SSM12-Thanks. I'm glad it was funny. And thanks for the plug.
baf-Yes, it will. Makoto's gonna have to hold back quite a bit with Kyp, here.
Taeniaea-Thanks.
Jaded_Girl-LOL, thanks. I appreciate it. I'm glad you can still hear it. *puts on sunglasses too* As for Pluto's love... remember who she was dating in 'Where No Jedi has Gone Before'? Yes, it is Tionne's worst day ever. *Hugs Tionne* LOL, *Bows to Madame President* I'm glad you liked Mara and Tionne. lol, yeah. I kept in purple pools of good stuff. I had to! Yes, the Michiru/Leia complications are bad, but don't worry. Things will work out. And yes, Kyp is a moron here.
As SSM12 pointed out, I have finally begun posting this fic at fanfiction.net here.
Here we go!
*****
Crystal Tokyo
Michiru walked back into the living room where the engaged couple sat. “I just got off the com with Makoto. We can hold the wedding in the Grand Audience Chamber.”
Anakin rose from the couch and walked over to her. “That’s good. Now all we have to do is decide on who to invite.”
A slow chuckle escaped Michiru’s lips. “Oh, don’t worry about that. I’ve got it all taken care of.”
At that, Hotaru shot to her feet and marched over, the Silence Glaive materializing in her right hand. She gripped it with both hands and twirled it about, finally placing the infinitely-sharp blades about two centimeters from the blue-eyed Senshi’s jugular. “Who did you invite to our wedding?”
Michiru’s blue eyes widened in utter terror. She looked over at Anakin, but he simply pursed his lips and shook his head. “Don’t even think about asking me for help, Michiru. I feel a bit angry, too.”
She held up her hands and waved them about in a gesture of surrender. “Wait, wait! Let me tell you who I invited.” She chuckled nervously. “Please?”
The Glaive lowered a fraction of a centimeter. Hotaru’s head cocked to one side. “Very well, but if I don’t like it, you’ll be short a head.”
Five minutes later, Hotaru dropped the Silence Glaive from Michiru’s neck and the polearm vanished from this reality. “An excellent list, Michiru,” she said. “Now we’d better send out invitations.”
Michiru clapped her hands together. “Good. Now I’d better get on the phone and get going.”
The youngest Solo suddenly held out his arm, blocking her path. “Ah, no. Now we all go to Yavin IV and start coordinating from there.” His blue eyes flashed as he continued. “And we also contact Mom. After all, she’s planning this too.”

The Hapes Consortium
Tenel Ka’s eyelids felt like two-ton shutters as she listened to the minister of finance drone on about…something. Truth be told, she wasn’t sure what. All she knew was that sleep seemed like a very nice option…
The minister looked up from his notes and over at the princess. “So what is your opinion on lifting the tariffs on Terran imports?”
Her gray eyes swam back into focus and the Senshi of balance shot up in her seat. “I would recommend that the Hapan Senate lower them by ten percent. That should encourage trade while keeping the corporate heads happy for now,” she rattled off.
He nodded and sat down. Before the next minister could stand, though, a royal servant entered. “My Lady, there is a message from a Kaiou Michiru.”
Tenel Ka shot to her feet. “We will discuss the next item in one hour.” And with that, she jogged out of the Royal Audience Chamber and to the quarters she shared with her husband and best friend, Jacen Solo. Tenel Ka walked over to her work desk and flipped on the monitor. Two minutes later, she found a short text message from the Jedi Temple.
Dear Mister and Misses Djo-Solo
You are cordially invited to the wedding of Anakin Solo and Tomoe Hotaru. This joyous event will take place at the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV on June 28, 2016. Please RSVP.
Han and Leia Solo; Tomoe Souichi
Tenel Ka let a half-smile drift across her mouth. “This is just what I need. Eh, husband?”
Jacen let out a groan as he stood behind her. “How did you know I was there?”
The princess smiled, broader than last time. “We are linked, Jacen. My soul is intertwined with yours until the end of time.”
The brown-haired young man walked over, took Tenel Ka’s prosthetic hand in his and kissed it. “And far be it for me to argue with a princess and virtual goddess.”
Tenel Ka slid her hand out of Jacen‘s grasp and scowled. “Please don’t remind me of that.”
Jacen glanced down at Tenel Ka, confusion on his face. “What is it? What‘s wrong?”
She turned around in the seat and looked up at him. “I am sorry, but look at some of these other messages.”
He leaned forward and scanned the headers of several E-mails, all addressed to ‘the goddess of Hapes’ or ‘her royal deity’ or something to that effect. He chuckled and let his lips form the trademark Solo half-smile. “Well, your worshipfulness, at least they’re not calling for your head.”
A wry smile crossed Tenel Ka’s red lips, matching Jacen‘s. “In some ways, that would be better.”
Jacen looked down at her with an expression of indignation, but there was a twinkling in his eyes…”Is that a fact?” he asked her.
She sighed and turned back to the computer. “I shall reply posthaste and tell them of our acceptance. This will be a joyous time for all.” The shadow of a smile crossed her lips. “And that is a fact.”

Crystal Tokyo
Serenity’s eyes looked over the screen and a toothy smile crossed her mouth. “Oh, this will be perfect! Endymion and I really need something like this.” She rose from the terminal, made a beeline for the throne room and found her husband there, looking over a newspaper.
He looked up as she approached. “Hello, my darling.” He rose from the throne and took her hand, kissing it.
Serenity glanced at the newspaper and Endymion‘s apprehension concerning it. “What’s the headline?” she asked, dreading the answer.
The ceremonial King of the Terran Republic presented the paper to her. On it was a fairly large headline; Statue depicting royal couple dedicated in Times Square, complete with a large picture of two statues of Serenity and Endymion and an absolutely huge crowd in front.
Serenity giggled. “Well, that’s nice of them!”
Endymion let out a sigh. “I don’t know, honey. I don’t like the thought of…deification.”
At Serenity’s blank stare, Endymion let out another sigh. “I mean… I don’t like the thought of them thinking of us as gods.”
The Queen shrugged. “Well, it could be worse. They could be calling for our heads.” She suddenly gasped and slapped her forehead. “Oh, I almost forgot! Anakin and Hotaru are getting married on Yavin IV.” Her blue eyes widened as she pouted. “Can we go? Can we?”
Endymion shook his head and chuckled. “Of course, Serenity.” He unclipped a comlink from his belt and held it up to his mouth. “This is Endymion. Serenity and I will be departing for a friend’s wedding on Yavin IV.”
His secretary’s voice came over. “Yes, your highness. I’ll inform housekeeping. They can have your bags ready within the hour.”
Endymion nodded. “Thank you. Also we’ll be traveling through the Gateway to Crystal Alderaan, so don’t bother arranging transport.” He clicked off the small device and put it back onto his belt. “Shall we?” he asked his beloved, holding out his arm.
Serenity nodded and locked her arm with Endymion’s. “This is going to be great!” she said enthusiastically.

Hyperspace, en route to Yavin IV
The Jade Saber glided through hyperspace, the five people on board weary yet calm. Shada Du’kal and Sarji Pellaeon sat in the cockpit monitoring their journey while Jedi Master and Sailor Senshi Tionne sat with Corran and Mirax Horn in the main cabin, Tionne sitting on a chair and Corran and Mirax sharing a couch.
