Kissa No, what makes you say that? ::walks away quickly:: Actually I've always gotten the feeling that Anakin and Mace do not get along.
u can say that again, Mace had it in for anakin since he was just a wee little nipper. Sides i always thought Mace was very close to falling to the dark side, specially in ROTS just b4 Anakin cut his hands off.  supose anakin didnt hold him in high regards either.

I loved Tahiri attempting to explain forty years of galactic history in less than thirty seconds.
I don't think that she managed to make the distinction between Anakin Skywalker/Anakin Solo in the end...
Speaking of which... Jag's sister is alive... does that mean that Anakin Solo is going to come back too?

Actually, I found that entire scene in the books somewhat funny, as well as another example of Luke's bias to his family. Other Jedi get fussed at for becoming Joiners, and what does Ben get? Nothing! Alema gets sliced and diced for being a dark nest joiner, Ben? His bug gets taken away.
Talk about double standards....

I never said I felt sorry for Alema, I said it was auto-assumed she was EVVILLLL because she was a dark nest joiner, when ultimately she did the exact same thing as the rest of the joiner Jedi (i.e. what the hive thought was best). The only difference is that what she did, was an attack on Luke's family.

Ben was 8 or so in DN, he's entitled to being a brat. Luke being a brat is not a good thing though. It also disturbs me that he is sending the Order down the path of the Old Jedi Order (you can only be attached to the Order, family is bad, blah, blah, blah). He should know better. Especially, since as you pointed out, he can't do it himself...
