	um, slightly taken back, but, gee, guess it had to happen. Though I get the feeling Kyp really kind of cares for Jaina. Or he wouldn't have gotten so angry by her defiance, would he now? Though I still have the feeling there has to be something better than this cat-mouse-relationship... So in sum it totally fits the characters. So I definately liked it ImperialSolo posted: Not fair! Deep Space, Wednesday Intriguing footage has been leaked to military feeds on the HoloNet. Supposedly acquired by a source aboard the Star Destroyer Vader, it claims to show Jaina Skywalker caught in a compromising position with a lover. The Imperial Security Bureau has moved quickly to remove the recording from all legal channels, with deliberate solicitation of the unedited footage carrying the death penalty, but those who have seen the material describe it as "steamy" and even "pornographic". Military sources who have seen the material confirm that the location for the tryst appears to be an officer's day cabin. The details of the participants' uniforms indicate that both are TIE Pilots, and the viewport views are consistent with an office in the flight-launch complex aboard a Super-class Star Destroyer. The view also appears to show a desert world in a binary system. Naval Command confirms that the Vader has spent the past two days at Tatooine, an important Rimward node on the Corellian Run, which conforms to this description. "The girl sure looks like HIH," one officer aboard the Abrogator reports, "But who knows. I have a sneaking suspision Jacen is going to have fewer and fewer allies. And where is Leia? Leia is on Coruscant... Can you tell me how you think Kyp is different here from canon? I think he's still the same Kyp. I worked hard to make sure this complied with what's allowed. I hope I got it right. But I'm glad you liked it. And, as I said to Ceillean: "PM version"...??? I don't intend to give excuses for guys harassing girls, don't get me wrong. I just meant that if Jaina really didn't want the attention, she wouldn't have kissed him back in one of the earlier posts. I know this is a difficult subject, though. It's not easy to see who's right or wrong. And as I said above, those characters are supposed to be flawed and human. I'm glad they make people think and discuss a bit and hope that will continue. 	Note: There's a fictional news article for your amusement in my reply post above. It deals with the previous update. Getting to Know Each Other Tahiri was surprised that Anakin Solo left her alone when she asked for some time to herself. But when she tried to meditate, she found herself distracted—and oddly comforted—by his noisy attempts to keep himself busy, and his agitated aura in the Force. So she wasn't surprised—or even unhappy—when he came to find her in the forward hold, twenty minutes later. She was surprised by the grin that he gave her as he walked in, though—and by the wry smile she found twisting her own lips in reply. "I can't believe this...." she sighed, shaking her head. "I can't believe he did this..." Anakin just laughed slightly. "Better that you find it out this way, no?" He leaned forward, and gave her a hug. "Now, come on. Let's get you something to eat?" Tahiri felt her teeth clench. "I'm not hungry." "No," Anakin agreed, standing up and messing up her hair, "you're just stubborn." He looked down at her with thoughtful eyes. "You talk less than you used to." Tahiri looked back up at him, with a wry grin. "I'm not really the same person any more." Anakin shrugged. "I don't believe that." Tahiri frowned. He almost seemed to be smiling. "My life just got totally karked, Captain Solo. Someone I care for declared me a traitor, and is now trying to kill me." Anakin's eyes went wide, and his jaw dropped in a look of outrage. "Whoah? You care for him?!" Tahiri crossed her arms. "It's none of your business." Anakin sighed, putting one hand to his forehead, and pacing about the forward hold. "Look... if it's that serious...." He looked at her, sincerity competing with distaste on his face. "We can find a way to make this right. But your life's not over... even if you do decide to change sides!" "What is there to make right?" Tahiri demanded, standing up and staring at him. "He didn't even let me explain!" Anakin grinned at that. "Well, I'm sure we can find you an opportunity. We're the Rebel Alliance. We're good at getting the Imps' attention." She sighed. "Obviously I overrated my importance to... the Empire." Anakin's response was to walk back up to her, and hug her again. Tahiri frowned, but Anakin just tightened the hug. "Oh," he said. "I've missed you." He wasn't exactly bothering to shield his emotions—and instead of amused contempt for his Rebel flaws, she found herself surprised by the strength and honesty of his feelings. She looked at him, into his eyes. She flinched at the bright blue gaze, but refused to look away. "Why?" she asked. Anakin's fingers traced down her cheek. "How much do you remember?" "I... not much..." She looked down at the ground—his boots, and her bare feet. She frowned at that—was it some Rebel way of keeping prisoners from getting too far? But it didn't seem like something worth complaining about. He brushed her hair from her forehead, and grinned "We were always together. We