I was thinking of it occurring a few years before SotP, but it's vague on purpose. Anyway, thank you. Michele: Thanks! I'm glad you like the characterization, I thought it seemed almost too calm for Mara. As for a sequel - you know, I almost put it up there "There will be no sequel! Don't ask!" but I didn't, so I guess I'll have to consider it now. MJSLSBS: You shouldn't read fanfic before school, then. Thank you. Jedi_Trace: The L/M is supporting the idea, not the other way around in this one. Thank you. Tekli_theInsane: It was an interesting change for me, too. I've never done a purely friendship L/M thing before, but I think it worked out well. Anyway, thank you. The concept is just, well, my thoughts on the matter, pretty much. VaderLVR64: Thank you. It felt really different (and I think L/M is almost habit for me now ) and I'm glad you think it turned out well. Stormtrooper_Shrink: Have I ever told you that you have an unusual username? Back on topic. Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. And that you think it's true. Rivad_Bacar: I guess that's 'request for sequel' number two. I don't know yet. Gabri_Jade: I thought about how Luke would get angry, and decided he was most definitely not the yelling type. Neither is Mara, exactly, but she's definitely more expressive about it. I like your analyzation of why Mara was hurt by Luke not following - I mean, that's kind of what I was thinking, but mostly on a subconscious level. And you're right. Thank you, darling. J_M_Bulldog: Thank you. And that's request number three. kayladie97: You're going to make my head swell until it explodes. I started out pretty slowly, and I just kind of wanted to explore a bit how Luke and Mara would have interacted through the years. And of course Mara can make him angry like no one else! I think it even says so in VotF, or something. As I said to someone else up above, the L/M supports the idea, not the other way around. For me, this story was probably more about the concept that the vehicle I chose to write it in. It's something I've been thinking a lot about recently, and this viggie really just helped me solidify my thoughts. Hey! I posted something, like, a week or two ago in Saga! That's 'a while' now?
