WOW! This is so mind-boggling that it's hard to wrap my whole mind around it. 
So Zekaya is either dead or close to dead and Luke and Mara have found out who their mysterious or not so mysterious stranger is through the datapad. Also it's really interesting that the Avi in the YJK era was all in Zekaya's mind.
Let me guess the person who Jaina/Zekaya left behind was Anakin, but it still can't figure out which ship 'Avi' was talking about. Does it have something to do with Star by Star?  I'm just going on a wild guess. (Just to let you know I haven't read Star by Star since it looks so sad since Anakin dies in it.)
I hope YJK Jaina is okay. She needs to survive or Jacen's going to give in to despair. 
Keep up the good work! I hope your computer problems will be solved so you can update this.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. In star by Star Jaina was forced to leave Jacen behind so she could save everybody else on the team. I don't think they would have survived their escape if she had not been piloting the ship. It was a terrible decision for anyone to make.
It has a lot to do with Star by Star and how Jaina changed dramatically during NJO. My tretise is that her mind splintered, so she supressed the 'weak' warm and fuzzy hopeful Jaina, but ultimately it made her weaker. 'Avi' is a result of all the things Jaina couldn't deal with and so supressed. She changed to protect everybody else on the team, but it litterally tore her up losing Anakin and having to leave Jacen behind.

Before I find another reason to procrastinate- Here you go. Enjoy the non-evil Jacen.
Chapter 12 part 1
"She who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; She who would
achieve much must sacrifice much..."
"To Aunt Mara and Uncle Luke..."
Luke's head shot up, "What?"
"That, that's what it says." Mara was breathless, hardly believing her own words.
"NO!" The couple stared at each other in further bemusement for while the yell could have been either one of theirs, it was neither.
A medic rushed into their room not seconds before a more solemn nurse, Healda, followed. The first set straight to work, examining Zekaya.
Luke backed away to allow the medic room to work, but more to deny the evidence before him. He acknowledged Healda with a slight nod.
"Sir, your neice is, we don't know what's wrong but she's in critical condition." Healda informed him gravely.
Luke blinked at Healda. How was it that everyone else seemed to have connected the dots before him? No, surely he misheard.
"You mean Jacen, our nephew is still in critical condition." Mara corrected.
Healda made a nervous note in the back of her throat. "Mmm. No." She glanced at Zekaya and the medic. " Jacen is fine, well not obviously fine considering, but physically he is recovering, but Jaina your niece is, well we don't know," Healda controlled her rambling with another throat clearing pushed her hair behind her ear. " Coma, maybe, but you might know better? It's not in the medical files but you've been comatose mysteriously here, maybe, maybe it's a genetic thing? Extreme allergies to these temple grounds?"
Luke gaped. How had things gotten so out of control so fast? How hadhe not sensed it in the force?
Mara lightly shook him and waved the datapad in front of him before pocketing it, "This will have to wait."
Mirbar, the medic, turned to Healda in surprize. "Coma here too. I don't know what to make of it, vitals are fading." Mirbar attached lifesupport to his patient.
Healda didn't like that one bit, and reached for her throat, "Maybe it's something in the air? De comtamin-"
"Well? Where is she?" Mara insisted, all business.
Healda fled.
Luke spared one anguished look at 'Zekaya' before rushing off with his wife.
"Any ideas, farmboy?" Mara asked as they rushed to see Jaina, not that she thought they could do anything even if they had a Holocrom on the subject.
Luke shook his head.

Jacen stood stiff as a statue as liquid filled his eyes. Medics came and lifted her into a bed, asked him questions that passed through his ears like the buzzing of insects. He felt strangely disconnected from everything around him.
"Jacen." Firm hands took his shoulders and ushered him into a chair,draping a blanket around him.
He recognized his aunt when her face came into his line of sight.
"Jacen, what happened."
"Happened?" Everything became blurry, he blinked and he could see again. "She fell." The words came from his mouth but he didn't remember what they were about. He swayed like a raft in a storm-- why did that scare him? He needed to do something. He'd never really had his own purpose. He'd followed directions, done what was told, supported other's purposes.
Mara's grimace was sympathetic, and something else. Disdain?
> His head rolled to the side causing his dazed eyes to fall upon the snow white face of his sister, and focus. Only now when no one could tell him what needed to be done did he know what his place was in the universe, what he needed to do-- and it was the only firm thing in his world at that moment.
"I need to stand." He mumbled.
"I don't think you have it in you right now." Mara frowned, and turned towards where his uncle was trying to do what he didn't know how. To him her words felt like a challenge.
He grabbed his head and tried as hard as he could to focus on a world that wasn't tossing about, if he could just imagine that the ground wasn't moving. That it was firm. Dependable. Solid. Like he needed to be.
And so Jacen Solo stood, walking away from the commotion that Jaina had created. He found the spot between his sister and his almost sister where light seemed to flow like spinning rapids or an elongated cyclone that no one else could see. Mutually distructive. Children spinning on a cliff edge, one must let go for the other to live, or someone must grab their hands to stop it all, firm, in the center. To be strong and inmovable.
Luke seemed a distant thing, and for once so powerless.
Come back Jaina. he called, and hoped that somehow this decision was right. The first he had ever made for himself.
