Summary: Written for the 4th MMM challenge: 'All Dialogue': telling a mushy story using nothing but dialogue.
Notes: Well, I almost used only dialogue. I just had to add the ending.
“You have the softest skin of any woman I’ve ever met.”
“Shut up, Skywalker.”
“What?”
“Just stop it.”
“Stop what?”
“Stop touching me for stars’ sake!”
“I’m sorry Mara…I can’t help it.”
“I know that—it’s just…well we don’t have to talk about it, okay?”
“O-kay. Stang! You act like me touching you is a crime!”
“Well, I have killed men for less…”

“Now what are you doing?”
“I’m just trying to get comfortable, Jade.”
“Well, stop moving around so much.”
“If you would just shift your hips a little to the right—”
“OWWW—SKYWALKER !!”
“Sorry! Geez, you’re in such a bad mood.”
“Do you blame me???”
“No, but…it’s not like I planned for this to happen.”
“And therein lies the problem, Jedi man.”
“I said I was sorry! How many times can I say I’m sorry?”
“Just forget it! Now wrap your legs around my waist.”
“Gee, Mara—I thought you’d never ask.”

“Your hair smells so good—”
“Stop touching my hair, Skywalker.”
“I’m not touching it…not on purpose anyway.”
“Then stop smelling it.”
“It’s hard not to. What is that scent? It reminds me of Nebula Orchids or... Night Lilacs or even—”
“Will you get your nose out of my hair!”
“—white star roses.”
“Luke cut it out!”
“I can’t—it’s right here caressing my face.”
“No part of my body is caressing any part of your body!”
“…wanna bet?”

“Down a little and to the right.”
“There?”
“Further down…”
“There?”
“To the right just a little.”
“There?”
“Down just a tad more—”
“SKYWALKER!”
“Okay—there!”
“Better?”
“Almost…dig in with your nails.”
“How’s that?”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…….heaven!”
“No problem…I’ve always wanted to touch your gluteus.”
“MARA!”
“Geez Luke, I can feel you blushing!”

“Mara…did you hear that?”
“Hear what?”
“That scratching sound, coming from the other side of the door.”
“You’re imaging things, Skywalker—the only thing I hear is the beating of your heart. It’s so loud I’m about to go deaf.”
“Oh gee, Jade…I’ll try to soften my heart beat for you. Wouldn’t want to spoil the ambiance of this whole experience now, would I?”
“Shut up!”
“No, you shut up!”
“No, you shut up!”
“No, you shut up!”
“Shut up, Skywalker!”
“Shhhhhhhhh! There’s that sound again—”
The door to the room opened revealing an open mouthed Leia flanked by several armed guards.

Leia gasped as she took in the sight of Luke and Mara bound head to toe against each other and chained to the dimly lit detention cell’s wall. She holstered her blaster and shook her head. “I take it negotiations with the Chiss didn’t go so well?”

This was a lot of fun, Jade. I must admit, it was fun without the ending, but it gave invlauable perspective. Their childish back and forth was perfect, especially the "You shut up" sequence.

Oh, J_P, I don't think I'm going to be able to stop laughing for weeks! That was pure brilliance, absolutely hysterical! At first I was thinking "Hmm, this is cute, a little L/M snuggling and banter"... but as it went on I thought "My gosh! This is a little more than I expected!"  Not that I mind...
Wonderful job, and I love the catch at the end.

When I read the beginning I was all, "Huh?" 
Then it all became so clear in the end!
I loved how Luke just kept on baiting Mara. The part with the hair was my favorite.
