone from her past - maybe from the Mother Sea where she'd worked as Communications Officer or from the Mon Remonda - could recognize her - a blaster was easy to use and it would take only a shot and Alina ... Stop it, she chastised herself. Since when you've become so pessimistic? She checked the timer again just to divert herself, the button pressed down with more force than actually necessary. Hyperspace jump complete in 63 seconds "Kirney checked Hyperspace timer eight times now. Nervous?" Kirney closed her eyes in exasperation - partially at herself, partially at Kolot - when the Ewok voice interrupted the silence. She turned around in her seat and batted her eyes in mock innocence. "Who? Me?" "Kolot not seeing anyone else here," he retorted, a serious look overshadowing the teasing tone of his voice. She sighed inwardly. Kolot was far too perceptive for her peace of mind and keeping something from him was usually impossible - he just had this talent to pick up on the emotional states of her and her family. "Yes, I'm nervous," she finally admitted. "Why? Kirney no longer wanted by NRI, Kirney now amnestied." She responded with a sourish smile. "Yes - but it takes just one who recognizes me and ..." Kolot's growl interrupted her. "What?" she snapped in irritation. "Kirney far too fatalistic. Kirney gonna see friends again," Kolot answered. "Kolot see no reason for being nervous - just for being happy!" "Really?" she retorted raising an eyebrow. "I seem to remember a certain Ewok male who behaved like a panicking Bantha who is chased by a Rancor just a few days ago - before we landed on Endor." Kolot remained silent and lowered his gaze in shame. He had been a nervous wreck when they had landed on Endor, absolutely sure that something bad would happen. Afterwards he was just totally embarrassed by his behavior - he could kick himself in the backside for acting like that. "True ... but Kolot never been around Ewoks before," he threw in. "Kirney's friends obtained amnesty, Kirney's friends happy to see her." Now Kirney turned her Captain's chair completely around and faced him. "I know," she said quietly and shot him a tearful glance. "But at one point I was their enemy, I wanted to kill them all. And at that time I did betray them. It's just painful to be reminded of that." She choked off a short sob and lowered her gaze trying to regain her composure. Kolot slid out of his chair and walked over to her. He put his paw under her chin and raised her head forcing her to look at him. "Friends forgave Kirney long ago. Myn forgave Kirney long ago. And Republic forgave Kirney, too. Maybe time has come for Kirney to move on and forgive herself." He had a point, she couldn't deny it. "And how?" she asked back. "Talk to them - talk about past, about problems. And if anyone makes trouble Kolot there, too. Will take care of troublemaker," Kolot added smirking and patted a small blaster that rested in its holster at his hip. Kirney breathed a sigh of relief when she realized he was right. Now was not the time to wallow in self-pity and guilt. She pulled him into a hug and sought comfort with her different, yet so strangely similar friend until the ship's computer reported in again. Just in his new regulation uniform. runs off and drags back a discription of the uniform New Fleet Command Uniforms - - They are strapless mini dresses with orange and lavender diagonal stripes with floresent pink and blue pokadots done in no particular order with little yellow ewoks jumping around the blue and pink pokadots with tights done in haphazard stipes of lime green, orange, bright bright pink, and sickening yellow Poor Janson. Agent_Jaid, There is only one slight problem with this and that is that Wedge, Wes and the rest of the Rogues are not part of Fleet Command - they are part of Starfighter Command - a totally different branch of the services - it is the equivalent to the differences between the Navy (Fleet Command) and the Air Force (Starfighter Command).