“The old sayings hold true,” Tionne chuckled out. “I guess you can’t go home again.”
Mirax’s brown eyes glanced down. “I still can’t believe what we found in that kriffin’ freak’s chamber of terror.” She shuddered slightly. “To do that…” She twisted away when Corran tried to pat her on the shoulder. “Sorry, but I think I’ll hold onto a bit of my anger for a bit.”
Corran nodded. “Fine by me, honey.” He turned his green eyes to Tionne. Sympathy wafted off of him as he said. “So, what now? You know of your past; can you get through this?”
Tionne’s eyes became unfocused. She rested her chin on her slender hands and thought for a few minutes before speaking. “I think I can, Corran. What I am on the inside hasn’t changed,” she said, patting her chest. “I know why I have a gap in my life, and I can live with that.” She smiled. “I just feel sorry for my sister.”
Mirax rolled her eyes. “How can you feel sorry for that…thing? She tried to-” She stopped as Shada walked in. “We’ll talk later.
Shada walked over to the trio, Sarji in tow. “We’ve received a transmission from the Jedi Academy. Jedi Masters Anakin Solo and Tomoe Hotaru will be married and we’re all invited.”
Mirax’s brown eyes narrowed. “How do they know you two were onboard?”
Shada shrugged. “It was addressed to the people on the Jade Saber. Since Sarji and I are onboard, we’ve been invited.”
Sarji’s green eyes flashed and a goofy grin crossed her lips. “This is gonna be great! Maybe I can meet Jaina Solo herself there!” She hopped up and down at the thought, causing everyone to stare at her.
Tionne smiled. “This will be a wonderful celebration of light and love. Shada, please send a message telling them that we’ll be there.”
Corran rose and stretched his arms, yawning. “Well, it’s about time Anakin got up the courage to ask her.”
Mirax nodded. “Yeah.” A slight chuckle escaped her lips. “Heck, maybe they’ll use you for the music, Tionne.”
At that, the Elven Jedi Master cocked her head to the side and placed a finger to her chin in thought. “Hmm. That might not be such a bad idea, Mirax.”

Yavin IV
Michiru and Leia faced off across Luke Skywalker’s office, each certain it was their duty, their right to plan Hotaru and Anakin’s wedding. Neither one broke down and became rude or overbearing, letting the tension build between them. Anakin and Hotaru observed the two ‘ladies’ from behind Luke’s desk.
“I think we shouldn’t be too extravagant with this,” Leia stated. “We can keep it nice and simple.”
Michiru covered her mouth and laughed. “Oh, ho! You can’t be serious, princess.” She motioned to Anakin and Hotaru. “These two deserve the best we can get them. And that means we have to go all out.”
Anakin raised his hand and opened his mouth, but Leia jumped in. “Are you kidding me? These kids deserve a nice, quiet ceremony. Remember the circus Jacen and Tenel Ka’s wedding turned into?”
The Senshi of the sea touched her chin with her hand in thought. “Oh, really? I was on Dagobah at the time, doing my final trial.” She shrugged. “Sorry!”
Leia‘s head tilted down and her eyes narrowed to slits. A vein throbbed in her forehead as she spoke “And I was getting the whole shindig together, so I think I know a bit more about weddings than you do.” She turned to Anakin and Hotaru. “What do you-” She stopped speaking when she noticed something. “Anakin, Hotaru?” She looked around. “Where’d they go?”
Outside in the hall, Anakin and Hotaru leaned against the gray-colored stone wall and sighed. “I can’t believe them!” he exclaimed, waving his arms about.
Hotaru stood away from the wall, crossed her arms and looked up at the ceiling. “I don’t think either one of them are considering our feelings on the matter.” She glanced over at Anakin and half-smiled. “Can we elope?”
Before he could respond, he felt a familiar presence approaching. Anakin turned and stood away from the wall. “Hey, Aunt Mara.”
Mara Jade Skywalker smiled and walked over to her youngest nephew. “Hey, kid.” She motioned to Luke’s office with a flip of her head. “Have Leia and Michiru proceeded to kill each other yet?”
Hotaru leaned against the door and pressed her ear to the wooden door. “I don’t hear anything. Maybe they already did and we can have a nice, normal wedding?” There was an air of mockery to her voice, causing both Anakin and Mara to chuckle.
The Jedi Master motioned to the door. “I’ll have a ‘chat’ with the wedding planners. Farmboy’s down at the landing field greeting the first of your guests.”
Anakin’s blue eyes widened and his jaw worked a bit. “They’re here already?”
Mara nodded, her emerald eyes sparkling with her smile. “The Jade Saber’s back already, and the Hapan royal family is here as well.”
Hotaru grabbed Anakin’s hand. “Thank you, Mistress Jade,” she called out as she pulled Anakin along behind her to the landing field.
The Senshi of hope scratched her head. “Call me Aunt Mara!” he yelled after her.
*****
Landing Field
Jedi Master Luke Skywalker serenely observed three shuttles touching down, a smile on his face.
The first one was a Hapan Vigilance-class shuttle, armed to the teeth and more suited for cover fire than passenger service. The second one was intimately familiar to him. The sleek, pewter-gray Jade Saber touched down with nary a bump, no doubt due to the skill of the pilot and how well the Saber was put together. The final shuttle was an Earth Defense Fleet Hermes-class shuttle, the latest ship built by the fledgling organization. And although a bit primitive by New Republic standards, it had many innovations compared to the last line.
The Hapan shuttle’s main hatch opened and Jacen Djo-Solo and Tenel Ka Djo-Solo emerged from the interior. A goofy smile was plastered on the prince’s face while the princess had a taciturn smile on her red lips. They walked up to Luke and bowed.
“Wanna hear a joke, Uncle Luke?” Jacen asked. “It’s a good one!”
A belly laugh erupted from Luke’s mouth. “That’s all right, Jacen.” He patted his nephew on the shoulder and looked up as a young woman with long, blond hair and blue eyes departed the Earth shuttle.
Aino Minako wore a gray skirt, white blouse and gray jacket with five ribbons and two medals decorating the left side of the jacket. She and Artemis walked up to Luke. “Greeting, Master Skywalker,” she said formally, bowing at the waist.
Luke returned the bow. “Greetings, Ambassador Aino. Tell me, how did you get time off to attend this?”
Minako smiled and flashed him a victory salute. “When love is involved, nothing can stop me!”
At her feet, Artemis rolled his eyes. “You also dumped most of your work onto your secretary. It’s a wonder that poor woman hasn’t quit!” Minako looked down at the white cat and attempted to stomp on his tail, but Artemis was too fast. He dashed over to Luke and hid behind his legs, white fur rippling.
Minako bared her teeth and snarled. “I tied up all loose ends and made sure I let everyone know where I was.” She pointed to the shuttle. “I’ve also got a metric ton of paperwork to finish, so shut up!”
Luke’s blue eyes fell on the shuttle as Urawa Ami and her husband Ryo walked down from the main hatch.
The blue-haired genius walked up and smiled up at him. “How are you, Luke?”
Luke shrugged. “My youngest nephew’s getting married and life is wonderful. You?”
