I must quote everyone else with their "Wows". This chapter certainly deserves four
's.
Jaina and Vong Jaina's confrontation was really tense. I can only hope things change for the real Jaina and the Vong get found out and destroyed.

RE: Replaced (AU, Jaina, Jag, Cem,) Post-swarm war; Jaina has to deal with being replaced
Chapter Four
Luke didn’t seem to know how to end the conversation, so they sat in near silence for several long minutes, the soft trickling of the water fountains the only noise.
Jaina stared numbly at the pooling water, thinking about Jag. She wanted to see him more than anything, but the thought of him rejecting her – dismissing her as insignificant and loathsome – was bone-chillingly frightening.
She shuddered.
“Are you all right?” Luke asked softly. “I suppose the implanted memories –“
“She tried to kill me,” Jaina said suddenly, deciding her didn’t want to hear about implanted memories. “Your fake Jaina tried to kill me. Did you know that?” she demanded, voice raising an octave.
Luke seemed taken aback. “Jaina has . . . changed a bit, but I don’t think that she-“
Jaina stood up abruptly, a sinking feeling in her stomach. She’d rather see Jag and have him hate her then have him dead, but there was no real consensus on whether he was alive or not. It was making her anxious, and on top of the Vong trying to kill her, her stomach was one sunk, coiled knot of anxiety. “I know what happened, Uncle Luke,” she said firmly.
Luke refused to believe her. At least, that’s how Jaina interpreted it. It was as if he couldn’t believe any evil could come from his niece. Jaina knew different. She was feeling dark and moody right now. And depressed and lonely. She knew that – given the chance – she could and would do dark sided things to the Vong. And for her part, the Vong would be all too willing to do those same evil deeds back.
The fact that she had that much in common with the Vong gave her pause. She licked her lips, and took a deep breath, bracing herself against her internal turmoil. “I don’t feel safe,” she said bluntly. “I
know
that she is trying to kill me.”
Luke put his hand over hers, and she could feel soothing feelings flowing from him to her. “Relax. You are safe here on Ossus. The Jedi Temple is the safest place in the galaxy.” There was a slight hitch to his voice as he spoke the last, but he shook it of and continued. “I want you to stay until you are feeling better –“
“If you find me carved up by a lightsaber somewhere, promise me that you’ll at least punish her,” Jaina said bitterly. “And burn my corpse.”
“Jay,” Luke said, giving her pause at the use of the nickname Jacen had devised for her. “You’re not going to die –“
“And spread my ashes over Mykrr . . .” She pulled away from him, rejecting the soothing feelings coming from the Force. “Either that or Sernpidal. Chewie and Anakin always understood me. Neither of them would reject me like this.” Actually, she had a horrible feeling that they would, but it felt so novel to have the remnants of her body near someone she cared about. And that being the case, it would be just as well to have her ashes released in the Tenupe system . . .
“Jay –“
“I’m going to explore the gardens,” Jaina said softly. She walked away from the Jedi Master, hating herself for being disrespectful, but hating the Vong even more for putting her in this position in the first place.
**
It took three hours for her to find her way to the gym. There, she orientated herself on a punching bag and started viciously attacking it. She had spent too long in Vong captivity and felt out of shape. She had spent too long strung up in the Embrace of Pain, unable to fight back against her capturers.
Her body was stiff, not as flexible as it had once been. Her attacks didn’t flow smoothly, but rather ground their way out as if her body were a rusty door being forced to operate after being rendered obsolete. That wasn’t really surprising, all things considered. But at the moment, it felt like – on top of her family and friends – even her body was rebelling against her, refusing to treat her like it once had.
Still, it felt good to unleash her anger. To pour all of her depressed anger into every rusty strike. It felt good, she reflected, to not have to worry about falling to the Dark Side. That was one good thing about loosing her Force-connection.
But the depression lingering over her thoughts like a damp blanket. Images of Jag kept springing unbidden into her mind. She wanted to see him. She wanted to know he was alive. She wanted . . .
The door opened and she spun around, locking eyes with the blond student. “Well, well, well, who do we have here? Solo 1 or Solo 2?” he asked, crossing his arms and giving her a haughty look.
“Jaina Solo,” she murmured tightly, and then sighed, body relaxing. “And if you believe that, I’ll love you forever.”
“I don’t want your love,” the blond scoffed.
“Well, I don’t want you sarcasm. I never met you in my life,” Jaina said, moving foreword a poking him in the chest with her finger. “And as such, I do not deserve your scorn.”
He grabbed her finger, “Listen here you little voxyn-queen.”
“Voxyn-queen?” Jaina inquired, thrown off by the insult. Or was it an insult. “You listen to me – Cem, was it?”