saved those kids on Yavin 4. You never wore shoes. We had that adventure in Vader's old castle. We went through your coming of age on Tatooine.... What happened?" She stared blankly at him. "Can you at least remember why you can't remember?" he asked. When she spoke, Tahiri's voice cracked with unfamiliar pain. "I just don't, okay? Maybe it wasn't as important to me as it was to you." She pouted, but Anakin squeezed her again, leaned in, and kissed her forehead. "We'll work it out," he said, with a quiet grin. "I'd forgotten how much fun it was being with you..." Tahiri gave him a wry look. "So Rebels like hugging a lot?" she asked. She didn't want to admit that she enjoyed being hugged. Anakin winked at her. "We're the good guys, Ree. A really friendly bunch." She rolled her eyes, and put her arms around his waist. "So what do we do now?" Anakin looked down at her, and his lips curled up at one side. "I'm fine like this." Tahiri looked back, and blinked. "Yeah?" "Yeah." She frowned thoughtfully. "We can't stay like this forever, though..." Anakin grinned. "Hmm. We could try and set a Galactic record?" His hand was rubbing her back, and his lopsided smile looked kinda cute. Tahiri stifled a grin. "Funny." Anakin's eyes shone. "Or," he suggested. "We could make very small movements..." He leaned a little closer, with an expression that seemed caught between a smile and a desire to kiss her. Tahiri just kept looking into his eyes. "And what is our goal?" "To get to know each other again?" he asked. For a moment, Lieutenant Veila's stormtrooper training took over. She noticed that her heart was beating very fast, and her breathing had quickened—danger signs; but she felt no urge to move. Their bodies were close, and Anakin had just slid one hand up to the back of her neck. "To stay alive?" Anakin added. Tahiri bit her lip, as if thinking. "Is it wise to move slowly, then?" He leaned in and nuzzled her. "One way to find out...." he murmured. Tahiri's eyes were wide. She couldn't move away. Uh-oh. Anakin led her into the kiss. Their bodies pressed together as if they were made for this, his arms binding her tight against him, and then their lips touched. Tahiri felt her eyes closing, and kissed back gently, hesitantly. Anakin had been greedy for a moment, at first—but then he slowed, becoming gentler. He wasn't just responding to her, Tahiri realized—he didn't want to rush this, either. She returned the favor, surprised by her own feelings—and happy to let Anakin savor her lips. She let her hands slide from his back round to his chest. She parted her lips, and felt him deepen the kiss. For several moments, their mouths moved together in a shared rhythm, slowly exploring, enjoying, and teasing. But worries began to rise up in her mind. Why was she doing this? He was a Rebel—the enemy.... Slowly, tenderly, reluctantly, their mouths slid apart, and they looked at each other. What do you think you're doing?! she had planned to ask, but instead, the words caught in her throat, and she just stared back at him instead, swallowing slightly as her eyes met his. There was a fluttery feeling in her stomach, a sense of rightness about what they'd just done. There was something she should have been thinking of, something that should have held her back, but whatever it was, it didn't matter; it could wait. She smiled at him, and felt like she belonged. "Wow," Anakin said, sounding a little breathless. Tahiri found herself blushing. She felt a little surprised, too, and wondered if that showed on her face. She looked at Anakin. A grin was forming on his lips. Then they blinked at each other. "Uh..." Tahiri said. Anakin hugged her tighter again, and she raised an eyebrow back at him. His eyes seemed to be searching hers—and getting lost. "Hey?" she asked. She could feel a silly grin forming on her face. Anakin grinned back, his open palm rubbing slowly on her lower back. "Hey," he answered. "So where do we go from here?" She blinked, as his body rocked gently against hers. "I... don't know..." she murmured, taking a step backwards. She felt her rear bump up against the computer console behind her. It was hard to form coherent thoughts, but when Anakin leaned in to kiss her again, it was easy enough to put her arms around his neck, and reach up on her tip-toes to kiss him back. Pleased to see me, huh? she thought, running her fingers through his hair, and savoring the anticipation as their lips moved to meet each other again. Darn, I thought that maybe it C'Baoth suceeded in turning Leia's children to the dark side, and then Leia went in to save them, only to be captured... But it looks far more serious. I didn't get you wrong there. It's just used quite often in stories. And then it mostly goes your way, like Han and Leia, though I think Han was nicer than your Kyp. I just never get woman in general that play that game. I agree though than Jaina showed something like interest that one occasion. I didn't figure it went that far. 	Another great post! I love seeing Tahiri slowly coming back to her ordinary lovable self. And Anakin too, of course, but he's ALWAYS his ordinary lovable self. I'm glad they got interrupted though, two steamy posts in a row might have driven me crazy! Well, that and the fact that we knew the peace couldn't last forever!