A smile crossed her lips. “Harvard’s fine, but I’ll be transferring to Obroa-skai for a year.” She blushed before continuing. “They think I can find the location of humanity’s homeworld in your reality.” She interrupted her train of thought and stepped back, motioning to the man beside her. “Oh! Have you met-”
Luke extended his hand. “It’s nice to meet the man who could capture Ami’s heart.”
Ryo scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. “It’s nice to meet you too, Mister Skywalker.” He glanced up at the Jedi Academy, his brown eyes boring into the edifice. “Sir, you might want to check on your wife. She’s about to get into a really big argument with two other people.”
Before Luke could respond, Anakin and Hotaru emerged from the front doors. They ran down the hundred steps to the landing field and up to Luke and the rest. “Thank you for coming!” Hotaru said.
The Senshi of love looked at Hotaru, then turned her blue eyes over to Anakin. “You two will be blessed,” she intoned. Minako’s eyes suddenly blinked twice. “Huh? What did I say?”
Anakin chuckled. “Oh, it was nothing.” He sent Hotaru a message through the Force while maintaining his smile. What the kriff was that all about?
Hotaru maintained eye contact with Minako while sending back a reply. Well, it could be worse. She could’ve foretold doom.
And if she did?
I’d marry you anyway, Anakin Solo.
Movement from the shuttle caught Hotaru’s attention. She gasped and her eyes widened. “Michiru didn’t tell me she invited them!” She broke off and ran over to a group of eight young women and two young men as they walked off the main ramp. All of them looked nervous, but Hotaru could sense wonder and awe. She approached a pigtailed redhead and bowed. “I’m very glad to see you, Chiyo-chan!”
Mihama Chiyo’s still-innocent eyes widened and her mouth dropped at the sight of Hotaru. She stepped back and lowered her head in supplication. “We are honored that you would invite us, Senshi of death and rebirth.”
Hotaru looked over and saw all of her old classmates bowing their heads too. She jumped up and waved her arms about. “Oh, no! Don’t do that! I’m still the same quiet kid back in Jubaan High School!”
Uzamaki Naruto’s head shot up. “Psyche!” he shouted. “I told you she’d fall for that!”
It took about half a minute for Hotaru to comprehend what Naruto meant. When she did… “I’m gonna kill you!” she shouted, running after Naruto. Meanwhile, the rest of the group wandered around the landing field a bit, drinking in the sights.
Ayumu Kasugu AKA Osaka walked up to Luke. Although she had grown since high school, the top of the daydreamer’s head only came up to the bottom of Luke’s neck. She looked up and smiled. “You daughter will grow up to be a powerful warrior.”
Luke’s blue eyes narrowed. “And what do you know of my daughter?”
Osaka shrugged. “I don’t, but she will.” And before a stunned Luke could say anything, Osaka’s eyes began wandering around. Her head and body soon followed and she walked off.
Luke suppressed a shudder and walked over to the Jade Saber. Tionne, Corran, Mirax, he expected. Shada Du’kal and an older teen with glasses, he didn’t. Tionne’s silvery eyes held a bit of sadness to them, but Luke could also sense the relieving of a great burden from her soul. He walked up and gave her a brief hug around the shoulders. “Did you find what you sought?”
Tionne returned the hug before pulling away and nodding. “I did.”
Luke turned to Corran and looked him over. A playful smile tugged at his lips. “So, what color rose do you have?”
Corran held out his hand and concentrated. A forest-green rose appeared in his hand while his Jedi robes melted and reformed into a tuxedo. “I am the Guardian of Corellia. I am Tuxedo CorSec!” he shouted, posing while his cape fluttered in a sudden gust of wind.
Mirax sighed and punched her husband on the arm. “Save the dramatics for later, okay?”
CorSec reverted back to Corran, and the Jedi Master rubbed his arm. “Yes, dear.”
Luke turned to the three women. “I also sense…power from you.”
Shada looked down at her hands. “Yes. Somehow we were able to tap into this…energy.” She looked over at the Jedi Academy. “Is there any way for us to train in these powers?”
Luke glanced over at Minako and Artemis as they bickered. “I might be able to set you up with someone.” He turned to the last person there. “I’m Luke Skywalker. May I ask your name, young woman?”
The woman jumped up and shrieked. “Oh, my god! You’re Luke Skywalker??!” She ran up to him and looked him over with light green eyes. “I’m Sarji Pellaeon. You’re a Jedi Master and an ace X-wing pilot, although you could probably fly anything in the galaxy! Your Tuxedo Guardian code name is Tuxedo Jedi and you have a black-petaled rose.” A giddy laugh escaped her lips. “Oh, this is so great! Is Mara Jade around?” she asked, looking around.
Luke stood there in silence before a loud explosion boomed from five stories up-right where Luke’s office was. He turned and flew up the steps to the door. “Sorry, have to go!” he shouted over his shoulder. Thanks, Mara!
Sarji’s green eyes followed him until he entered the building. “I wonder what that was about,” she wondered.
Tionne walked over and looked up at the window. “I have a bad feeling about this…”
*****
Five minutes earlier
Mara waited until she felt Anakin and Hotaru leave. She then held up her right hand and concentrated, summoning her transformation wand. “Coruscant Star Power Makeup!” she yelled. A green shaft of light enveloped her and when it faded a half-second later, Mara now wore a Sailor Fuku with a green miniskirt and bow tied on front. Ankle boots and elbow-length gloves completed the ensemble.
She turned and, with one swift kick, knocked the office door right off its hinges. The large door fell into the room, landing right between a stunned Michiru and Leia.
“For love and the successful planning of this wedding, I am the pretty sailor-suited soldier Sailor Coruscant! I will right wrongs and punish those who would hijack this joyous occasion!” Coruscant posed, left hand on her hip and right hand held up to her forehead with two fingers extended in a V form.
Leia’s head slowly turned to her left, and her jaw opened slightly. “Mara, what the hell is the matter with you?”
The Senshi of hope pointed at her. “No, Leia. What’s wrong with you?” A sound of exasperation escaped Coruscant’s lips and she clenched her other fist. “I mean, for Force sake, you two are imposing your own egos on this!”
Michiru’s blue eyes looked over at Leia, then turned back to Coruscant. “It may seem that way to you, but Leia and I are engaged in-”
The snap-hiss of Coruscant’s emerald-colored light saber silenced the Senshi of the sea. “Don’t try and put one over on me, okay? I know a smokescreen when I hear it.” She looked at Michiru, then turned to Leia. “Seriously, what is your problem? Anakin and Hotaru want a nice, simple wedding with their friends and family. You two want to mold it into your own personal fantasy wedding.”
Coruscant’s green eyes bore into them both as she continued. “You’ve completely ignored both of them and have driven on. Hell, you can’t even agree with each other on how to run it!”
Leia felt her cheeks burn with shame. She cast her gaze down to the broken door and blinked a few times. “You’re…right, Mara. I just didn’t want Anakin or Hotaru to worry about the details. I just wanted them to sit back and enjoy themselves.”
Michiru nodded. There was an air of seriousness as she spoke. “I simply got wrapped up in it all. Unlike Leia, I have no real excuse for my behavior.” She stepped back. “Leia, I leave the planning to you.”
Leia waved Michiru off. “No. We both plan it-with input from the bride and groom, of course.” Both turned to Coruscant and bowed.
Luke suddenly entered the room and ran up to Coruscant. “Mara, what’s going on!” he half-shouted. He looked in and saw the door lying on the floor. “What the kriff happened?”