He sneered at her, but Jaina ignored him. “I am Jaina Solo. The Jedi you have a grudge against is a Yuuzhan Vong in disguise.”
“Wow! You’re really implying that Zekk is stupid, aren’t you?”
Jaina looked at him nonplused.
Cem elaborated. “Since Solo and Zekk have a mind-meld, they’re practically the same person. They share memories –“
“The Vong stole the memories and –“ she cut herself off with a shake of her head and a glower at the door. “Here she is now.”
Khay Don strolled through the door, Zekk at her side. “What are you two doing here?” she demanded.
“Forming the JainaTaat hate club,” Cem said immediately. “Wanna join?” He slapped himself in the head. “Bad choice of words. You already joined the bugs.” He grabbed Jaina’s arm. “Come on, let’s get out of here.”
**
They ended up in Cem’s room with him perched on the edge of the bed watching her. Jaina felt suddenly self-conscious. She forced herself to meet his eyes. “Who are you really?” he seemed to be asking her.
Finally he said, “Master Skywalker told the others that you were Shaped by a Vong to become Jaina Solo.”
“That’s what he believes.”
Cem shrugged. “How do you know that it’s not true?”
“Because –“ she paused. How did she know that? “Because . . .” her words trailed off again and she looked at him. Jag intruded in her head again and she caught a hint of the same features around his mouth. “Do you know . . . Jag?” she asked, changing the subject.
He smiled. “Nope. Can’t say that I do.” His blue eyes glinted a bit dangerously, as if he didn’t even like the direction she was going with her questioning. “Do you?” he shot back at her.
Jaina sighed. “Yes . . .”
“What’s he like?”
“Grim.”
“Just grim?”
“Grim and honorable.”
The words spilled from Cem’s mouth before he could stop himself. “You barely skimmed the surface with him. He’s –“ With an audible snap, he closed his mouth.
“I thought you didn’t know him,” Jaina said softly.
He looked away. “I don’t.”
Even without the Force, Jaina knew that he was lying. She decided not to call him on it though. How did the old maximum go? “The enemy of my enemy is my friend?” He certainly wasn’t friends with Khay Don.
“Jag and I were fairly close during the Vong war,” Jaina said. She sat down on a chair across from him. “I don’t suppose you’ve heard if he’s been recovered from Tenupe yet.”
“Why would I have heard about something like that?”
Jaina shrugged. “I was hoping. Aristocra Frombi can reassure all he likes, but I’d rather have someone say ‘he’s alive.’” She lowered her face to her hands. “Stang, I really want him to be alive.”
And before she could stop herself, tears were brimming in her brandy brown eyes, blurring her vision and drawing two hot lines down her cheeks. Her body shook with a broken sob and she shoved her knuckles into her mouth to muffle the noise.
A moment of awkward silence descended upon the room. Cem shifted uncomfortably, not sure what to make of the crying girl. Hoping to distract her, he finally spoke up, “You’re name is Jaina then, right?”
Jaina nodded her head, a slight motion that caused her long, long brown hair to fall into her face, masking her tears.
Cem, internally conflicted, bit the inside of his lip, and continued. “It’ll probably get confusing with two Jaina’s around the Temple.”
Jaina looked up suddenly, eyes bright with tears. “If I could kill her I would,” she said, voice dark and murky.
A grin blossomed on Cem’s face. “That’s a unique perspective.”
“Not really. She wants to kill me too.” Jaina sighed, “She’ll probably succeed too.”
“Why?”
“She’s got a lightsaber, the Force, and Zekk on her side,” Jaina said ruefully. Then she shook her head, sending droplets of tears flying off her cheeks. “I suppose I should be grateful that she and Zekk are a couple. I don’t think I’d be able to stand it if I discovered she had married Jag or something like that.”
That’s it, Jaina, look on the bright side . . .
she told herself.
Cem winched. “That would be rough.”
“Yeah,” Jaina agreed. She leaned back in the chair. What was she doing here? There was no point to staying on Ossus. The Jedi clearly didn’t believe she was who she said she was . . . Or would leaving be premature? She still hadn’t spoken with many people. Maybe Mara or Kyp would respond better. “I think –“ she began, but Cem had resolved his internal conflict.
“So we’ll just call her Joiner-Jaina, and I’ll protect you while you’re here at the Temple,” Cem said.
“What?” confusion chased away the last visible visages of pain, leaving her looking several years younger and reminding Cem of a hopeful child.
He crossed the room suddenly and tilted her chin upwards, looking into her eyes. For a moment, he hesitated, and then he leaned in close to her and whispered in her ear, “My enemy’s enemy is my friend.”

Yes. He is. The impression I got from TSW was that Cem was a hidden 'child' and not publicly acknowledged. Since he's a secrete, he can't exactly let anyone know who he is.
