Characters: Anakin and Tahiri
Genre: Viggie; Challenge; mush?
Summary: Tahiri has to wear a bikini for a mission.
Notes: This is for the Bikini Challenge from the A/T thread.
Well, this viggie inspired a story. You can check out Stalemate if you wish. 
“You’re joking right?”
“Nope.”
“Do you seriously want me to wear that?”
“I could care less… it’s what the mission called for,” he replied nonchalantly as he continued to study his data-pad.
“Obviously a guy picked that out. Who else would make a girl wear an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-yellow-polka-dot bikini?”
“I didn’t pick it out for you. Remember, we’re undercover, so obviously your character would wear something like that.”
“Undercover… right. More like not covering at all. So what, I wear this and distract all of the boys while you do all of the detective work? I don’t think so.”
“Well, would you prefer me to wear the bikini and you wear my bathing suit?” A smirk spread across his face as he pointed toward his swim trunks.
She rolled her eyes at the implications. “Fine. I’ll go change. But you owe me.”

“I can’t believe you’re making me wear this,” her voice rang out from the ‘fresher where she was changing. “All of the guys will be staring at me.”
“Like you’d mind,” he replied flippantly.
“I do not like that kind of attention!” she yelled back.
The ‘fresher door opened and Tahiri poked her head out of the door. “Don’t laugh,” she quietly said. Even the most confident of women could be brought to her knees with worry over her figure when forced to wear a bathing suit in public.
Anakin’s smirk faded from his face as he watched Tahiri emerge from the ‘fresher. He just stared at her.
“Well?” Tahiri asked after Anakin’s stares had made her feel uncomfortable.
“Go change; you can’t wear that in public,” Anakin replied hoarsely.
“It looks that bad?” Tahiri asked, crestfallen at the prospect of looking bad in the bikini.
“It’s not that. You’re right; all the guys would be staring at you. And I don’t think I’d like their looks.”
Tahiri smiled and tried not to laugh at him. “Anakin Solo; you’re jealous!”
“No, of course not. I’d be distracted from gathering information because I’d want to beat up all of the guys that looked at you. Plus, whoever I’m trying to gain information from would be so distracted by how you look that I wouldn’t be able to get any details out of them.”
Tahiri rolled her eyes. “Fine, I’ll go change back into something normal.”
“Wait,” Anakin said.
Tahiri raised an eyebrow as she waited for him to continue.
“On second thought, don’t change. We can gather information later.”
“Then what’s the good of me still wearing this thing?” Tahiri asked, slightly puzzled by Anakin changing his mind so much on the subject of a simple bikini.
Anakin’s only reply was to gather her up in his arms and kiss her.
The mission could wait.
The itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-yellow-polka-dot-bikini could not.
As Anakin deepened the kiss, Tahiri mentally told herself to thank whoever picked out the bikini.

Hehe. Well, boys don’t really know what they’re saying especially when he’s too focused on the mission to see how much he likes Tahiri. I thought about having a twist at the end and having Tahiri think that she was glad she picked out the bikini… but I blamed the couple on someone else.