Leia shrugged. “Mara had a simple talk with us. Speaking of that,” she snapped her fingers and walked out. “I have to find Anakin and Hotaru.”
Michiru followed, right index finger twirling around a lock of aquamarine hair. “I’d better go too.” She half-bowed at Luke before disappearing down the hallway.
Luke turned to Sailor Coruscant. “Do I want to know?”
A green light enveloped the Senshi as she reverted back to Mara. “No, you don’t,” she said, giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Oh wow...please remind me never to get on Hotaru's bad side. If Michiru isn't safe from her wrath then no one would be(well, then again, she DID sell Hotaru out to Galaxia when she came the first time).
Heh..."Your worshipfulness." Now I wonder where Jacen could have gotten that nickname from?
It's great that the Azumanga Daioh gang is there along with Naruto...open to a lot of comic moments there.
Um...where's Jaina?
Cool post and I'm looking forward to more!

Hey, dude. Just wanted to drop by and let you know that a while back, I printed off all the stories in their original format, and read them. Sailor Moon's one of my favorite fandoms, and I liked what you've done here. Keep up the good work.

Tenel Ka’s eyelids felt like two-ton shutters as she listened to the minister of finance drone on about…something. Truth be told, she wasn’t sure what. All she knew was that sleep seemed like a very nice option…
Poor Tenel Ka!
~Jacen let out a groan as he stood behind her. “How did you know I was there?”
~The princess smiled, broader than last time. “We are linked, Jacen. My soul is intertwined with yours until the end of time.”
"...And you bumped the end table."
~He chuckled and let his lips form the trademark Solo half-smile. “Well, your worshipfulness, at least they’re not calling for your head.”
~A wry smile crossed Tenel Ka’s red lips, matching Jacen‘s. “In some ways, that would be better.”
~Jacen looked down at her with an expression of indignation, but there was a twinkling in his eyes…”Is that a fact?” he asked her.
I love Jacen here! Well, that is, I love Jacen anywhere *cough, pre-NJO, cough* but I love his application of Han's "your worshipfulness" and his mimicking Tenel Ka's trademark! He's so cute!
Serenity giggled. “Well, that’s nice of them!”
Typical. ^_^;;;
The Queen shrugged. “Well, it could be worse. They could be calling for our heads.” She suddenly gasped and slapped her forehead. “Oh, I almost forgot! Anakin and Hotaru are getting married on Yavin IV.”
O_O That segue is a tad disturbing...
Michiru and Leia faced off across Luke Skywalker’s office, each certain it was their duty, their right to plan Hotaru and Anakin’s wedding.
TECHNICALLY, it's Hotaru... but Michiru has a greater claim as she is on the bride's side and thus should be paying for it...
The Jedi Master motioned to the door. “I’ll have a ‘chat’ with the wedding planners. Farmboy’s down at the landing field greeting the first of your guests.”
Mua ha haaa.... GO MARA!!! Quick, before Luke comes back!
She blushed before continuing. “They think I can find the location of humanity’s homeworld in your reality.”
Sounds interesting!
She gasped and her eyes widened. “Michiru didn’t tell me she invited them!” She broke off and ran over to a group of eight young women and two young men as they walked off the main ramp... “I’m very glad to see you, Chiyo-chan!”
YES!!! Whee! Let the good times roll!
Luke turned to Corran and looked him over. A playful smile tugged at his lips. “So, what color rose do you have?”
*snigger* Bwa ha!
Luke stood there in silence before a loud explosion boomed from five stories up-right where Luke’s office was. He turned and flew up the steps to the door. “Sorry, have to go!” he shouted over his shoulder. Thanks, Mara!
He's never been so grateful for a burst of his wife's temper! But Sarji's hilarious too! Such a groupie!
Up!

EarthKnight-Thanks. Glad you think they're cute. And *Bows* I try.
baf-LOL, no. Never a good idea to anger lil' Firefly. I'm not sure where he got it, either. Jaina's coming, don't worry.
SSM12-Thanks, and yeah. One in this post.
Taeniaea-Thank you.
TiePilot-Whoa, really? Thanks, dude. Glad you like it.
Jaded_Girl-yes, poor Tenel Ka. You do realize you've talked with her a few times, right? Glad you like my Jacen. Mature, but still Jacen. Yes, go Mara.
Here we go!

The Landing Field
Anakin and Hotaru watched both Leia and Michiru walk out side by side without arguing. The pair stopped in front of the couple and spoke. “We apologize for hijacking your wedding,” Michiru said contritely.
Hotaru looked over at Anakin, then turned back to Michiru. “We accept your apology,” she formally said.
Leia looked up at the arriving ships. “I hope they don’t mind waiting for a bit while we sort through and re-plan the wedding.” Her eyes suddenly focused on a newly-arriving ship and smiled. “About time they arrived.”
The Senshi of death walked over to the newly arrived shuttle, a Bail-class diplomatic courier. Hotaru could feel the raw power of the four occupants of it as the landing ramp lowered and the main hatch opened, allowing Neo-Queen Serenity, Endymion, Zekk and Jaina to depart.
Hotaru, Anakin, Leia and Michiru all went to one knee as the two royal couples approached. “We are honored by your presence,” Leia said.
Serenity smiled and walked over to the former chief of state. “We’re honored by the invitation. Doesn‘t it hurt to bow like that?”
Zekk and Endymion looked a bit perplexed at their behavior. “Why are you bowing?” Zekk asked, scratching his head.
Anakin glanced up with his ice-blue eyes and shrugged. “Well, you’re royalty. Right?”
Endymion suppressed a shudder. He ran his fingers through his jet-black hair and scowled. “We’re royalty second, but we’re your friends first!” He knelt down and grabbed Anakin’s shoulders. “I hope you’ll never forget that.”
The younger man looked up into Endymion’s eyes. “I won’t Endymion,” he said, getting to his feet and shaking Endymion’s hand.
Leia, Michiru and Hotaru also rose from their knees. Leia walked over and hugged her daughter. “How are things?”
Jaina shrugged. “Well, the unabashed worship got old after a few weeks.” A sneaky grin crossed her face. “Still, being able to tell Borsk Fey’lya off is always a plus.” She let go of her mother and looked about. “Where’s Dad?” A half-second later, she nodded as she sensed her father‘s location. “Ah, still working on the Falcon.”
Leia’s brown eyes narrowed. “He and Chewie have been working on the hyperdrive all morning.” “Would you like to go down and say hi?” she asked, smiling sweetly at her baby girl.
Jaina nodded and wandered off, tossing a casual ‘bye!’ over her shoulder.
Zekk looked about, and he saw two old friends. “Jacen! Tenel Ka!” he yelled, waving.
The two Hapan royals looked over as they exited their private craft. Tenel Ka lifted one of her arms and waved him over. “Friend Zekk, how are things?”
Zekk jogged over. “Not too bad, Tenel Ka. The crown feels a bit heavy sometimes, but it beats being a bounty hunter.”
Jacen smiled at him. “I bet the pay’s better too, right?”
Tenel Ka glared at her husband for a moment before turning back to Zekk. “It is good that you and Jaina are able to attend. It‘s been too long since we‘ve been together, and that is a fact.”
