Torment. That was the song he wrote. The song he always played.
The love of his life used to love it. The nights he played the tune for her were the best nights of his life. Now...he can never play it for her ever again. She was gone. Forever. All he had left were the memories...and this one song. Torment.
Cem kept his eyes shut and gently stroked his hands across the smooth strings. Each stroke, each soft flick of the finger created a sweet melody. The harp. That's what his leader called it. It looked, felt...and sounded like the instrument he used to play...for his love. His Alexandria.
Through the notes, she lived on; the images of her flooding his mind after every stanza. Her smooth skin, her lovely red eyes, her long raven hair, her lovely laugh...It was always a brief reunion...only of memories...but it was still bliss to him. Better an image of the past than nothing at all, as he always said.
He opened his eyes, tears slowly dripping down. The song was coming closer to an end. Meaning...she would disappear again. The final notes echoed across the room and slowly he let his hands drop from the strings. The images of her began to fade...and replaced with nothingness.
Wow. 
It's going to be updated more often. No more big breaks.
I'm glad you loved the chapter and the Cem segment.
I'm prepping Chapter 20.

Sorry, I forgot to review this when I read it through the first time. 
Here is my belated review, buddy!
Wow.. you weren't work on saying it was a dark chapter!!  I must say, I am looking forward to the more light-hearted chapter 20 (and Allana!), but this was very well done.
My favourite part of the post:
Mara raised an eyebrow. "So...what? You're going to lock me up in a secure spot so he can't get to me?"
"If I could, I would... But I know better."
"Yes you do. You know very well that I would inflict serious harm on you if you tried."
Luke took a deep breath and looked back at the ground. The features on Mara's face softened as she walked closer to Luke. She stopped when there's no more distance between them. She reached up and touched his cheek. Luke looked into her eyes, touched her hand softly, and held it gently.
"Don't worry." said Mara, her tone affectionate.
Luke let go of her hand and gently wrapped his arms around her. He held her close for a long time, trying very hard to forget the last words that were on the scroll.
P.S.
Cherish the time you share with the love of your life, Skywalker. Because death is coming for her...and as we both know...you can't stop death.
Aww... sad, heart-wrenching and ominous all at the same time! 
I just love the Skywalkers, and the section with Luke and Mara together was so tender and.. *sighs* The last lines really got to me, with Luke wrapping his arm around his wife and remembering the horrible warning in the scroll.  *tears up*
I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next! Thanks for the PM.

When I say something of mine is dark...I'm usually not kidding.
This chapter was emotional. The next one should be more lighter and fun. I mean afterall they're going to be on Corellia .
There's a lot coming up and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as you enjoyed this chapter, Ant .
