It's so funny, but a sweet ending.
I was trying to find the right mix of Wedge-is-clueless-and-doesn't-know-what-to-say (funny) and Wedge-is-a-great-dad (sweet). Lots of parents, I think, worry that they are bad parents because they don't know the "right" answers. But to be a good parent you don't need to know the "right" answers, you just need to care (that's my theory anyway).

This story was cute and really funny at the same time.
I liked that he realized he wasn't lying. There's so many things we think on a regular basis without even realizing it, stuff that's so subconcious, so it was neat for Wedge to be able to figure out what he thought.
By the way, I definitely like the title. It's what caught my attention.