The king of Alderaan nodded. “Well, I just wanted to come and see Leia and Michiru try and kill each other,” he joked, smirking.
Jacen chuckled and bounced on the balls of his heels. “Yeah, Mom can get pretty crazy when it comes to weddings. I remember how batty she went when she learned about you and Jaina.”
Tenel Ka nodded and chimed in. “She was also quite involved in our wedding as well.” Her gray eyes looked about and focused on Minako. “I believe I shall go speak to Minako. I have some good news for her.” She walked over, leaving the two old friends alone.
“Wanna get in some lightsaber practice?” Zekk asked.
Jacen’s lips curled up in a half-sneer. “You’re on, tux boy.” He turned and walked off to the hangar bay doors, cracking his knuckles.
Zekk shook his head in exasperation. “’Tux boy’? We both wear tuxes, moron,” he said before jogging off after Jacen.
Off to the side, a large onyx-colored door materialized, fog rolling from it. The twin doors slowly opened, allowing even more smoke and an eerie light to escape. Sailor Neo-Pluto emerged, time staff in her grip. “We are here.”
Behind her, Anja Gallandro walked out, coughing and waving her hands about. “Why couldn’t we have taken the Third Chance?” she whined, surprising herself.
Neo-Pluto turned, her pale yellow eyes narrowing. “I must guard the time gate, Anja. This method was more secure.” She turned back, her eyes narrowing. “Man you weren’t this bad when we flew around in your freighter.”
Anja rolled her eyes and stepped forward. The Senshi of perseverance looked about, shouted and waved at everyone else. “Hey!” Anja failed to see Lusa, Raynar or Tahiri in the gathering groups of people. “Where’s the brat pack?”
A bright light enveloped Neo-Pluto as she reverted back to Sannah. “And am I a part of this brat pack?” she asked, a wicked smirk on her face.
Anja shook her head, sending her short, brown hair swishing about. “No, but they are.” She pointed to three of Hotaru’s former classmates, Tomo, Osaka and Mizuhara Yomi as they slowly walked over to the time gate.
“That’s awesome!” Yomi exclaimed, adjusting her glasses. She turned to Sannah, but looked askance at the Melodie. “So, you… guard time?” she asked.
Sannah’s lips curled in a snarl. She stepped forward and grabbed Yomi by her right shoulder and chin, forcing her to look into her bright yellow eyes. “Are they really that scary?” she asked. “Am I that much of a freak?”
Yomi gulped in nervousness. “No, I didn’t mean-wait. How did you know?” Her eyes were as wide as saucers as Sannah bore into her soul. “Please…“
The Senshi of time let go and stepped back. “I am a Jedi Knight, Mizuhara Yomi. And I can read the currents of time better than you can read a book.” Sannah turned to Anja and half-bowed. “I’ll leave you four to get acquainted.” And with that, she turned on her heel and marched off to the Great Temple.
Anja turned back to the three and chuckled nervously. “She gets a bit…ticked off sometimes. She was exiled by her own people because she didn‘t change into a mermaid.”
Tomo glared at her and clenched her hands. “You think? Come on! Not even Yomi deserves that.”
Yomi’s brown eyes turned to her old friend. She placed a hand on Tomo’s shoulder and spoke. “Why Tomo…” She quickly raised her other hand and clenched it into a fist, her hand on Tomo‘s shoulder tightening. “What the hell do you mean by ‘not even Yomi’?”
Tomo smirked, then broke Yomi’s grip, turned and ran like the wind. Yomi chased after her, leaving behind Osaka and Anja.
Both pairs of brown eyes met, and Osaka tilted her head to one side. “You never give yourself enough credit, Anja. Remember that you have friends and people who love you.”
The Senshi of perseverance smiled. “Thanks, kid. It‘s hard to remember sometimes.” She looked to the pale blue sky for a moment, but when she looked back, Osaka had already started walking away.

Hinata and Naruto wandered around the various ships parked at the landing field. “I still remember when Hotaru saved my life back in high school,” Naruto said as he placed a hand on a starfighter’s hull. “It should’ve been a portent of things to come.” He turned as his wife approached and he took Hinata’s hand in his. “And I still remember your concern over my injuries.”
Hinata smiled and her gray eyes shone in the sun. “I’m glad she saved your life,” she said, her small voice carrying. She stood up on her toes and leaned her head back as Naruto’s lips came closer…
“So, Naruto, did you ever become a great ninja?”
Naruto and Hinata stopped and turned their heads in the direction of the voice. “Hi, Hotaru,” Naruto deadpanned. “A little revenge for the earlier prank? I said I was sorry!”
Hotaru smiled and walked up to her friends. “Sorry, Naruto. Just wanted to reconnect with some old friends.” She held her arms out, encompassing Hinata and Naruto. “Did you take over your father’s corporation, Hinata?”
Hinata nodded, smiling. “It’s been stressful, but probably not as much as being a Sailor Senshi…” She swallowed and looked to the side. “When we heard about it, I was… shocked.”
“Shocked?” Hotaru asked, shifting her weight a bit. “How so?”
Hinata shrugged. “Well… it’s just hard to imagine you as a powerful warrior of love and justice. And… Sailor Saturn was my favorite Senshi,” she confessed, blushing.
Naruto grinned. “Mine, too.” he flashed Hotaru a peace sign. “Thanks.”
For what?” Hotaru asked, blinking twice.
The young man shrugged before taking Hinata’s hand. “For making sure I grew up,” he called over his shoulder.
A smile crossed Hotaru’s lips as she bowed her head and walked back to find Anakin.

Minako, Artemis and Tenel Ka sat on the steps of the Great Temple, chatting. “I’m glad those tariffs have been eliminated,” Minako said.
Tenel Ka’s gray eyes flashed. “I am as well, friend Minako. The Hapes Consortium and the Terran Republic shall become great allies in the future.” Movement caught her eye and she looked over as Mirax, Shada and Sarji stood a few steps down. “Hello, friends.”
Shada stepped forward, placing her at eye level with the two Senshi. “Aino Minako, from what I understand, you were the first Senshi awoken during this era. Only the late Meiou Setsuna had more experience than you.”
Minako’s blue eyes widened. “Well, yeah. Why?”
Shada hesitated, prompting Mirax to come forward. “We’re just wondering if you could give us some pointers,” she said, her hands gesturing. “We’ve just discovered our Senshi powers and we’re not sure on how to handle them.”
Artemis’ yellow eyes flashed, but before he could speak, Minako jumped to her feet, took a wide stance and flashed a victory sign. “It would be an honor!”
Tenel Ka rose to her feet and nodded at the trio. “It would be an honor to aid you in this.”
The Senshi of love grabbed Tenel Ka and pulled her in for a one-armed hug. “That’ll be great! Birds of a feather beat two in the bush, right?”
Sarji opened her mouth to speak, but stopped.
Tenel Ka’s gray eyes narrowed. “I’m not sure if that’s the right saying, friend Minako.” She took her left arm and gently removed Minako’s arm from around her shoulders. “And only Jacen can hug me like that, and that is a fact.”
Minako simply scratched the back of her head with her free hand. “Oh, really?”
Artemis tried in vain to suppress his laughter, but a few chuckles came through. “Really, Minako.”
