In-CRED-ible! I greatly admire anyone who can do these monologue-type, self-introspection pieces without making it seem dull and plodding.
Dull, this was definitely NOT! I was enthralled through the whole thing, with Mara thinking hard on her past life, all the wrongs she'd committed, and how Luke saved her completely. I also like the idea of her deciding to remember all of her victims as a sort of penance.
Like everyone else, I love your explanation for Luke's black glove! One of the little things about the profic that bugged everyone, I think.
And the ending line was simply perfect!!
Wonderful!