Chapter Two: Planning and Re-planning
The double-bladed lightsaber hummed and swished about, creating a strobe effect in the darkened practice arena. Makoto often practiced alone in the evening before retiring with Kyp, letting the full range of her skills come forth. So intent was she on her exercises, she failed to notice or even sense Hotaru enter.
The smaller woman walked up to Makoto with lightsaber in hand. “Would you mind sparring with me a bit?”
Makoto stopped her exercises and regarded Hotaru. The young bride-to-be wore a simple black jumpsuit, with her long hair tied up. The brunette Senshi pressed a button on the handle, causing one of the blades to retract. “I won’t go all out on you,” she said. “But I also won’t let up on you.”
Hotaru smiled and ignited her own lightsaber, sending forth a violet-colored blade. “I also have something to discuss with you,” she stated, swinging overhead at Makoto. Makoto blocked it and attempted to parry it away, but Hotaru reversed the spin and actually forced Makoto’s blade out of position!
Makoto stepped back a few steps while Hotaru talked. “I was wondering…would you like to cater our wedding?” The two blades met again, sending out a shower of sparks and a high-pitched screech.
“I’d love to!” Makoto exclaimed while breaking contact with Hotaru’s violet blade. The comparatively diminutive Senshi of death was momentarily thrown off balance, allowing Makoto to reengage-to her advantage. She thrust her emerald blade at Hotaru’s midsection, forcing her back while parrying the deadly plasma blade away.
“Great! Can Kyp help?”
Makoto scowled and she lost control of her emotions. “Kyp? Why would he help?” she shouted, stumbling momentarily.
Hotaru struck Makoto’s blade from the underside and sent it up and out of position. “Well, you two are close, right?”
Makoto brought her lightsaber down across Hotaru’s right shoulder, forcing her to defend. “We’re close, but he just…” The two locked position for a moment. Finally, Makoto broke off and deactivated her lightsaber. “Why hasn’t he asked me to marry him? Am I doing something wrong?”
Hotaru gasped, her hands coming to her mouth. “He hasn’t asked you to marry him? What is his problem?”
Makoto shrugged and tears threatened to escape from her green eyes. “I…don’t know,” she choked out. “I’ve dropped hints and the like, but he doesn’t get it!”
Hotaru extinguished her own blade and walked to her sad friend. She reached up and placed a comforting hand on Makoto’s shoulder. “He loves you and would never hurt you.”
Makoto sniffed and covered Hotaru’s hand with her own, engulfing it. “I know he does. But does he love me enough?”
A wan smile crossed Hotaru’s lips. “The only way to find out is to ask him yourself, Makoto.”
*****
Kyp knelt in the room he shared with Makoto and held up a ring a ring. “Makoto, you’re the loveliest person in the whole universe! I love you with all my heart and soul. Please, marry me!”
He waited a few heartbeats, then got to his feet. “No, you idiot! She’d never marry a thug like you!” He put the ring back in his private dresser and sat at his desk. Within minutes he poured over field reports from Jedi Knights and other trainees. His voice echoed in his head, however. She’ll never truly love you. She’s far too good for the butcher of Carida.

The next Day
Tomorrow started bright and early for the residents and guests of the Jedi Temple. Hino Rei lectured a third-year class on battle meditation while Miko Reglia lectured a group of first-year trainees. Anakin, Hotaru, Leia and Michiru were discussing the food with Makoto.
And Minako, Artemis and Tenel Ka were in the Grand Audience Chamber with Sarji, Shada and Mirax. Minako held up her right hand and concentrated, summoning her transformation wand. “Venus Crystal Power Makeup!” she shouted. A stream of stars wound its way around her body, melting her suit and reforming it into a Sailor Fuku complete with orange skirt and purple bow. Sandals and elbow-length gloves completed the ensemble. “I am the pretty sailor-suited soldier of love, Sailor Venus!” she said, posing dramatically.
Tenel Ka held up her own right hand and her transformation wand appeared. “Dathomir Crystal Power Makeup!” A reddish mist enveloped her and, when it faded, she stood wearing a Senshi Fuku, complete with red skirt, high heels and matching bow. A band of energy surrounded her prosthetic, sending small, random bursts of blue flame up.
Dathomir turned from her and addressed the Senshi in training. “Now we shall assume you know how to transform, so transform.”
Sarji, Shada and Mirax all concentrated, summoning their transformation wands and holding them high. Three cries went to the ceiling.
“Emberlene Power Makeup!”
“Errant Venture Power Makeup!”
“Bastion Star Power Makeup!”
Sarji held her arm up as green energy beams shot from her index finger, reforming her clothes into a Sailor Fuku complete with a greenish-gray skirt and black bow. An Imperial Navy cap sitting on her blue hair and ankle-high boots completed the look.
A reddish liquid swirled around Mirax, meanwhile, changing her jumpsuit into a Sailor Fuku with a bright red bow, matching skirt and sandals.
Finally, Shada was enveloped in shadow. When it faded, she wore a Sailor Fuku with a black bow, matching skirt and knee-high boots. “We are the pretty sailor-suited soldiers!” they all shouted. “In the name of justice, we’ll punish you!”
Venus paced in front of them, looking them over. “Not bad, not bad at all.” She walked up to Bastion. “You’ve achieved Star Power?”
Bastion nodded. “Yeah. I discovered my Senshi powers eighteen months ago. I‘m the Senshi of the Empire!”
Venus turned to Dathomir. “So, what do you think?”
The Hapan princess walked over and looked over them with cool, gray eyes. “They must be trained in the proper use of their powers, and that is a fact.” A slight shudder went through her, imperceptible to everyone but Minako. “They must know when to and when not to use their abilities, lest it lead to evil.” She stopped in front of Bastion. “Who trained you, Senshi of the Empire?”
Bastion swallowed in nervousness. “Well, I was attending Bastion High School at the time, but when my Senshi powers manifested, I was transferred to Imperial Academy.”
Sailor Dathomir looked over at Venus. “I see we have much work to do.”
The Senshi of love nodded. “Yeah.” She clapped her hands and got a slightly wild look in her blue eyes. “All right, team! We’re gonna start with the basics. Artemis, can you give them the Senshi 911?”
Artemis walked up to the three new Senshi and sat in front of them, looking up. “The Senshi from our Solar System were created at the dawn of the Silver Millennium over 25,000 years ago, to act as protectors of the Terran System. The first Queen Serenity empowered the princess of each royal family and allowed them to tap into the very life energy of their home planet. After Queen Beryl’s attack on the Moon and the destruction of the Lunar Kingdom, the current Senshi’s spirits were sent to the late twentieth century to be reincarnated into those you know toady.” Artemis took a deep breath. “Due to Tomo Solo and Chibi-Usa, it’s reasonable to assume that the powers are somewhat hereditary, but we‘re not hedging our bets. Any questions so far?
Emberlene raised her hand. “I do have a question. How many Senshi can draw upon one planet at a time. And also, is it possible to have a Tuxedo Guardian and a Sailor Senshi draw upon the same planet? And if we so desire, can a person relinquish control of their Senshi powers?”
Artemis’ right leg scratched behind his ear while he spoke. “Well, in order, only two people can draw upon a planet’s power at the same time, Shada. And it can be a male and a female, two females or two males. And you can give them up, but you‘re still immortal.”
Emberlene nodded, satisfied with the answers.
Venus stepped forward. “Okay, time for some action! Shada, Sarji, I want you to stand in the center and pretend that you’ve just confronted an enemy.”
Emberlene and Bastion moved to the center of the main stage, envisioning hordes of evil doers headed their way. Bastion cupped her hands together and summoned a ball of plasma energy while a cloud of deadly needles swarmed around Emberlene’s hands.
The Senshi of love suddenly shouted and waved her arms about. “Hey, hey, HEY! What are you doing?”
Both ladies lowered their arms and glanced over at the enraged Venus. “Is there… a problem?” Bastion asked. “I thought we reacted with adequate reaction time.“
Venus nodded, tossing her long blond hair back with her right hand. “Why didn’t you make a speech or pose?”
Errant Venture, Bastion and Emberlene all exchanged looks of confusion. “Posing?” Errant Venture asked. “What the hell are you talking about?”
Venus walked up to Emberlene and Bastion and nestled herself in the middle of the pair. “I mean like this.” She raised her left arm up held it in front of her chest in a V-shape while her right arm stuck straight out. He legs spread out into a sturdy position as she stared straight ahead. “You have defiled this great land and must be punished for it. I shall punish you in the name of Venus and of the Force!” She turned her head rapidly, looking at both Senshi. “Now you try it.”
Across the stage, Dathomir and Artemis exchanged a glance. “Should I be stopping her?” she asked.
Artemis merely shrugged. “Let her go on for a few minutes, then step in.”
Dathomir’s gray eyes nearly rolled into the back of her head. She walked up and spoke to the blond Senshi, her voice soft but firm. “Friend Minako, we should be teaching them how to fight first. Posing and speeches seem to come naturally to us.”
Venus bit her lip. “Oh, all right.” She looked about. “We’ll reconvene outside. Make sure to be ready.”
A few minutes later, the five women and one feline stood out in the training field in front of the Great Temple. Sailors Bastion, Emberlene and Errant Venture faced a crumbling stone wall, the remnant of a larger structure that now served as a target.
Bastion held her hands together and a yellowish sphere of energy formed in it. “Imperial Starburst!” she shouted, releasing the sphere. It flew but didn’t hit the wall, instead exploding about halfway there and showering the surrounding area with energy beams. Plumes of dirt erupted from the ground as the beams dug holes into the ground and exploded.
Emberlene held her hands out straight with her fingers extended. “Needle Storm!” A dozen needles materialized around her gloved fingers and flew at the wall, impacting and burying themselves halfway into the stone .
Dathomir nodded. “Excellent, Shada.”
Sailor Bastion snapped her fingers in disgust. “I didn’t even hit it!”
Errant Venture smirked as her brown eyes surveyed the target area. “No, but you sure tore the ground up.” Bastion remained silent, her hair stirring in a slight breeze.
Venus looked over their attacks. “Sarji, it looks like your attack is useful for large crowds or a big target. Shada, your Needle Storm was very accurate. Can you control the number of needles?”
Emberlene shook her head. “No. It’s always twelve.”
Artemis chimed in. “You might be able to control the number as you gain in power.”
Dathomir looked down at Artemis, smiling slightly. “That is a fact, Artemis. When I first discovered my power, my control over my first attack was limited. In time I could focus and control the flames.” She clenched her left fist, and it was engulfed in bluish-white flame. It traveled up her arms, across her chest and down her right arm before dissipating.
Mirax admired Dathomir’s skill before turning to the wall. “Okay, let’s see how it stands up to this. Hammertong!” She held up her left hand with the fingers spread out. A green shaft of energy shot out from the tips, intersected a few centimeters from the palm and formed a more powerful beam. It hit the wall and tore out a thick gouge, sending bits of shrapnel flying. The black-haired Senshi smirked and blew on her fingernails before rubbing them on her Fuku.
Venus nodded in satisfaction. “Okay, you all know how to use your powers. Does anyone know how long you can remain in Senshi form?”
All she received were three blank stares. “There’s…a limit?” Emberlene asked.
Artemis nodded. “Those with Power can remain powered for 72 hours.” He looked over at Bastion. “You can remain in Senshi form for 120 hours. Minako and Tenel Ka here are at Crystal Power, and thus don‘t really run out of power.”
At that, Bastion nodded and got a confident look on her face. “Well, I can keep up the good fight when my teammates are down for the count!”
Errant Venture merely sighed and smacked Bastion on the back of her head.

Anakin and Hotaru sat in Luke’s office, along with Leia and Michiru. “How many bridesmaids and groomsmen are you planning on having?” Leia asked.
Anakin rubbed his chin in thought. “Jacen will be my best man.” He turned to Hotaru. “What about you?”
Hotaru slumped in her chair. “I was hoping Tahiri might do it, but she’s not here yet!”
Leia nodded in agreement. “Yeah. She, Raynar and Lusa acknowledged the invitation, but they should‘ve arrived by now!” Fire danced in her eyes. “Where are they?”
Anakin reached out to the Force, probing its currents and eddies, looking for ripples of trouble. “I don’t sense any danger, but I do sense some unease concerning her.”
Hotaru shook her head and fumed for a moment before regaining her calm. “I’ll wait, but if they don’t show soon, I’ll go with Haruka.”
Michiru looked up at the ceiling while pondering that. “How would Haruka look in a dress?”
Anakin opened his mouth to speak, but closed it again. “You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in a dress.”
Hotaru’s face scrunched slightly as she thought about that. “Neither have I…” She looked around at Leia and Michiru. “Do you think she’ll mind?”
Leia waved her off. “Oh, she’ll be thrilled to be selected. And neither of you have answered my question.”
Hotaru’s face took on an innocent look, her eyes batting slightly. “Oh, really? I didn’t notice.” A withering glare from the Senshi of peace caused Hotaru to shrunk down into her seat. “Well…how many would you recommend?”
Michiru chimed in. “I’d do no more than six or seven.” She held her hand to her chin. “So, with Haruka as the maid of honor and Jacen as best man, who do you have in mind?”
Anakin spoke up. “I’d like Zekk, Endymion, Miko, Souichi, Ryo and Dad to stand with me.” He reached out and took Hotaru’s hand. “I’d be honored to have your father with me, Firefly.”
Leia smiled at her son’s choices. He’s a good man.
Everyone then focused on Hotaru. “Well, definitely Michiru,” she said, returning Anakin’s squeeze.
The Senshi of the sea beamed at Hotaru. “I’d be honored.”
Hotaru then turned to Leia. “And…would you like to be one of the bridesmaids?”
A smile blossomed on the princess’ face, and she became a bit choked up. “I’d be… honored, Hotaru.”
The bride-to-be let out a sigh of relief. “Well, I’d also like Serenity, Ami, Tenel Ka and Jaina to be the other bridesmaids.”
Michiru telekinetically lifted a datapad from Luke’s desk and floated it into her hand. “Bridesmaids and Groomsmen are set.” She looked up from it. “What about catering? Oh, I know the perfect spot on Corellia!”
Hotaru waved her off. “No, no. I talked to Makoto, and she’s happy to do it.”
Michiru immediately got a faraway look on her face and clutched the datapad to her chest. “I wonder if she’ll make those crab cakes I love…”Anakin got up from his chair and snapped his fingers in front of Michiru, startling her. “Oh, where was I?”
Leia rolled her brown eyes and massaged her forehead. “It doesn’t matter, Michiru.” She reached out and Michiru handed her the datapad. Leia looked over their notes. “We still need music and someone to officiate the ceremony.” She looked up. “Maybe we should ask Minako, Mara or Tionne.”
Hotaru rose from her chair. “I’ll go ask them.”
Anakin also got up and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. “I love you,” he said.
She smiled and said, “I love you, too,” before leaving. Hotaru left the room and headed over to the nearest turbolift. She rode it down to the main lobby and headed out to the field where Venus and Dathomir were training the new Senshi. “Minako, Tenel Ka, I have a question for each of you.”
Both turned to her. “Tenel Ka, would you be a bridesmaid?”
Dathomir’s jaw dropped at Hotaru’s question. “Friend Hotaru, I would be…honored.”
Hotaru’s violet eyes sparkled. “Thank you. Now, Minako. I’d like you to coordinate the music with Tionne and Mara.”
Venus paused before pumping her fist in the air. “No problem, Hotaru!” She grabbed the petite woman’s shoulders and looked her right in the eye. “I’ll make sure your music is the best!” she half-shouted before running off to the Great Temple.
Errant Venture turned from the wall and looked over. “I guess that means training’s done for the day.” A bright light enveloped her as she reverted back to Mirax. Sailors Bastion, Dathomir and Emberlene followed suit.
Tenel Ka’s gray eyes blinked a few times. “I…believe so.” She looked about and cast out through the Force. “Ah, aha. Jacen is talking with Luke and Han.” She nodded at Sarji, Mirax and Shada before walking off. “I shall see you all later, my friends.”
*****
Minako and Hotaru arrived at one of the schoolrooms in the Jedi Academy. Mara was there, reading a book to a group of younglings about Nomi Sunrider. She looked up and smirked. “Children, we’ll return to this tomorrow,” she said as Minako barreled in, grabbing Mara’s arm.
“We’ve got to talk.”
Mara rolled her green eyes and allowed the blond Senshi to drag her out of the classroom, down to the lower levels.
Tionne was down in the lower levels and was organizing a group of lightsabers. “How could they have messed this up?” she murmured. “I’ll have to talk with Streen at the Dantooine Academy.“ The Senshi of knowledge was so immersed in her work, she didn’t feel Minako, Hotaru and Mara’s presence until they were in the room with her.
“We need to talk to you!” Minako said, grabbing Tionne.
The Elvin Jedi cried out, “But my work-”
The blond whirlwind interrupted her, “-can wait until after this. Come on!”
Five minutes later, the quartet stood outside at the main landing field. Minako jumped up and down in one spot, her entire body a bundle of energy. “Hotaru wants us to do the music for the wedding!”
Mara’s eyebrow arched at that. “Me?” she said, motioning to herself.
Hotaru smiled and bowed her head to Mara. “You have excellent taste, and I listened to you sing to Lyria from time to time.” The Senshi of hope blushed, but before she could speak, the roar of twin engines interrupted her.
Everyone looked over as Raynar’s personal cruiser touched down. A quick scan through the Force confirmed what everyone already knew. “I’ll leave you three to figure this out,” Hotaru said, walking off to the deep-blue space yacht and leaving Minako, Mara and Tionne alone.
Minako’s blue eyes widened again and she rubbed her hands together. “All right! I’ve got a karaoke machine in the shuttle-”
Mara interrupted her and held her hand up, waving it. “Wait, you’re an ambassador, that’s an official military shuttle and you’ve got a karaoke machine?”
Minako nodded, seemingly oblivious to the sarcasm in the Jedi Master’s voice. “Yeah. So, we get the karaoke machine. You can set it up and Tionne and I can sing.”
The Elven Jedi opened her mouth to speak, but Mara shook her head and beat her to the punch. “Oh, no! There is no way I’m subjecting Anakin and Hotaru to that on their wedding!”
The Senshi of love narrowed her eyes and scowled, planting her hands on her hips and leaning forward. “What? Do you want them to head bang to Metallica and Black Sabbath or the Gray Siders? This is a wedding, and it should have happy music.”
Tionne raised her hand, index finger extended, and tried once more to speak, but neither Mara nor Minako listened. Both took a step forward, planted their feet wide apart and, through clenched teeth, ‘discussed’ their differences.
“I don’t want them to get tooth decay from that pop of yours!”
“Better tooth decay than a month at a chiropractor!”
“Hey, some of their stuff is pretty slow and romantic.”
“What, it slows down actually being comprehensible?”
Tionne stepped back and sat down on a log, massaging her temple as a headache formed. After ten straight minutes of this, she leapt to her feet, summoned her transformation wand and shouted, “Yavin Star Power Makeup!” A ribbon of fire wound its way around her body, melting her dress and reforming it into a Sailor Fuku complete with a silvery bow and miniskirt. The trail of fire morphed into a ribbon and tied Tionne’s silver hair at the nape of her neck. Ankle boots, elbow-length gloves and chains wound around the arms completed the ensemble.
For their part, Minako and Mara stared at her with mouths open in shock.
Sailor Yavin raised her arms and shouted, “Chain of Annihilation!” Two chains that encircled her arms shot out from her wrists and wound around the two, trapping them and lifting them a meter off the ground.
“Tionne, what the hell are you doing?” Mara yelled.
Everyone on the landing field stopped and stared at what Yavin was doing, but she didn’t care. “Now listen, Hotaru put us three in charge of the music, all right? We will work together and have a fairly broad spectrum of music.” She looked over at Mara. “You will get the equipment ready, including some prerecorded selections. Minako, you will get your singing voice in perfect condition. And I will get my lute ready. Everyone understand?”
Both nodded their heads frantically in agreement, and Yavin lowered them back to the ground. The chains retracted and, with a flash of light, she reverted back to Tionne. “Well, I’m glad we got that all straightened out,” she said sweetly. “I’d better get my lute.” And with that, she left and headed back to the Academy.

The royales are overwhelmed with all the attention huh? Not that I'd be surprised...there are BILLIONS of people on Earth, and TRILLIONS in the New Republic. I don't know how I'd manage...and I'm decended from royales myself.
Great selection of groomsmen and bridesmaids there! And...Tionne is soo COOL!
Great post!

yes, poor Tenel Ka. You do realize you've talked with her a few times, right?
Really? Yay! Lucky me! *adjusts her "I don't know, I'll have to ask the president..." baseball cap*
The king of Alderaan nodded. “Well, I just wanted to come and see Leia and Michiru try and kill each other,” he joked, smirking.
Hee! Like a train wreck... you want to look away but you can't!
~And… Sailor Saturn was my favorite Senshi,” she confessed, blushing.
~Naruto grinned. “Mine, too.” he flashed Hotaru a peace sign. “Thanks.”
Awww! They're so cute!
“Aino Minako, from what I understand, you were the first Senshi awoken during this era... Shada hesitated, prompting Mirax to come forward. “We’re just wondering if you could give us some pointers,”
*senses doom approaching like a tidal wave...*
He waited a few heartbeats, then got to his feet. “No, you idiot! She’d never marry a thug like you!” He put the ring back in his private dresser and sat at his desk....His voice echoed in his head, however. She’ll never truly love you. She’s far too good for the butcher of Carida.
Oh no... | |
